This place serves good breakfast”
I booked the guesthouse for 2 nights with breakfast and I can say that we enjoyed both breakfasts which were served. Especially the Japanese breakfast menu! It is really worth it. Even if you don't reserve with breakfast, you can pay on the spot, and it saves you the hassle of having to think what to eat. Just ask the staffs what time is the breakfast served from and when it is finished. The staffs were really friendly to us. We will never forget your kindness! I really love this place :) Everytime you walk to and from the guesthouse, you can see the Tokyo Skytree. It looks beautiful, especially at night.

Good value for money.”
The location is a good walk from the station but still convenient. The staffs are friendly and the hostel is clean. The room is pretty small though however, it is a good value for money.

Hospitable staff”
Nice staff and are very accommodating. Quite far from nearest subway station. Japanese style breakfast is a must try and must be included in your booking to save cost :)

After booking, still need to reconfirm”
When we booked true Agoda we were on our way to Tokyo thinking everything was booked. Lucky for us we had wifi on the bus and i could read my emails. We got An email from the hotel saying that if we don't confirm our arrival they should consider our bookcanceled

Above average”
Recommended for backpackers and budget travelers, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good, especially the japanese style. CRs and bathrooms are common and shared. The double room fits exactly a double bed and has a little space left, enough for 1 luggage.

Dirty, too small and noisy”
Room was abnormally small and ugly. Just the bed and not enough room to stand for three people. We had to open our suitcases on the hallway. Everything was full of mold. Showers had even more mold than the rooms. Airconditioners everywhere where set to 28 degrees celsius and running at all times, which was very loud and hot. When we arrived, the only lamp in our room was not working and the receptionist asked, if we really needed it. when we asked for a second blanket (for three persons), the receptionist reached under her desk and gave us a small dirty blanket, she was resting her feet on! Disgusting. Don't go! Not worth any money. Only bad place to stay we found in Japan on a thirty day trip.

Dust and mold everywhere, dirty”
(+) Close to AEON supermarket (+) Not too far away from subway station (-) Poor ventilation, room is smelly, toilet full of urine smell (-) Everywhere is dust and mold, ventilation fan in the room, air conditioner in corridor, toilet, shower room, washing machine, ...everywhere! And they use those dirty machines to "wash" your bed sheet and towels (-) Refrigerator is horrible, they won't clean up any spill, throw any food leftover (-) Poor noise insulation (-) Rooms are abnormally tiny, capsule hotels even have more spaces (-) Whole floor share one air conditioner in corridor, just use a small PC fan to "pump" air into your room

Accessible, Quiet, Friendly and Awesome”
The place itself is conveniently located near a bus stop (Senzoku), Train Station (Iriya Station of Hibiya Line), 24 Hour Shops (7 Eleven/ Family Mart) and lots of restaurants. If that itself isn't enough, you can still order breakfast as they have a restaurant at the ground floor. The also offer bike rentals which are very helpful if you are going to tourist spots near the area (Asakusa/Sensoji Temple, Ueno Park). Kuni, Mr. M and co has been very helpful and accomodating as well. Establishment is well cleaned and quiet. During our stay, everyone has been courteous and kind. Also you get to meet different people of different nationalities! In my return to Tokyo, We'll definitely stay here again!

Charming little hostel”
Located in a quiet residential area, this hostel is about 10 minutes away from Iriya Station (Tokyo Metro) and about 20 minutes from Uguisudani Station (JR Yamanote). It's a bit hard to locate as the hostel address on Agoda is wrong - you should get an email from them about the revised address. I think the best part of this hostel is that you get your own tiny room, which is a nice change from making sure my valuables are locked in my luggage each night. They also run a small bathhouse on the first floor. Staff is very friendly and nice to chat to (do they ever go to sleep?). Would stay here again!

Everything was good!! If i go to japan again i will reserve there again!! Thank you for the accomodation makes me comfortable!!

Awesome Stay”
The share house is a bit small for families but it was clean. It only takes 15-30 minutes walk to subway station and to Asakusa area. The host, Kuni and company are very friendly and hospitable.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! Room is small, however very cozy, warm, clean and well equipped. Staff is great and very welcoming. Location is good as well, there was a nice sushi place very near. Would definitely stay again if going to Tokyo.

Very clean, comfortable and lovely hotel. Owners and staff are very helpful and great service mind.”
No daily change Towel and sometime bathroom management is bad. But if you seek for a place to rest after a long day of traveling. This is one of the greatest hotel in Iriya. Ps. Breakfast is also quite good. Both Jp and W style.

One of my favorite hostel in Japan”
Location is awesome, so you can easily walk to Asakusa. And it only takes few minutes to Akihabara. People are nice and try to comunication with their customer. I highly recommend this hostel!

Decent price for Tokyo, BUT...”
Expect dated facilities and somewhat less clean accommodations. The 3rd floor where I stayed had a heavy, disgusting smell of mildew, which wasn't surprising since there was almost no ventilation throughout the floor. My (single) room was simple, tiny, and what you would expect from a hostel, but I found strands of hair and other great stuff stuck to my sheets and pillows. Floorboards were wooden and creaked like mad every time someone walked past. Sound-proofing was poor to non-existent. On the plus side, very decent breakfast with choice of Jap or western style, and only a 5 min walk to the metro. Staff were very friendly if a bit busy at times. Overall decent value for money in the otherwise expensive Asakusa neighborhood. Would recommend if you're on a budget and don't mind a little dirt here and there.

A highly recommandable and reliable place to stay”
We would go back there without any hesitation. Very nice staff, super breakfast and bath service, all for a tiny price. I was a bit afraid by the noise of the air conditionning at first, staying on the last floor, but it worked out OK. Great for all backpackers who want a simple place to sleep and take a hot shower in the morning, I highly recommend!
