the place kinda remind me of John Hay with its building color and lot of open spaces, lot of parking space. our request to have all single beds were ready when we went there. for improvement - taxi sign when you want to go out. a lot of taxi comes by but mostly with passenger already. another thing also, is the echo in the de luxe rooms, since i think there are 5 rooms available, when fully occupied the echo is heard in other rooms or when you talk in the hallway overall it was a great experience in this hotel

Baguio 2020 with 4 adults and 1 child and an infant”
If you are looking for an accommodation to sleep for a night and go around the city in the day, we can recommend you this place. Location is very good when you are going around Burnham Park and going up to La Trinidad. It has a secured parking space inside its own compounded cottages. There was also a place to have a bonfire party for big groups. Although, the exhaust fan of our bathroom was a bit loud, no towels included in the room. Breakfast is at 7am. Price is reasonable for its facilities. Bathroom has a water heater which you need to decipher how to use but the important thing is it has hot water! No handheld bidet spray so old-school Pail and Dipper for us. Beddings are enough for us to stay warm over the night. It smelled clean and washed as I always smell the bedding in the hotels we stay in when we travel.

Choose the new building”
Never ever book in the old building. It’s worst. It’s dilapidated, the sheets and the towels are old and worn out. You still have to take the stairs to go down to reach that room you never imagined. In think it’s F3. Devoid of the basics such as spoon, fork, knife, glasses and no water heater for coffee. You would also the footsteps of the guests upstairs who arrived in the wee hours of the morning. It was really disgusting! Good thing on our 2nd night, we were transferred to the new building, because I complained. that’s where we experienced a little comfort. Their staff is accommodating. But still in the new building, you would only find a tray with coffee cups, nothing more and there’s no ref also. I would rather scout for some hotels nearby.

Acceptable place for budget-friendly stays!”
Since the price for the property is low, don't expect much from the place. The rooms were satisfactory, but I'd advise guests to bring their own pillows and blankets. They change the sheets before guests arrive, but I personally feel more comfortable using my own things. The bathroom had a heater, but the floor tiles weren't really clean, so I would still wear slippers when walking around the entire room. The room was actually very spacious. I do appreciate the staff, though. They were friendly naman and willing to lend us the internet at the reception area. Btw, the signal in the area is quite bad, so prepare your devices or whatever pocket wifi you use. The only place that the wifi reaches is the reception, so if you have anything urgent (e.g. meeting, project, etc.), I'd advise you to go to the front desk to ask for their wifi password. One more thing, the place has limited parking, but it's very near Burnham Park and the night market.

Upon arrival, there is no bottled water available in the room (meaning, we need to purchase). After that, we need to pay for 10php which the staff can't give us a reason why. The shower heater is not working properly. Also, I don't think the towels were cleaned properly.

A genuine Old Baguio experience!”
Our stay at Pine Breeze was excellent. The place is clean and organized, the beddings, towels, and mattresses were neat. The whole environment of the place is very homey and welcoming! They stayed true to their word that we can experience the ambiance and feel of the Old Baguio. The location is very near (around 5-10mins from Burnham Park/Baguio Market). They are located in a higher ground so it's quite relaxing to see the view from our window. Their compound is large and gated with security guard, so it's perfectly safe for kids to run around the area. They also have nice garden set-ups and Ifugao huts which is fun to take pictures with. The staff (special mention to Aiza) were very nice and accommodating even to some of our extended requests (i.e. cups with hot water, safekeeping our luggages even after checkout, medicine, and hailing a cab, etc.) The only negative thing we experienced in Pine Breeze Cottages is that the water pressure from the shower is too low (which is forgivable given that Baguio is already experiencing water shortage due to its high location). Also, we found it difficult to hail a cab on our own especially during rush hour and resorted to ride a Jeepney instead to Burnham Park then hailed a cab there. Overall, I recommend this place for couples, families and groups who are on a tight budget but still want to experience a homey and comfortable environment during their stay in Baguio. Keep it up Pine Breeze!

It was a very satisfying experience to stay at Pine Breeze Cottages. They have a new building. Not yet completely finished just painting for the doors. Overall it was a good experience. Will definitely come back. It was just the weather that made our stay in Baguio sad.

Baguio, the City with the Mostest”
Our stay here made our 2-day visit in Baguio City worth our while. From the hustle and bustle of our nine tour-spot visits, we went back to the silence, the peaceful ambiance of Pine Breeze Cottages. It was like home, its silence lulled us to sleep. The 5-person room we got was sufficient to meet our needs. The room was clean. The beddings were fresh. The toilet and bath were kept in good condition.
