Great hotel, location, breakfast and stuff. My wife called them and ask if they can do a little arrangement for my birthday, for our surprise and mine they gave us an upgrade for the room. They had balloons, chocolate a birthday note and water. It was a really nice surprise specially for the room upgrade. Thanks a lot. Great experience.

Penthouse with amazing views over London.”
My 2 night's stay in the penthouse was wonderful for our anniversary. We were lucky enough to get the penthouse with London eye view and a large terrace breakfast in the morning on the terrace was amazing. Thank you so much Park Plaza for making our stay memorable !!!

Stayed here for a week in the studio room with my family (2 adults, 4yo & 2yo). Plenty of space with the sofa bed. Staff were helpful with all our needs and is a great place to stay. Location is perfect as it is close to Waterloo station, london eye, hop on-hop off bus stop and shops/restaurants. Would stay here again if I visit London again.

Hotel with perfect location and view”
We loved this hotel, we can see London Eye from out room. Professional staff, fast check-in process, clean room, nearby with cafe, supermarket, restaurant. Just 2 minutes walking to Waterloo train/tube station. Will stay again for next holiday.

One night, with a 3month old”
Only stayed one night but very pleasant (albeit the room was a touch cool) and excellent breakfast. We had our 3 month old with us and a travel cot was provided (we requested one in advance), though with only a large towel by way of padding for the rather hard base.

the view was perfect”
we stayed at the junior suite and it was worth it. we woke up to a beautiful view of sunrise over the Shard and the Walkie Talking building...and we also had a view overlooking the waterloo train station which was perfect because our son is fascinated by trains. it was a great stay. the staff were kind.

The location is central to the London Eye and only 20 minutes walk to Covent Garden along the river. The room was compact but clean. The wifi was strong enough to hold a one hour video conference call, which surprised me.

I stayed here years ago, but for business, this time for pleasure. It was great to see the level of the facilities , staff and cleanliness had still been kept to a high standard. Its excellent if you want to be in the city centre with Waterloo station just around the corner also. So great if you need to connect to another part of the country also.

location is very good, breakfast is ok but the resto is too small compare to guest that want to have breakfast and impact to queque line so long for enter resto to breakfast. take average 30 minutes every morning when we stay at this hotel.

The location is close to Waterloo Station, and there are eateries around the area. The room is clean, but guests must be careful to draw the curtains if the window faces the air well because the inside of a lighted room is visible to passers-by, even with the translucent curtains drawn. There is a variation in the service by staff. Some are warm, friendly and knowledgeable, while others are stern, business-like, inexperienced and provide inaccurate/misleading information regarding matters like a) what time the breakfast ends on a weekday as compared to weekends b) the availability of a takeaway breakfast for guests who have to check out before 5 a.m. It would be a good idea for all staff to be well-informed regarding hotel matters and policies so that any staff (new or otherwiise) would be able to answer a guest's enquiry quickly, accurately and directly, and not have to refer to more than one staff to obtain basic info such as these. Service with a smile makes such a difference !
