Fantastic staff, great location”
Super friendly staff; willing to show people around in Osaka when they have time and energy (usually they do), and always willing to help you find the best of Osaka regardless. Location is 10 to 15 minute walk from the station and it's easy to get to everywhere fun from here. There's a bunch of restaurants around the place. Everything is super clean. For me the amazing, friendly staff made all the difference. Bug hugs to everyone at Hive :) I'll definitely stay here if I'm in Osaka again.

Friendly, clean & very pleasant”
Walking distance from Osaka station and convenient stores. I arrived at late night, but easy to find, washed off and rest well. Next morning, walked to a nearby store and cooked some brunch, eat, chat with other guests & staff and walked to the station, off to catch a flight to okinawa. Worked out great. Unbeatable price. Thank you!

I stayed dormitory so nothing much to expect. I'm just satified to sleep in the sense bed was comfortable . The price was just more than 1000 yen that is quite good price. Maybe some people don't like shower space because it is narrow a bit but you can take hot shower anyway regardless of space.

Friendly and accommodating staff”
The environment was pretty nice and the staff can speak great English. So, as a foreigner, it was not difficult to communicate. They were very accommodating. The facilities are good enough too for the price. The location is 15mins walk to station.

Pros: - Nice accommodation at its price point - Staff who handled my check in was nice and speaks good english - Shared living room was nice - Though breakfast served only consisted of bread and some jams, it was filling - Dormitory is spacious enough for me not to bump into other beds while moving around - Space was clean Cons: - Location. It is pretty far from the nearest station (Osaka Station). I think it would have been a 15 to 20 minute walk from the station? But one also has an option to ride the bus (route 41 or 59). Reaching the place would couse some slight hassle if you have luggage with you - There isn't much space to store luggage - Few sockets (there was only 2)

Good location near the Train Station!”
Nice and easy to find guesthouse. Check in was smooth, and the facilities are clean. Some staff speak little English. Will stay again if visit Osaka!

Twin room at lvl5”
The room is weirdly located on its roof top. The elevator only reaches level 4 and u have to take the stairs. So if u have big luggages, just fyi. Otherwise, it was near the willer express bus station so we booked. Fairly near the osaka and umeda-osaka station. Room is big for a twin room.

Compared with the other hostels I've stayed at in Japan, this was okay. It was pretty clean I think, it was a good 15-20 minutes away from the nearest station with a big highway in-between, so a bit hard to walk to with bags. The staff was okay. There were bathrooms on every floor, but the showers were only on the first floor, next to the lounge. There wasn't specifically anywhere secure to put your luggage at night,but had cables to lock them to a table during the day. The breakfast was pretty disappointing. Just bread, jam and margarine. Just hot water, tea bags and instant coffee. Was in a good location for me because it's where my friend who I was visiting lives, but I don't know if there's that much to do around there really.

Not bad for a short stay”
Dorm was on 4th floor but shower on the 1st. Quite squeezy. No space to open luggage in the room. OTher than that, staff is friendly, and comfy. Near to main train station.
