Great Room”
This is actually a condo being rented like a hotel. I was contacted via my phone directly upon booking and the customer service was excellent. The owner / manager (Marisol) of the unit was extremely helpful and made sure all needs were taken care of. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in this area. I stayed in Unit 22H which had a couch, kitchen with microwave & stove, full size refrigerator, washer and dryer, everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. I was here for business and did not want to go out much. I felt perfectly fine and comfortable sitting in my room.

Good place to spend the night. It's in a nice area, quite new condotel, big room, nice lobby. The problem is when I called the owner of the condo unit I was told that I can check in at 2 pm. When I get there the room is not ready. The bed is bare no nothing. The owner told me that the caretaker will bring it later. When the caretaker came after a while she only brought a fitted sheet, there's no bed skirt, cover sheet, nor comforter. She also brought two pillows, and blanket that doesn't smell fresh and looks dirty. They also brought me one brown towel that's falling apart and doesn't smell fresh either. I have to go out to buy my own towel. There's no wastebasket anywhere in the room. I was wondering if this is marketed as a hotel or a rental. I'm writing this comment to help the owner be successful in this business. I want to stay in this condo again but the owner should know how to run this kind of business if she wants people to come back. I was there for three days and I the caretaker who is a very nice lady when I check-in and when I check out.

Condo stay in Makati”
This is a typical Makati condominium space, not really a hotel. It has a kitchen so cooking your own food for a longer stay is ideal. There's no typical hotel service as such, but the location is convenient for Greenbelt and Legaspi Village. Very spacious, sterile and more like staying in a private apartment than a hotel - wifi worked well and the check-in / out was well organised.

One unit in a condo”
Stayed overnight in unit 23M. This building is a condo, not a hotel. Building amenities include a small pool and a kiddy pool; and a small fitness center which we visited but didn't get to try out. The owner was very accommodating. The room itself was very basic, although comfortable enough. Wifi consisted of a pocket wifi device, which was provided to us for free. No dining options in the building itself, but lots of options in greenbelt mall, which is very close.

Hi Agoda, the manager was helpful and quick response time,. I’d say this condo is 3 star, there was dangerous lifted tiles, the cleanliness of the unit was average, broken shower and dirty bedding, I moved out after one night, not that happy,. I’d say this is a $45 - $50 aud per night room,. Thank you ,.

Location was perfect for malls and airport. Security guard was not helpful with the guest, the one who communicated with me did not give specific instructions to the front desk, it took forever for us to get our keys and get settled in our rooms.

Bathroom in desperate need of an upgrade (dire!): better shower, toilet spray Rearrange the furniture so it can be used Change the nasty pillows to something decent Would be a nice gesture to put some basic things to hold guests over for the first night (drinking water, etc.) And my goodness, I hope that you are changing the door code every time a person checks out!

Alright, price could be lower”
There are no places to park. It was a little pricey for the amount of time I got to stay in the place, price could be lower. It was an okay experience except for my car getting impounded. No allotted parking spot for your car (at least, none was mentioned) Followed the instruction of lobby person on where to park my car but it ended up getting impounded in the morning. But overall, aside from that incident, not a horrible experience, it was okay.

seriously overrated...”
against the current rating by other travelers, my recent experience has been hugely disappointing... perhaps it was the apartment/unit, 21h, or just bad luck... 1. the apartment was outright shabby; as if all the furnishings were picked up at some remote village garage sale... 2. bad smell at the bathroom... aircon and air freshener helped a little... 3. aircon seemed like 10 years old and incredibly noisy; can sleep with no aircon OR cannot sleep but have aircon... poor choice; 4. towels / hangers / fridge, everything there was substandard, old, broken... 5. in one of 3 days there was no cleaning... 6. internet access was sporadic and slow, barely could send emails... the points is that the apartment was in a miserable and sad condition and the owner could clearly care less about the basic comfort of the travelers... and ironically it would not cost all that much to address the major issues; location is great and the place has a potential. further, support staff, a lady named Col, was fantastic and certainly tried her best to help with a stay being an unmitigated disaster.

This is a single room within a managed serviced apartment. Only this room is in Agoda. The entire serviced apartment do not have a computer and cannot be accessed by Agoda. Because you are a guest of the owner, the management do not care who you are. So you will feel left out. But good privacy

Not worthy”
I forgot to submit a review during my stay but I cannot forget how horrible this place was. The place is not well maintained, there was a stinky smell coming from the sink and when I complained they came to fix but the following day it's smelly again. If you have any other options please book from other hotels, or apartment which is worth the money you paid. The only advantage is that it's walking distance to shopping malls although not so near. Don't waste your money and time on this place...

It was ok wi- fi not so good, the room lightning is too dark making it not so inviting to stay. Location very good and staff very helpful. The owner very nice and easy to communicate with.

17H - Overrated by other travelers”
Location is great and safe, staff very helpful. Condo unit 17H need an upgrade before I can recommend travelers to use it. Air-con very noisy and make it hard to sleep. Internet access was sporadic and slow, barely possible to send emails. The room lightning is too dark making it hard to read. Shower cabin floor very dirty (Black). Only two worn out towels provided. It would not cost much to upgrade the unit and get happy customers.
