They overbooked, so the room that was assigned to me was given to somebody else. They extended a helping hand and offered me another unit in a building around 300m but I opted for a room which was newly turned over to them. In fairness to the staff, they were very transparent about the pros and cons of the choices. In the end, I had a great stay, thanks really to their hospitality. Really great service.

Comfortable clean stay very near Shaw Boulevard and walking distance 100 m to Jolibees Google map says it is close to BONI MRT station but in reality it is closer to Shaw MRT station. The room needs lots of explaining but they only gave keys and did not say anything. You have to ask them for wifi password and how everything works because they don't explain at all if you don't ask. The pw is different than on the key and the cable box is hidden behind the TV so if you don't play around the remote control for 30 minutes then it doesn't work. The room had towels but no toilettries. Aircon and hot shower work well

To start with, the place is nice, clean, and at the center of everything. However, the room does not have utensils for meals such as plates nor spoon and fork. The CR has no provision where you can hang your towel and clothes. And we had a hard time operating the TV. Nonetheless, we got the price of the unit for a super affordable price and basic amenities are superb so we get what we paid for.

Good location, quick can ride from Megamall area. Room is small, good enough if you're a couple but, few issues: ac cold but leaking at rm427, bathroom is dirty with hair and whatnot, bed and linens are liveable, TV is really small with only a few channels. Good for the low price.

The location is good. The space is small like if you're planning for a staycation I will not advise this. But if your purpose is you want a decent place where you can spend the night I think this is passable. The bed is not that comfortable because of the spring. But in general, it served its purpose at least for us.

Pros for me is the location because it's close to two train stations. It's also close to the major malls of Mandaluyong. However, our room was on the 28th floor and it takes time for the elevator to work. When we entered the room, there was also no kit given to us eventhough it says in OYO's terms that they do provide basic toiletries. The room was clean but it was not as spacious. The airconditioner was also not that blowing out cooler air despite us setting it to the highest cool setting and the room being so small. The wifi though was really fast and the staff were friendly.

I was in a hurry when I booked this property. Didn't have the time to check the property itself. 1 elevator was under maintenance so people were lining up in the functioning one. The room was pretty small which was fine by me since I only stayed for a couple of nights. No rug outside the bathroom door so water spills outside. On my second day, electricity went out. I only found out that there were wiring issues only after I called receptions. I would have appreciated it if they advised me or gave me a timeline when power will be back. It went on from 2pm to past 7pm.

Good enough value for money. However, TV is not functional (no signal) and the staff cannot fix it. If you are internet-dependent (WiFi), do not book at this condotel. Internet is too slow. I just used my mobile data which is faster.

I had an awful experience booking here. First, I was already there at 2pm but I was told to wait at the lobby since they told me they had to disinfect my room. I got into my room around 5pm! I waited for 3 hours at the lobby! They told me that a host would get down to assist me but no one came. They even just messaged me through text that I could directly go to my room. They didn't even told me I had to use an rfid for the elevator and since they didn't give me one, I was stuck waiting at another floor. The room was nice though. Their service was just so poor. They should've just told what time I could go there so I don't have to waste my time sitting at the lobby very uncomfortable.

cheap price compare to others, but low internet connection and the television is not working. There’s no free bottled water. You should always check the door if you really close it, there’s a problem with the door knob.
