Before i start my review, i should tell u that anyone that knows me, they will tell u that i am a very picky person when it comes to hotel stay. For years, i traveled to vn a lot and thus stayed at a number of hotels. For the price & location, this is one of the best hotel around the area. It is right next to Ben Thanh near all the shopping n foods. The room is exceptional clean with housekeeping readily helpful with all my needs. The Grand Room city view was roomy, the beds were nicely firm and air conditioner was great. We stayed on the 6th flr, absolutely noise from the street. The firm mattress really helps my back after a long day out. Oh i forgot to mention about the free breakfast, it was great. It had a bit of everything, from American style breakfast (fresh eggs sunny side up to omelette) with pastry to fried rice and pho. The breakfast alone kept us full til late afternoon. In summary, we really enjoyed our stayed. We highly recommended u try out this place.

Hotel is in a very good location and is clean and bright with good facilities. Buffet breakfast had enough variety to still be of interest after near one month stay and the very helpful staff were a pleasure to be around. The standard of food and service from the kitchen was good enough for us to use the restaurant more than once during our stay. Room was also of good size for a simple queen room for two people. Not such a concern but the bathroom was a little tight for space due to design but it was also very clean.

Nhat Ha 2 is very close to Ben Thanh Market and walking distance to a lot of sightseeing attractions. Staffs were super friendly, helpful and always wearing a smile. They even allow us to leave our luggages after check out. Buffet breakfast was great and the rooms are of good size and clean.

I stayed 3 nights there, Nhat Ha 2 is a really good hotel, clean, great location in district 1. A really good breakfast buffet, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel and i will book it again if i come back Saigon.

I stayed at three different hotels while in Saigon. Nhat Ha 2 is the best among all three in my experience. Excellent staff and the bell men were very attentive and polite. Room is neat and smells good. Breakfast buffet has great selection and we loved it! Good location - easy access to everything a traveller needs. I will defo come back!

The room was clean and the place was very centrally located. You could walk to a lot of places although it is very hard to walk since it is (Scooter World). We had breakfast included but there were not many vegetarian options which was a little off-putting.

I travelled with my parents and lived at this hotel. Location is good, very close to Ben Thanh Market. Has convenient stores nearby. Very good breakfast buffet. Hotel staff speaks some English and they are helpful to show me directions to places I wanted to go. Hotel room bed is quite comfortable. Shower tub has very hot water at times. One lift available only. Have to climb 13 steps of stairs all the time at entrance of hotel, thus may not be good for elderly people. Clean. Overall, recommended.

3 star hotel 6 star service ”
From the minute we checkin till checkout, we are always greeted by friendly & helpful staffs - front desk/ restaurant staffs/house keeper/ concierge. You will be surprised by the service- 3 star hotel but having 6 star service! I was injured and need to visit the hospital. Front desk staff was very professional and has given us very good advice to visit which hospital.when we need to follow up with hotel on some billing, front desk Ms Hien was very helpful & help us calling hospital several times. As there have been motor cyclist snatching headphone around in Ho Chi minh, the concierge has been reminding us to be care on our handphone and our handbag too. The family room is spacious, new AND QUIET. Unlike what we read most Ho chi minh hotel room facing the road are noisy.The only minus point is bathroom. The floor will get wet & slippery after we bathe. breakfast is average spread, nothing to complain about. location very near Street Food Market & Benh than Market.

Love the always cool big lobby,also impressed with the size of restaurant for breakfast, very roomy,good for currently Corona outbreak,every one sits far away,been here almost every time I am in Saigon,been to many other hotels in the same class,this one stands out.

Loves the hotel. Very near Ben Thanh market and lots of food options just below our hotel. The bell boys are very attentive to the guests. Never miss open up the door whenever we are in or out the hotel. Always smiles and greet us. They even help holding my mom hand when stepping up the stairs as she was slowing down after a long walk. Hotel wifi has a good connection. Breakfast is sufficient. Improvement only maybe on the bathroom. not sure why there's always a lot of water on the floor outside the bathtub after we shower even tho we have tried many ways to prevent the water splashed out too much as it could be slippery and dangerous. The amount of water is not just a splash or two, its quite a lot until we need to use all 3 hand towel to cover it. I suspect there is leaking somewhere in the water system.

The room is a little small but in return the AC is working great. The hotel is closed to Ben Thanh Market so you can walk out and get food or buy something any time you want. The best part is the hotel staff; they are very helpful and so nice. They call the taxi for you and make sure the taxi driver doesn't overcharge you by written their plate number just in case you complaint. If you need Graf (Uber), they also book for you. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
