We would stay here again”
This hotel was an easy walk from Earl's Court tube station. Shampoo and wash cloths were not amenities, but there were 2 grocery stores nearby to get those supplies. The free breakfast was adequate with bread for toast, jams, cereal, milk, juice, & teas to choose from. Our room had its own bathroom with a nice shower that always had plenty of hot water. The hotel was very clean but it is older so is not on the fancy/modern side. There is no lift, so make sure that you can carry your own suitcases up the stairs. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Felt very safe in this neighborhood.

Good hotel near the underground”
Good value for money hotel near Earl’s Court tube station. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The only downside was the lack of breakfast. However, would highly recommend.

Very good”
The room wasnt the cleanest but the bedding was all clean. The issue for us mainly was the fact we had shared facilities and had to go to the top floor for a shower. There was a sink in the room which came in handy. The breakfast was very disappointing, only plain cereal and toast was on offer. The location is very good near local restaurants and only a few stops away from Harrods. I'd recommend an overnight stay nothing more.

Manor Hotel - Great Location to travel network”
Manor hotel, was decent in value for the location. The rooms are basic but old, with the sharing of toilet and bathrooms. Our room had a tv and sink. You would chooses this hotel mainly for it's location which is only 2 mins from Earls court subway station. The breakfast provided is basic with coffee, juices, cereal and toast. The place has no lifts, which means on higher/lower floors expect to carry the luggage up/down stair case. Each floor has only 1 shower to be shared (expect for the ground floor). There was only 1 toilet on each floor to be shared. Staff are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable of the local area on can answer questions on getting around

Facilities not convenient. ”
Loud street noises at night. No air conditioning. Smoke from smokers on the street comes into your room. Have to climb to different floors for showers or toilet.

Initially the room allocated to you was semi-isolated on the 2nd floor, which makes it one of our quiet rooms. Taking into consideration yours and your partner's difficulty in movement and climbing stairs, a room on the ground floor was allocated to you for the convenience. There was no indication that our hotel is Air-Conditioned. We do have rooms with private bathrooms, however, you opted for the lower priced ones with the shared bathrooms. Still, having encountered all these inconveniences, it is astonishing that you had decided to complete the whole of 6 nights of your booking?!
not this hotel”
there are instances where the attitude of the staff would make up for the not-so good aspects of the hotel. the staff upon check-in was by far the rudest i have ever encountered. the room, very small. access to the 3rd floor, very narrow, i could go on and on with the negatives, but id rather stop here. the bottomline, do not book this hotel.

Had you brought up to our attention your dissatisfaction with the hotel, starting from the front desk staff (the rudest you have ever encountered) we would have advised you to cancel the remaining nights of your booking and had a refund. Why would you have to endure such an experience for the whole of 6 nights?!
Good location with friendly staff”
We had a number of requirements when staying in London. I was working at the Earls Court Ideal home show so wanted to be in walking distance. We'd also come down with a car and trailer full of products to sell so wanted parking with the hotel for convenience. In addition we'd brought the family along, two kids, 3.5 years and 4 months plus grandma. So wanted to be able to travel to touristy sites, e.g. tower bridge (my son was convinced this was London bridge that is supposed to be falling down and was obsessed about seeing it) and the natural history museum. The Manor hotel was conveniently located for all these things with two tube stations within 5 minutes walk. Restaurants and shops all close by. The room was basic, we had a three bed with en-suite, but it was clean with cable, plenty of hot water etc. Parking was arranged in advance and was cheaper than other alternatives close by. The staff always were helpful and friendly, as we stayed for almost a week they got to know us well. Would recommend as a clean simple base of operations in London for tourist or local business.

Really impressed with this hotel!”
I was very impressed with this hotel, as it was in a really convenient location (a few minutes from Earls Court tube station) yet was much cheaper than most hotels in central London. I was slightly apprehensive as I've stayed in cheap hotels before and have found a lot of them to be very poor quality, so I was pleasantly surprised by the Manor Hotel. The staff were very friendly and polite, and although the hotel looks slightly shabby at first glance (some areas in need of a paint touch-up, old carpets etc), everywhere was spotlessly clean and lights, shower etc all worked fine. Breakfast was a simple continental breakfast - toast, cereal & drinks - and perfectly adequate. I didn't have any issues with noise even though the hotel is just off a main road and I had my window open all night as it was very warm weather.

Lovely hotel, perfect location, friendly service, ”
My girlfriend and I stayed in Manor Hotel for 2 nights, the hotel was situated near the city centre, no need to take bus or anything, just 30-40 minutes away by walking (you see the town so the time goes flying). The rooms were extremely nice for the price we payed, they were nicely furnished, with TV in our rooms and a sink. There was not any dresser, so that would have been a drawback for us if you would stay there longer. We took the room with shared bathroom, but there are also available rooms with private ones. The bathroom and toilets were extremely clean and warm, plus everything was really modern and working properly. If we wanted to know anything about London, the receptionist was more than glad to point out which bus we should take and where to go etc. The hotel is situated near the Easyjet bus stop, only few minute walk from it, so it is also really convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, no noise from the traffic on our street. There is metro station near by, so you are connected to the whole city with ease. On downside, the breakfast was a bit small, only 2 toastes, cereal and some coffee, but getting the breakfast was a nice addition anyway. Overall, the hotel was nice for the cheap price we payed, the location was perfect, the staff was friendly, the breakfast wasn't anything special but it did its job, bathrooms was extremely clean and tidy, rooms nicely furnished. I am definitely coming back to this hotel next time I visit London. For the price you pay and what you get, this place is bargain. Love it!

Value for money”
I did not expect to find such an affordable hotel in earls court! Firstly because we had let him know beforehand what time we were arriving we were lucky the manager let us check in at 7.30 am and even offered us the free breakfast for the day which was much needed after a 28 hour flight. We requested the ground floor rooms due to no lifts and that was given to us too. The manager is not your usual jolly, cheery man but it doesn't matter because you hardly interact with him and when we did ask him for tips and directions he was happy to help us out. The hotel room is small but not too small and you do have space to move around. Above all, the bedroom and toilet was clean! This was extremely important to us. For a 2 star hotel we did not expect room service but we had someone to clean our room every morning so that was a bonus. You do hear some noises when people are in the corridor but not once they're in their rooms. There is free breakfast which is actually not too bad; they have a coffee and hot chocolate dispenser that has surprisingly good hot chocolate and good enough cereal/ bread options to sustain yourself. You hardly spend time in the hotel if you're a tourist so it is the best when you can get an affordable yet clean and safe hotel for this price. The location is amazing with the station, a KFC and a sainsburys just around the corner! So safe for two girls who have never been to London! As a tourist on a budget You would be silly to pay loads of money for a hotel as all you need is a safe and clean place to sleep and shower. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean and Bright Room ”
We didn't mind the stairs, but they have rooms on the ground floor, so maybe ask for those rooms. Staff was very polite, room was very clean. A quiet Hotel in Earls Court, Choice!!! The breakfast was as good as any bigger chain of hotel I have stayed with. Good Value for the money. When you are in London for seven nights, all we did was sleep in the room, had lots to cover in a week. A "No,problem" stay.

Reasonable; well located”
Manor Hotel is in Earls Court which, from a previous visit, is an ideal location for the underground and proximity to sites. The hotel is on a nice street about 5 mins walk from the tube. Overall reasonable for the price because breakfast was included. Our room had a shower but a shared loo in the hallway, which was fine as we were aware of this. However, it did not have soap, I mentioned it when there was also no replacement of toilet roll but my comment on the soap was ignored. Given that the bathroom is shared I think it would be essential to have soap in the bathroom. I took a bar of soap through from the room but it was removed. The wifi was not very good as you have to pay either £5 a day or £10 for 3 days. Only one person in the room can use it at one time and the signal was not good. Overall, the hotel was well located and reasonable for the price. The cleaning staff were very friendly. The only points were the lack of soap and wifi.

Great Location - Close to Train Station”
Great hotel if you want to be close to the train station. Which is only 5 mins walk to earls court station. And also, this hotel has great breakfast. Cereal, toast and hot chocolate during winter are the energize the body during our holiday in London. Although the bathroom is shared, but it was clean. But the heater in my room is sometimes not really hot. So I feel cold when wake up in the morning.
