location wise its best as it is just walking distance to burnham park and just in front of the good taste restaurant if you are a fan of it. hotel is nice place to stay for couple or family with kids, clean and comfy with AC in the room. however this hotel has no elevator and have to walk up the stairs to get to lobby/reception area so its not ok if you have oldies or senior citizens. but overall place is good and staffs are nice and approachable and accommodating.

Really great location. Many fine eateries close by (we looooooved Good Taste!!!, only a short 3 minute walk across the street). The only bad thing was that the stairs going from the entrance to the front desk are very steep. My 77 year old father had to go very slowly in order to maintain his breath. If you are elderly or with an older person, you might want to look elsewhere, but otherwise this place is great!

It's an elevated hotel meaning there's quite a number of steps to be taken before you reach the front desk. So it might not be suitable for the elderly on wheel chair. Otherwise, for those young families, couples or friends, I highly recommend the place. It's one of the cheaper in the area yet decent and clean. Just don't expect too much on the plated free breakfast.

We travelled by motorcycle with my boyfriend. This place is a must, we went early so they got our staff to keep first. Then we went outside to go to some places before we're waiting for oor Check in. The room was great w/ free drinks, towels, & toiletries. Spaciousfor 2pax (deluxe) but if you want a peaceful maybe this one is a little bit. Because we still hear the karaokes until past midnight. It is near the bars. But it also near the resto like Goodtaste & The Ruins Cafe. A walking distance at Burnham Park.

Very accomodating yung mga staff and always naka smile, nakaka good vibes. Halatang old na yung building but it doesn't matter kasi napaka ganda sa loob hindi halatang luma kasi naalagaan. Our room is nice too, good for only 2 persons. Super thumbs up sa heater! About naman sa breakfast okay naman. Sana lang sa mga other customers with kids, please tell them to observe silence lalo na hindi sound proof yung mga rooms. But all in all, our stay @Paladin Hotel is quiet amazing! I will stay here again when we go back at Baguio 😊👍 Thank you!!

Very accessible to burnham, session road, ukayan. Super clean. Friendly staff. I left my airpods, i didn't know it was on our bed. When about to leave the hotel, one of the staff approached us and handed over my airpods. Good job! They are honest! 🥰

super love this place! just across good taste which is a +++100000 since it's one of baguio's must try restos plus the steakhouse in front. I f you want a quick drink, it happens to be beside alberto's!! Just a reminder if you have lots of luggage, please ask for assistance since there's no elevator in the hotel.

Proximity to everything”
One thing I and my family like with Paladin is that it is at the center of everything, restaurants, shopping (Baguio market), leisure (Burnham Park), just a few steps away. This is important to me considering that I have with me my 2 senior citizen parents and I was the only one middle aged person accompanying them. It is easier for me to bring them anywhere as I can wait for taxi transport from the hotel. And my parents love it too that they can go outside without me as the restaurants and other stores are familiar to them.

Highly recommendable especially when you're planning to explore the tourist spots in Baguio. Place is very accessible to some of the famous spots like Burnham Park, Session Road. Also just walking distance from great places to dine -Cafe by the Ruins, Good Taste. Staffs are very warm and accommodating too! Will definitely book again here once I come back to Baguio.

Value for Money”
Paladin Hotel offers great value for money. Their staff is always accommodating, free breakfast is pretty good (typically Filipino unless otherwise requested; 1 viand with unli rice/pancit/coffee), and it's just probably 100m or so from Burnham Park. As others mentioned, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, but my request to get a room on the lower floor was easily accommodated. They have free luggage storage, and they're nice enough to let us stay on the 3rd floor lounge while passing time (since our bus departs at night). Room cleaning is completed by request, and when done, items (water and probably also coffee/creamer/sugar) in the room are replenished.

Staff are nice. Free breakfast. Free massage for one. You can leave your luggage before and after your stay, so if you check out but still some time to go around, you can leave you things in the reception area.

The hotel is nice for an affordable price. However, my only concern is that staffs cannot control the group of people who were so loud like they were in Public Market at 6 in the morning, they forgot the basic etiquette of not being too loud when in a hotel because hotels are served as private room for relaxation.
