Great location and welcoming hotel”
Easy to get to central london and greenwich has lots to offer to eat and do. Having the greenwich park so close makes a great place to stay with children yet great connections all around. The staff was nice and prompt with check in, room was lovely and super clean! They price beat the budget hotel travelodge. I am glad I went to this one. Thanks

Graduation stay”
We have a 12week baby and the hotel staff were really helpful. Offered to help with the bags etc. They even offered to warm bottles up. The room was clean and when asked for extra towles and coffee the receptionist brought it to our room straight away. Myself and the family woold stay here again. Its close to Greenwich station and a 10min stroll into town.

Hotel provided all this quality and value hotel in London normally does. Spotless. Comfortable Beds. Convenience for us was decision factor. RIght at the Greenwich Train station. 5 min from the Cutty Sark maritime museum and all Greenwich is known for.

No heating rang reception on the out dated phone just fussed it was 0 to get through. Apparently no maintenance in the evening to which I believe as ridiculous as that’s to point of the day when things could go wrong with the majority of residence would be in . Don’t get the box toilet with a real bad paint job plus unsure on having a separate shower bath when they could be combined . The Tv is poor and very dated didn’t have all the channels. Definitely not worth the money I payed and I’m sure I won’t be back .

Overnighter before our European Adventure tourof London Sat am we arrived at the Novotelc”
We arrived in London after being transit for 36 hours from Australia at 5:00am. Had an hour and 15 min trip through customs and luckily our cab driver was still waiting for us. After a scenic tour of London, we arrived at our hotel around 8am and they were obliging enough to let usheck in to our room early so that we could catch up with 4 hours sleep! Excellent service. We had friends come for dinner and wine and enjoyed a great evening! Can thoroughly recommend the NOVOTEL Greenwich.

Hotel is centrally located in the beautiful town of Greenwich. Free Wi-Fi is a big plus as well as 2 computers with printers being made available. By London standards, hotel price was reasonable and room was a bit small but we don't mind as we use it for the night only. Bathroom is well equipped with power shower and a bath Hotel is located just outside the train station and this is a big plus. Nearby there are pubs, restaurants and several supermarkets. On weekends, Greenwich hosts a lively market and it is worth a visit. Staff are very helpful, a special thank you to Agnes in the reception. We discovered that we left one luggage at the hotel upon arriving at the airport and Agnes saved the day by organizing a taxi to drop the luggage and informing us at the same time of the progress. In summary we recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again

Great hotel in an excellent location”
i was pleasantly surprised by the novotel greenwich. the location is excellent, close to all the attractions of greenwich and only 10 minutes from london bridge. the room layout is one of the most intelligent i've seen, fitting a separate toilet and sofa into a small space. beyond this, the gym is excellent and the staff helpful and friendly.

It's the only hotel I stay in when in Greenwich. Being a Novotel means you are guaranteed great service and all the basic comforts a business traveler would want. Greenwich is a great part of London, so there's plenty to explore.

Value for money in great neighbourhood”
First, the hotel is literally stones throw from the DLR station. Second, room is spacious, clean, comfy. Third, facilities are great. I used the gym - functional and clean. Fourth, location is full of restaurants for breakfast, and supermarkets. Yes, Greenwich is far from city centre. But the proximity to the DLR station and the quiet safe neighbourhood that it is in makes up for this. I will choose to stay here when I next come London.

We had a very nice stay at the Novotel Greenwich. I had a few request and the stuff was very kind and accommodating. I would stay again next time! Great location was well. Able to walk to many places in London and right next to dlr and national rail. Excellent.

Clean hotel in a very quiet neighbourhood”
Though there is a railway station Greenwich right next to the hotel, the location of this Novotel is very far away from the Heathrow airport and the downtown area near underground of Picadilly circus and Oxford circus...It took me 2.5 hours to travel from the airport to the hotel. It also took me 30mins each time going to the city from the hotel. Overall the hotel is very clean and good to stay except the location. Staffs are very friendly there too. There is a supermarket nearby closes till 12mn so no problem of getting water and food.
