The team were awesome. The food was excellent tasty and adequate and the venue was perfect. They worked well with my friends organising the event and responded well to problems arising due to the Corona outbreak. The room was fantastic, the cleaners were thorough and the facilities excellent. I will definitely stay again. My only problem was the bed was too big for one 😀

Overall very, very good property. No hesitations in recommending it. Very efficient, polite staff eager to help. Radisson however, like all other hotels in London, price available rooms on a mark-to-market, minute-by-minute basis, which in high-demand times, spikes the prices per room far more than what is reasonable. But, given the Radisson property management fee is revenue-dependent, the reasons are obvious. However, from the customer standpoint, it does feel like gouging: taking unfair advantage of the situation. I can understand a 50 or 75 pound increase, but a room is only worth so much--but not a 200-300% increase. That's just a baseless, unconscionable money grab. I wish Radisson would think a bit more about its customers and a bit less about stuffing their collective retirement accounts. Hospitality is, after all, a service (not disservice) business.

The staff were so helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived, especially Luci and Ali. We had our room upgraded due to it being our wedding anniversary. Breakfast was lovely and the views over the river were amazing.

Friendly and helpful front staff. Excellent housekeeping, very comfortable accomodation. First experience with a text and app for any query, found a very prompt and informative friend in Edward. Only could have been a little closer to the DLR (!)

Brand new hotel of an excellent standard. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. The location is about 20 walk from Canary Wharf (3 minutes £5 in a taxi). Despite being directly across the river from the O2 it is actually tricky to get to. The easiest way is to take a taxi which takes 15 minutes and costs £10-13.

Lovely Hotel situated opposite the o2 but you need the train to get you there. Check in with free Prosecco and an upgrade dealt with efficiently by Lucca. The room was lovely with tv in the big Bathroom. Staff in all areas were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great and at a reasonable price. We will definitely be back.

We had a problem with extremely noisy guests next door: loud conversation till 2am. Reception dealt with the issue and it was quickly resolved. When we discovered the noisy guests were staying a 2nd night, receptionist moved us to another room...no problem! Spa area is lovely....if only we'd had more time to enjoy it!

Lovely hotel, Barbara on reception has so helpfull and professional. We had a few issues in the restaurant at diner with the food not coming out with what it was meant to but apart from that lovely. It's worth having a river view lovely room.
