Exceptional”
Well-located (close to World Cosmo, Minato Mirai - 10 minutes by bicycle and less than 5 minutes walking to the closest station), we really liked that we could use the hotel's bicycle for free (really recommend using a bike to go around Yokohama).

Price friendly with nice design room. Room bit small esp. for us with kids in room. The light is too strong enough. My husband prefers a bright room.

me and my kids stayed here for a vacation. it's good that there's so many omise that you can buy near by. and the train station is very near too! that's why the place is good!

Acceptable”
A/C not working and they did not give us a new room. Instead, they open the window for us. Keep in mind that we stay on the 9th floor. Very unprofessional. The A/C vent has a lot of disgusting dust.

Brand new chic designer hotel but can be claustrophobic to some”
My daughter and I arrived in a taxi right at the street corner but because there is no obvious (deliberate)sign outside the hotel, we had a little trouble locating it. But that’s no big deal. The minimalistic design of the front entrance immediately attracted my daughter. Once inside, the dim decor with leather and bronze objects welcomed us. The reception staff provided adequate service. The room, though with a relatively high ceiling, donned dark -almost black- walls which made the already tiny space feel claustrophobic to me. The spacious bathroom was the saving grace. Lighting in the room is kept to such minimum. We had to be creative with spreading out our belongings (one suitcase in the bathroom) in the limited floor space for the two nights we stayed. We regret we didn’t try the restaurant which adjoined the hotel ground floor, and the ones across he street. The hotel is located in a convenient area with many restaurants to explore. We love the Bashamichi district, a true gem.

Stunning City Ryokan”
This Ryokan was very well located in Yokohama, short walk from the harbor and 2 second walk from the local train station. Surrounded by local restaurants. The rooms were beautifully done up with a very comfortable mattress on the floor. Modern Japanese feel....Pillows were also great. If I am ever in Yokohama again I would not hesitate to stay here

Best for couples! (Not young children)”
Lovely modern new hotel located in heart of Yokohama. Walking distance to Bay Area, stadium and china town. Could not provide cots so not the best for young children. Awesome room layout with free movies and shows on demand tv. Would definitely stay here again without kids. Also provided free meal everyday during our stay. The pork katsu sandwiches were the best!!

Multiple issues”
1. Google maps locates the property about 5 or more blocks away which Will delay reaching there if you a non Japanese speaker. Use one’s kitchen to find it. 2. I had to pay for breakfast when I thought it was included in the price 3. The cozy ryokan is centrally located in a busy city. It offers a nice contrast to its surroundings.

Brand new modern Japanese themed hotel”
This hotel was only a couple of weeks old when we stayed there last week. Very welcoming, comfortable and quiet. The rooms are small. The futon bed takes almost all the raised bedroom tatami floor. It wasn't comfortable for me in my 70s. There was no space for luggage. One suitcase and 2 small hand carry at the end of the bed. To open our cases we had to do this kneeling down on the futon bed. There is no where to sit. No chair. The really nice bathroom was exceptional. Separate shower and bath, spacious toilet and hand basin with good toiletries. The room has a small fridge and a safe, the safe is at floor level, down on one's knees to use this. The wifi was excellent, with a USB and power point next to the bed. The wall mounted TV had multiple languages. All in all a good place to stay if you have just a back pack and considerably younger than us.

Best placed i've stayed at”
It was the best place i stayed at. Stayed here for 13 days. The place is a little far out from tokyo but its not an issue. Best value for money and the everything is right near you. Food, convenience stores and stations. Dont hesitate the photos dont do it justice.

Morden Hotel with Special Design ”
The hotel is centrally located. The design of the rooms is very personal (of the designer/owner). It is not user friendly as there are no spaces for luggage and one can only use it at night for sleeping since the huge bed in the middle of the room takes up all the spaces. There are nowhere to sit and the room is very dark. All frosted windows are locked. You have no idea what is the weather like outside. It would be very depressing if stay in the room for a long time. No laundry facility. I don't think I will stay in this hotel again.

Great stay at Prostyle”
Well maintained hotel in great location. Close to train station and many eateries around. Rooms are small though, so easier to manage if you only have cabin sized luggage. For larger pieces, you may need to open them either on your bed or in the bathroom (which is comparatively spacious).

Nice New Hotel”
Nice cosy new hotel. Little gem located inside the city. Bathroom is surprisingly big for Japanese room standard. Free bicycles hire outside the hotel. It has all the essential, just don't expect gym, pool, etc. Overall, I love it.

The Hotel was relatively easy to find - the curtains next to the nightclub - but the check in and storage of luggage all very well handled. Room had all that we required ....

This hotel is immaculate but not for us westerners as the rooms are so small no where for cases or to hang clothes . Not much choice at breakfast ,not the type of food that we eat .
