The hospitality in this hotel is very good. Our flight was delayed by five hours and we got there very late the overnight person at the front desk (I forgot his name the gentleman with the glasses) Was very welcoming and made everything go very very smooth. There was no parking available at the time of our arrival and he offered to take the key and park the car for us the minute a parking is available. The staff was very friendly And the cleaning staff were on point and did an extremely great job maintaining this hotel. The breakfast was good and on time daily. If I had to rate my stay from 1 to 5 it would be a 10… it’s no mistake because they went above and beyond to make this visit a very pleasant one… I recommend this hotel

Clean and comfortable hotel in a perfect location. The beach is across the street and the hotel provided beach chairs and umbrellas during the stay. Nice heated pool on-site and a good selection of items for the complimentary breakfast. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great value and would definitely come back!

Full of pleasant surprises! ”
While being the cheapest beachfront hotel, it was also surprisingly nice! The bathroom had been recently updated The room was very comfortable, with great beds and plenty of pillows. It is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been to. The staff was kind and courteous. They provided beach towels in your room, beach chairs and umbrellas, and a full breakfast every day. Our room had a full kitchen, so we were able to go to the nearby grocery store and save on food for the week. They even allowed us to keep our beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels and to use the pool and a shower room after checking out while we waited to go to the airport! We will absolutely stay here again next time we are in Fort Lauderdale!

Perfect Stay!”
Had a beautiful stay at this hotel. I arrived a little before midnight, tired with a little one after a rough set of days with mishaps. The staff was friendly, the room was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. Having beach toys,umbrellas, towels,and chairs available was a HUGE plus in addition to the beach right across the street. I loved my room was able to be cleaned daily,having kitchenware to reheat meals and the setup to dry things. It is also in close proximity to many places to eat to the left,right,and behind! My only suggestion is to add a broom or handheld to get the sand at the end of the day. Tracking sand to bed or after showering can be a slight nuissance!

Best hotel ever”
It's our second time here and we wouldn't be going anywhere but here. Beach chairs and umbrellas + beach towels are free. You can keep them in your room for the length of your stay. Cross the street and you're at the beach. If you have to leave later than your check-out time, there's a shower and a toilet available on site, plus you can keep your chairs and umbrella for the day. A 5 stars hotel. I highly recommend!

A wonderful four nights at Premiere. From check-in, check-out, to reception, housekeeping, and the "breakfast guy" all the staff were polite, courteous and brilliantly helpful, and attentive. The room was super clean, fresh and well-presented. It also had a kind of "mini-kitchen" with microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and utensils. The breakfast has many options with both hot and cold food available. The beach is just opposite and the hotel will supply you with beach towels and fold-away sun chairs to take with you. There is a little grocery store just a block away and several great restaurants nearby.

This was our first time to Fort Lauderdale and we made the best choice with this hotel. Super clean, super great staff, and great restaurant on site. We ate there every night of our stay, it was not over priced like many of the other restaurants in the area. Location is perfect close enough to the excitement it far enough away if you don’t want it to be busy and noisy. We are already planning our trip back next year. Super clean

This hotel was fantastic. The staff was super nice, The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. right across the street from the beach. You can borrow beach chairs from the hotel. The chairs have backpack straps and a pocket making them easy to carry. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Rooms were clean, nothing fancy, but very comfortable. Couch could be replaced. Beds were comfortable. House keeping did great everyday. Always had parking available, pool was warm, breakfast was good. I would come back for sure.

This place is in such a great location (literally on the street) by the beach, and super clean and affordable. Another advantage is that they offer beach chairs and towels, which was nice. For the price, and by the time we factor in everything, we’ll definitely be coming back. I’ve stayed in Fort Lauderdale a dozen times, but this is hands down my favorite location we’ve stayed.

Everything was perfect about the stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was right on the beach, the room was freshly renovated and modern, and they allowed us to stay with our pets for no additional fees (and free parking and no resort fee). I couldn’t recommend this hotel more to anyone, book it!

We arrived early and got to check in without hesitation. The room was beautiful with a direct view of the beach. The heated pool is awesome (just wish it was open past 8). We enjoyed the on site restaurant, the second pool and loaner chairs for the beach (a one minute walk across the street). Easy access to great shops, food and anything you need. We can’t wait to come back! We had the best experience and location.

Great place for every reasons!”
Couldn’t believe the value. The unit felt so homey, with a kitchen area and a gorgeous balcony that was full size. We used both features and they stood out for us on this trip. Staff was super nice and professional. They provided an iron upon request too, and delivered it to our room. My wife and I would come here again, and recommend it. Wish we tried the pool... next time!
