My wife and I stayed 3 nights at Nhi Nhi hotel from 13.10.17 to 16.10.17 and have not regretted it. The price is very reasonable for a 3 star hotel and is conveniently located; within 10 walking minutes to Hoi An old town. It is a very nicely designed building with a swimming pool in the centre and surrounded by rooms on 4 sides. The room is clean, well-furnished and everything works in it. The service and staff under the supervision of Manager Ms. Nguyen Thuy has been nothing but excellent - very friendly, extremely warm and helpful. They speak and understand English well that they know our needs right away. Breakfast is nice with a good selection. We order straight from the menu and are served promptly, unlike most other hotels where breakfast is self-service. We are very touched by the very warm reception we constantly received from the staff. When we first arrive at the hotel, the hotel staff greet us with welcoming fruits and drinks. When we return after the day’s tour, they would serve us with a cold drink and a wet towel without fail. And when we check out, they gather at the door to wave goodbye and wish us a good and safe journey ahead. We were very moved when we have to leave. We have never received such a wonderful service in other hotels we have stayed so far. For those who will be visiting Hoi An soon and wish to choose a good place to stay, we strongly recommend Nhi Nhi Hotel. It offers the best value for money with very good service. Great Holiday”
We spent 10 nights at this hotel and it truly was a wonderful experience. It's not expensive to stay there either. The Nhi Nhi hotel is located a 10 minute walk away from the tourist area of Hoi An. A quaint hotel where its size is smaller that the photos suggest, but the overall ambience was fantastic and provided everything our group needed. Our rooms were spacious albeit a little outdated and were cleaned everyday with clean towels shampoo, combs , etc etc . The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and anything we needed they would try to provide or give advice as to where to buy. In particular a young lady called Thuy, who I think is the manageress and had a very good command of English went out of her way to ensure our holiday was perfect. A truly dedicated group whose sole objective seems to make your stay in Hoi An a most enjoyable experience. We were a party of four with 2 rooms on the first floor that had a balcony overlooking a small indoor pool. Access to our rooms was via the central staircase as there is no elevator. Our rooms had bath tub/shower, fridge kettle etc and a king size bed with water, coffee and tea provided each day for your early morning brew. Following that, the complimentary breakfasts were great, setting one up for the day, with just the evening meal to think about. Whilst the hotel had a good menu we went out each day either touring the town, shopping or visiting the beach. The beach is about a $US4 taxi ride away. Each time we arrived back a the hotel we were greeted with a cold face towel and a glass of cold water, a very thoughtful and much appreciated gesture. If one does not eat at the hotel I can recommend that you stay away from the tourist area as there are hundreds of restaurants in the town that have very similar menus at a much cheaper price. We made some great friends of the owners of these restaurants and it is amazing how much one can learn about the culture of the Vietnamese who are truly nice peop

We found the Nhi Nhi Hotel to be very comfortable, relaxing and friendly during our stay in Hoi An. We were greeted with happy smiles by the reception staff which gave us an instant liking to the hotel. The front desk girls could not do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble, in particular Ms.Thuy (manageress), from room service and answering our questions and pointing us in the right direction to booking day trips to the Eco coconut tour (a must to do) and the day tour to My Son Temple Ruins (also a must), she went about her business in a smiling, happy but businesslike manner...she ensured we were both relaxed and comfortable....Thank you Ms. Thuy. Our room was well appointed in beautiful Vietnamese décor, very comfortable and spotless...as was the ensuite (with spa bath) and a nice balcony overlooking the semi indoor pool and no traffic noise. The food was very good at breakfast and plenty of it, served by attentive staff. The location is good, with lots of cafes/restaurants nearby and just a 5/7 min. walk to the riverside, where there are countless cafes/restaurants and bars, all with water frontage. Also markets, tailors and Hoi An's famous Ancient Town and boats of all sizes for water trips, long or short. Overall the we found the Nhi Nhi Hotel to be extra comfortable, relaxed, modern and friendly and would highly recommend it to tourists visiting Hoi An.

Wonderful Staff and a Great Hotel!”
What a nice hotel! I stayed for 4 days in Hoi An and chose Nhi Nhi principally on the basis of on line reviews. I certainly wasn't disappointed and really loved my stay at this small hotel. Location wise, Nhi Nhi is positioned about 10 minutes walk from the Old Town. At night the road isn't especially well lit, but I always felt safe and occasionally hired a bicycle from the hotel to speed things up ($1 a day rental!)The rooms are reasonable in size, mainly built around an inner quadrangle overlooking a pool. They're 'homely' in style and I appreciated having an in-room safe as well as wifi. However, it's really the staff that make this hotel. Everyone is so lovely and helpful. They take a real interest in you and go out of their way to find out how they can make your stay better. They work at the hotel in 24 hour shifts (ask them for details on how that works!) so you get to see them a lot and they always greet you with a smile and ask about your day. Nothing is too much trouble and I cant praise them enough.

A Comfortable Stay in Hoi An”
I stayed for two nights at the Nhi Nhi hotel in August 2012. Overall I was impressed by both the quality of the rooms and the attentiveness of the staff. The hotel is located a reasonable distance from Hoi An's old city, around 10-15 minutes by foot. It suited me fine, although it seemed further in the oppressive heat and humidity, for sure! The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, but there was some initial confusion over the type of room I had booked. When I checked-in they told me that the single room that I reserved was not available, so they put me in a double room. They told me that the following morning I would have to move however. This was annoying, but I understood. Luckily, the next morning they then told me that I could stay at in the Double room. They are also keen to sell you tours and bus tickets. Check around other agencies before you take there offered prices! The room itself, although small, was very well appointed and included a nice balcony and chair, flat-screen tv, mini-bar, desk and drawers, and a bathroom with shower-tub. There was a well-working hot water geyser, but the water pressure was a little weak. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. The wifi worked, but wasn't such a strong connection. My bed was comfortable and the bed linens were high-quality. The breakfast at the hotel was a definite plus. Included in the room rate, it was well cooked, served, and presented, and they offer you more than the usual hotel: giving you a choice of a plate of eggs with baguette or Vietnamese breakfast, or pancakes, with a plate of fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juice along with coffee or tea. I was impressed by this generous offering as its definitely better than the usual "included breakfast". Choose the fresh baguette over the toast though, it was just raw packaged white bread! Overall I had a very good experience at this hotel with only the very few minor issues that I've mentioned. I would stay here again!

After our first Vietnamese, less than ideal, hotel experience in Ho Chi Min, we were a little aprehensive when booking the Nhi Nhi Hotel. We need not have worried. From the moment we arrived, right up to our reluctant departure, the staff couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful and friendly. Thuy and her team do an absolutely excellent job and the owners of this boutique hotel are extremely lucky (or savvy) to have such great staff. The deluxe room with a balcony facing the pool was clean, quiet and well laid out. Bathroom was a little on the small side, but this was a small price to pay for such great lodgings. Breakfast was more than adequate and again the attentive staff were always on hand encouraging you to eat more. The hotel is within a few minutes walk from the Japanese covered bridge and Hoi An ancient town. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone wishing to explore all that Hoi An has to offer.

Charming little hotel”
The Nhi Nhi hotel is a charming little hotel a few minutes walk from the center of Hoi An. It is set back from the road so it is quiet. It's best point is the wonderful staff. I found them friendly without being pushy to take tours and see their best tailor. The manager Mrs. Thuy has a very good command of English and was very helpful in helping me learn some Vietnamese. I liked the layout of the rooms around the open courtyard with a pool. Each room has a balcony looking down on the pool or up at the sky. While my room was not large it was comfortable, with a nice color TV and good WIFI. The room was clean and as was the bathroom which has a tub and shower. There was a safe in the standup closet and a place to set my luggage. I always enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the price of the room and while I did not always enjoy the dinners my complaints were promptly addressed and things made right. I appreciated that. I also enjoyed visiting with the owner.

Best Hotel we stayed in whilst touring Vietnam”
My husband and I spent an enjoyable 6 nights at the Nhi Nhi Hotel and we were very impressed with the quality of service provided by a great team of staff. The hotel is located in a quiet area of town but only a 10 minute walk to the old town. The hotel has good quality bicycles for daily hire at a cost of $1.50. The breakfast was adequate and well presented, served in a lovely dining area overlooking the swimming pool. The weather was very hot during our stay in Hoi An and each return to the hotel, the staff would greet us with a cool glass of water and a cold face cloth and it was so refreshing to walk into a lovely air conditioned room. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel in Hoi An”
Nhi Nhi hotel was our favourite stay in all of Vietnam! The hotel has an amazing staff that works very hard to make you feel at home in their hotel, and the staff helped us out with everything and anything that we asked about. Also, the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Ancient City (recommend having a stroll there both by day and by night as there are many more people there in the evening) so the hotel has a great location. Like most hotels in Vietnam the breakfast is made to order (not buffet) and they serve Vietnamese food or western food, and take the time to talk to their guests after breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel for someone staying in Hoi An!

Best Hotel Ever”
This is the single greatest hotel I have ever stayed at. From the minute I arrived, the amazing and wonderful staff made me feel like I was literally at home, to the point that it was difficult to leave. My last morning in Hoi An felt more like I was leaving friends behind than checking out of a hotel. Only wish I could have stayed longer . . . Beyond that, the rooms are phenomenal, the breakfast delicious, and the location perfect - not so close to Old Town as to be overrun, but not so far away either. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hoi An. You will love staying at Nhi Nhi Hotel!

Perfection in Paradise !!”
This little pearl of a hotel is tucked away in a small street just 5 minutes walk away from the "Old Town". I reviewed many hotels before deciding on the Nhi Nhi and it exceeded my expectations. I nearly stayed closer to the beach but that would have been a bad decision, because I would have always been riding in taxi's to the Old Town, which was 5kms away. So much to see & do in the Old Town during the day & night and lovely to stroll to the hotel of an evening after a meal. Nhi Nhi is a small boutique type of hotel, very cosy and personal. We were on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. The room had good quality furniture and the bed was very comfortable. Never had a complaint about the staff or room. Only the breakfast could be improved on a tad. It's quite limited but adequate.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
I found the staff to be the friendliest hotel staff I have ever encountered, and they would do everything they could to please the customers. Going on a tour, or just for a walk around, upon your return, you would be given a glass of water and a cold towel. There were always smiles when they saw you and were very happy to talk to you. When I get back to Hoi An, there will be only one hotel I shall be thinking of - the Nhi Nhi Hotel. It is close to the old town, as well as being within walking distance to the newer areas. This is a town that closes early, so night clubs etc., are not part of the scene, but if you like to have good, cheap food and drink, this is a place to go.

have nothing but good feelings about the nhi nhi hotel! the staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast (included with my stay) was simple and tasty, and i was easily able to rent a bicycle for three days during my stay. nhi nhi is about a 7-10 minute walk from the center of town but it's an easy walk and well worth it if you don't mind. with a bike it's only 2-3 minutes. i will definitely stay here again if i return to hoi an. once note about the pool: it's small, not swimmable, more suitable for cooling off in the heat.

Nhi Nhi Hotel Hoi An is so awesome. We, 4 of us had a 2 nights stay there. We have been travelling around the world but we never have such an experience before with such a beautiful stay in Nhi Nhi Hotel Hoi An. Nhi Nhi Hotel Hoi An is a normal hotel with a 5 stars services. Room are clean & big. The breakfast are so amazingly good with great Vietnamese & Western breakfast. You can order as many breakdast as you like. Most of all, the staff of the hotel are super friendly, helpful and can communicate well in English. It's a 5 stars services. Highly recommended to all travellers to stay in this hotel in Hoi An.

The service at the Nhi Nhi Hotel was the best we experienced in Vietnam. We stayed in 5 star resorts that did not have the same high level of customer service that we experienced at the Nhi Nhi hotel. Cannot recommend this lovely hotel enough! The location was great as well being only a short stroll into the old town. We will look no further than the Nhi Nhi hotel for our next trip to Hoi An.

Feel right at home”
I came to the hotel from Saigon and the welcome was warm and friendly. The staff do their best to make sure your stay is a memorable one. I was greeted with friendly smiles every morning and asked if I had a good sleep. The breakfasts were good and the domestics cleaned the room well. They put fresh fruit in the room at no extra charge. I stayed a week and enjoyed it. I would recommend the Nhi Nhi as a good stop off if passing through Hoi an. Some tourists complained about noise from tour groups but it's really no hassle and the hotel is good value all round.

this small hotel is located in the old quarter. the staff were absolutely fantastic! each time we returned from a walk or tour, the girls were waiting with fresh cold towels for us and a cold drink. the staff were very willing to assist you in any way they could - from organising tours to helping us arrange for our shopping to be airmailed back to australia.the rooms were clean and tidy and very comfortable. breakfast was in a pleasant setting where you looked out onto the swimming pool.we would definitely stay at nhi nhi again if in hoi an.

We had a pleasant stay at Nhi Nhi Hotel and absolutely loved Hoi An. For the price it was very good. The hotel itself is a bit older but this gives it a quaint charm. Our room had both A/C and a fan, the shower had good water pressure and hot water, but the shower head sprayed water a bit uncontrollably. The location was away from the areas where most other hotels are, it was still very close to town center and made our nightly walk home more interesting being able to stop at great local food stalls for Taiyaki and delicious milk teas! We rented bikes one day but returned them halfway through because they were old and rickety with bad tire pressure, making them harder to ride. The staff were excellent and always eager to please, helping us to book transport and learn some basic Vietnamese. We would happily stay here again.

We had an excellent experience at Nhi Nhi!! Our room was lovely with a nice bathroom, great windows and a sweet little balcony. The staff were wonderful and did everything they could to make us comfortable including gettting up at 4:30 in the morning to fix us breakfast and see us off when we had an early flight to catch. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the historic section of HoiAn and just a short taxi ride to An Bang beach which is a lovel place to spend the afternoon. We highly recommend Nhi Nhi and hope to return!

Hoi An hospitality at its best!”
I am extremely happy with my stay at Nhi Nhi, upon my arrival my luggage were carefully bring in to my room and the staff patiently explain to me what to do, visit, eat and shop at Hoi An. The room and hotel is very beautiful like old hoi an city design. Room is comfortable. If I had to come out with a thing to improve it may be their water heater system at their bathroom is not that hot.
