There are many capsule hotels out there in Tokyo. 9hours gives you all you need, but no special extras - but that’s totally fine! The stuff is kind, you get everything you need for your stay (towel, tooth brush, slippers and clothings), the ‘designer’-capsule is giant (way bigger than expected) and the public room in 6th floor is amazing (for foreigners I recommend to observe the busy streets in the morning through the windows). Only negative thing (for me) is, that the stairway is restricted for emergency. Sometimes I don’t want to wait for the elevator, especially if I just want to go to my locker or take a shower - which are on a lower floor than the capsules. But, since this system provides the privacy of female guests, it’s totally understandable. Thanks for the hospitality!

Clean, modern and close to metro station. The only problem is a bit noisy at night, since people walk around and pack(unpack) their luggage.

Location is close to City -Tokyo Dome. The please very clean and staff very friendly.. But should be have hot water or microwave for customer to make some hot drink.

Clean but very inconvenient”
The hotel itself is perfect. Modern, clean, good wifi and good staff. Pods are super comfortable as well. But the main problem is you have to check out every day even if you stay consecutive days.. so check out till 10am and check in again at 1pm. You can’t stay at your capsule or lounge area during this time which make it very inconvenient. When you come back from a party or somewhere late you still have to wake up early and check out. This is a huge problem. And there is no complimentary drinks in the lounge area. So i wouldn’t recommend.

Great Stay for Solo Traveller”
The lounge is very nice and chill! Love nine hours concept everything was well prep. I am able to leave my luggage at the lobby before checking in, the staff was very friendly and assisted me. Highly recommend! Plus, they also record your sleeping pattern, and send the detailed record regarding it. Which I found it kinda interesting.

The best place for single traveler”
Recommend for single traveler. Close to train also near a family mart, around 5mins walk. Overall: Cheap and clean, the common area looks really nice. But don’t forget to bring your earplug coz some of the roommates may make noise at night or in the early morning.

I like the design of this hotel, for instance, the trash can is embedded on the wall, the floor-ceiling windows in the lounge space where the view is great, the clean and open shower space (the faucet with strong current) and the price is affordable. There is also a cafeteria on 1st floor.

a pleasant surprise ”
The Pod is big enough compare to the standard capsule hotel size, good lighting although there’s no air outlet (or not able to adjust the air flow) . The locker is big enough to put the suitcase and jackets . Nice pyjamas, clean bathrooms and shower rooms. My pod (216) was located at the end , where I could hear the trains passing by until 1am and the train service resumed around 5.30am in the morning..avoid those pods in the end of the corridor if you’re a light sleeper.. overall it’s a nice experience to stay there and I’d like to try 9 hours in other locations in the future too.

Perfect for flight delay accommodation ”
My flight with Jetstar was delayed and so had to pick new accommodation for the night. Really nice facilities and staff for my first night ever in Tokyo. Very welcoming. The showers and locker room was very helpful and nice interior, location.

シャワールーム・トイレに余裕があり、立派なラウンジがある。”
駅のすぐそばにあって、施設の規模が大きく、ロッカーが大きめなので荷物を入れやすい。数が多いせいか洗面台に髪の毛が落ちてるなどの不快さが少なくて良いです。 ロッカールームとシャワールームがある階と寝室が別の階なので後から来る人の物音に悩まされないので、快適に寝られる。 電車の音はするが、耳栓をすると気にならない。 シャワーの蛇口が石鹸のついた手だと捻れないのが煩わしかった。ほんの少し引っ掛かりがあれば良かったのに。 ナインアワーズの内装は清潔さを感じる反面、何か無機質な感じがして、冬は特に実際の気温より寒く感じる気はする。早めに就寝する気になるので、ビシネス目的だと翌日に響かないので助かります。

JR水道橋駅至近な新型9h。ラウンジは快適で絶景‼︎”
フロントは1階で、4階が男性ロッカー&シャワーフロア。6階のガラス張りラウンジまでは男女共用エレベータ1機なので待つ事が多い感じ。女性は6階で専用エレベータに乗り換える方式です。 ロッカーの鍵はQRコード式。ロッカーは縦に大きいタイプですが、間隔やフリースペースが狭く、混雑時やパッキング客が居ると窮屈です。 館内着は上下セパレート、シャワー用にバスマット付です。 何より6階ラウンジが絶景で、9hとしては異例の広さと快適さだと思います。 コンセント席も多く確保され、かなり有効に使える空間です。
