On arrival we were warmly greeted and shown our parking space right out side the main door ‘perfect’ and situated outside the congestion charge ‘amazing’. We were given keys for the rooms and the room was comfortable warm and we found value for money, the breakfast was freshly made to what you wanted with extra toast if you wanted it, fresh juice and eggs were help yourself The staff in reception and the kitchen were extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble for them, we also were able to leave the car outside after checking out free of charge whilst we still had some exploring to finish in London, cannot thank them enough for this as we couldn’t find anywhere to park foe the day for under £40 plus congestion charge. Would definitely stay at this hotel again it has everything polite staff ideal location to tube, parking and breakfast for fantastic price

This hotel is superbly clean and rooms are comfortable and more then adequate for a base while you see the sights in London. It’s situated within Paddington which is a lovely upcoming area with many bistro bars and restaurants to sit and enjoy inside or outside, the tube station is a stones throw from the hotel, the staff are really helpful and the Continental Breakfast is really nice and sufficient to set you up for the morning ahead. We had the lower ground floor room facing onto the closed courtyard which was lovely tiles and with potted plants and looked really nice. We are definitely booking this hotel again for the summer.

They offer nice spotlessly clean medium sized kozy rooms equipped with solid timber furniture. I live in various types of hotel rooms all year long, can say their hotel rooms are comfortable enough, having character, are clean and even more, they're kozy. I expected significantly less comfort for the money I paid abd and especially after reading some reviews, but can tell you now from my experience all is clean, solid and well maintained. There is also basic complimentary breakfast offered, and traditional hot water boiler at the reception for hot drinks all day long. Reception is of professional manners.

Excellent budget hotel for family and kids under 5yrs”
We booked the hotel last minute but checked with staff by phoning up before hand as we were driving her from Birmingham,Uk. We stayed 1 night 2 days. Hotel reception were brilliant as the pre-reserved one of the 2 car parking space. We have a large 4x4, so the spot is tight. You couldn’t open the doors on one side as the car would be hit the rails but the second spot is perfect. Both right outside the hotel and complimentary as well. The staff as so kind and love. So friendly and welcoming. Usman went above and beyond as we had a 8month child and 3 year child with us. We have him a box of chocolates as thank you for what he did. Breakfast is fresh and filling. The cheese and jam that have is so delicious. The lifts are fine and the tripple bed room was spacious and so immaculate clean. Would highly recommend

Otherwise, Nayland Hotel gives you more bang for the buck and more bounce to the ounce. I enjoyed the breakfast. All in all, I’d recommend. What’s more, it’s seven minutes to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park for your exercise and less than 5 mintes to the huge Paddington train station ((express Heathrow-Paddington train service) and underground. There’re two supermarkets within walking distance and a plethora of eateries in the vicinity. JESUS bless! Shalom, shalom Reece

The staff were so attentive especially at breakfast time. The hotel was clean and soo close to all locations 4 min walk to the station. We had the family room and was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Staying first period of the hotel was bit noisy in the mornings. Our room was opposite of the breakfast hall. Room was very hot and clean. Workers were always friendly and helpfull. We enjoyed and decided to stay more days. Thank you.

Clean Hotel”
I have stayed in many central London 'budget' hotel and the Nayland is certainly one of the best. Clean / comfortable and quiet. No 'Tube' noise that is an issue at several hotels around Paddington. The only areas for improvement are - No kettle in the room and the breakfast could be a little better. But this is being'picky'. Have stayed before and will stay again !

Everything was good except 1st night accommodation”
They should take note on guest request. With 4 adult we were given 2 double bed. Earlier we have confirmed that we gave agreed to have 2 single and 1 double. When we reached the hotel we were given a diff room. Later they managed to change us to the room we requested. The even help us to move all our things to the room the next day. The rest is ok. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is basic still ok

Great Location”
Pros: The location really can’t be beat, and our room in the back of the hotel was surprisingly quiet for something so central. The staff was really nice and accommodating whenever we needed something. Breakfast being included was also a plus. Cons: Wi-fi didn’t work at all in the room, and only poorly in the lobby. Staff seemed to be making efforts to fix it, but we were there for four weekdays and nothing improved. Our bathroom was above a fire escape a lot of other guests used as a place to smoke, & the smell deeper into our room. There was a ton of signage warning people not to smoke there, but it was clearly visible from the breakfast room & the staff there did nothing to stop it. To be fair, we didn’t complain, so maybe something would have been done, but since staff clearly already knew about it & we weren’t in our room all that often, it seemed pointless. The breakfast was okay, but unchanging, so got boring quickly - wouldn’t have been a problem for a stay of 1-2 nights.
