I know the standard rates for the room I took in (Agoda has the discount rate), but it has value for money. It has great amenities - slippers, TV, shower and bath, hair blower, and etc. Getting here was a bit hard since you have to pass through EDSA unless you'll take Pinatubo Street. The hotel is near to three other hotels, too (just right beside it!). It's near to other karinderia stalls and I like the fact that there's a bakery beside the hotel. The room was clean - everything was clean. The staff was friendly in accommodating me, including on my 2nd day when they have to open the pool just for me to swim (I was alone swimming around, save for a staff managing the place). They have a nice selection of food -that's given. I love how the restaurant, lobby, and swimming pool are all on one floor. It made it easier for me to around and explore the hotel. Sadly, I wasn't able to visit their rooftop bar deck ~ it would've been nice to chill after a series of business meetings.

Awesome hotel to recover from any surgery!”
The first big positive point, I'd like to mention is how accommodating the staff was to requests I had in relation to my girlfriend's recovery. As the title of this review states, this hotel is great if you or your companion has surgery and needs a good place to recover from it. I needed a bucket with ice cubes to put the cold compress pack in, and they gave it to me free of charge every time. Then there was the arrangement of having our breakfast delivered to our room because my girlfriend wasn't allowed to get out of the room the first few days. We loved it so much, that we kept the arrangement in effect from the day following her surgery until the day we checked out. The staff asked me on multiple occasions how she was and I really appreciated that. The hotel is located near several big malls, so buying medical supplies and food was fairly easy. The room I booked for us was the Luxury Queen room and it was super spacious with a comfortable bed.

This place is wonderfully clean in a tower block. The reception is on the 5th floor and best to approach it from the back door, as traffic is horrible on Edsa. The standard room is lovely, including the shower. The only thing missing is a fridge, but you will have to upgrade to the next level for that. I hardly needed the aircon and the wifi was everything I wanted it to be. The only thing which confused me at times was that you have to take two lifts from your floor to the street. Floors 1-5 to reception and 6-17 another. The breakfast was the same every day just about and for me only continental was possible. But the coffee was good. I enjoyed my stay there. Lots of eating places around the Araneta area there, including one fine Italian place. I would definetely stay there again

Excellent place to stay”
I would highly recommend Red Hotel to my colleagues and friends, well the service I received was absolutely good. All of the staffs are friendly and courteous and willing to help you in any way the can. Also, the cleanliness of the rooms are outstanding even the aroma will definitely make you stay. Another thing is that their food are all delicious! I had a very great stay in Red Hotel, made better because it is close to shops, malls and parks, Also the pool was fantastic, its too classy because city lights can be seen while you were chillin' in the pool, much better if you stay here with your family or friends! Pros: Location: Accessible to malls Hotel staffs are polite. Room is clean and quiet. Toilet is clean. Big TV, they also provide complimentary water. Wifi is good. Cons. No enough signal for TV/Cable. No Cinema One and sometimes it got stuck or froze to other channels while you are watching. Pool is kinda salty, though due to my curiousity I asked the staff if they do put salt in their pool, they said yes, however the pool staff wasn't around yet to filter the pool that's why water is not that clear that time. Cons are just small things. Overall it is indeed a great experience for us. And will surely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In the heart of the city”
The location of the hotel is good though it's near most of the motels in Cubao. It's safe since there are police roaming around the vicinity all the time. There are stores 24/7 open such as Jollibee, Chowking, 7eleven and Mercury Drug to name a few. Aling Banang's is also nearby where you can get a scrumptious Miki-Bihon. The room is spacious and well-lighted and the bathroom has a modern design. Pressure of the water is good too. TV is not branded but is a smart tv, hence, we got to log in our Netflix credentials. Overall, our stay is quite good and nothing faulty really in our stay. The only cons though would be two: No cellphone signal inside the room and water in the pool is quite cold which operates from 10am-7pm instead of 7am to 10pm. Buffet breakfast is so so but with at least four viands of choices. My family's staycation was so good that we only get to stay outside of the hotel when we are about to get our dinner. Indeed, it's a value for money. ^_^

Perfect for de-stressing and for a long staycation”
The first time I booked this last year October 2019, I knew I will be coming back here. True enough, I booked here for the New Year from Dec 31-Jan 4 (mom and sis joined in between). Truly the best so far. This is a 3-star hotel but it feels more than that. Accessible to Araneta center and nearby establishments especially food. This is located in the heart of EDSA so expect a bit of buses honking at night but it is tolerable. Staff are nice, friendly, and accommodating. The only thing I would like to comment on is I hope they improve their WIFI on certain rooms, the menu of their buffet (breakfast and dinner), their security (I hope it was tighter), and the front desk response time. Overall, the rest is excellent for me. I will probably go back here soon for another staycation. Hope they have a rewards card for loyal customers like me haha

Always been extremely great! This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk has been very friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast area was large and very good. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. This was a great hotel at a great price.

Great Hotel, very clean and affordable with breakfast so good. They're not so strict with regards to number of persons staying in a room good for two, no add charges if you're 3, we only pay for an additional just for breakfast, a minimal fee. Pros: -Kind staff -Clean room -Good facilities -Clean -Very comfy and homey -Near Araneta Center and food establishments -Wifi -Nice pool Cons: -Weak wifi on certain rooms -Front desk don't pick-up immediately -Buffet food is mostly Pinoy dishes I have loved my stay here. As mentioned above with the cons, I hope they improve them when I book them again for a staycation. Wifi boosters will be a great help on certain dead spots in the building. Also, there should be a separate number for Housekeeping or Logistics instead of all delegating it to the front desk officers especially on rush hours during check-in and check-out (which have improved). Can't wait to come back here.

Bang for the Buck Staycation”
If you are looking for a staycation that doesn't hurt the pocket then this is the place for you. Newly built building, friendly and accommodating staff, clean areas and excellent service are the things you get from this place. Although I hope the elevators were more efficient and faster, it's a bit slow. Overall, it's awesome. This is like my 3rd time and I have booked another one in April.

Best sleep in one months holiday”
Stayed 3 nights here on the last few days of our 1 month vacation here in the philippines. We loved how central Red Hotel was to transport, and shops but best of all the beds, pillows and sheets were lovely...soft fluffy, and smelt good....had my best sleep here in 30 days. Bathroom facilities were large and modern. Loved the decor. The buffet breakfast was fantastic...different stuff every day, and constantly replaced fresh. Would highly recommend this hotel. Only have one small criticism...was wifi in our room was bad...hence I am writing this in the breakfast room. I would return here on any future trips to Manila. ..favourite hotel in Manila ever.

I stayed at RED HOTEL last Nov 8-10..i love the its location.(near conveniece stores and BUS terminals & MRT) . the room was super clean.. staff were very friendly and accomodating 😊😊 the wifi connection was fast.. Better if u book them online rather than a walk in guest.. *Value for Money*❤️

Exceptional”
The room was nice considering it's the cheapest. They have a very strong internet connection and the room has a big smart tv. You can definitely have a "Netflix and chill"mode there. They provided awesome service. I hope they continue to provide good service. Sana hindi lang dahil sa bagong bukas sila... kasi we will definitely be back. Our stay comes with complimentary breakfast. For the price we paid, sobrang sulit since the foods served were very tasty unlike other hotels which serve foods for the sake of "may maiserve lang".

New hotel, fragrance in hotel smells good. Rooms are new, therefore are clean and spacious. Loved the pool. Staff are very nice and accomodating. Location is good, just 2mins walk from MRT station and many shopping malls nearby, great if craving for local foodies or shopping.

Newly opened 2019. Right across from Araneta City”
Newly opened hotel this year. Located across from the corner of araneta City on busy edsa st. Transport can not drop you off in the front due to busy street. If you don't watch out for the hotel entrance you will miss it. Transport has to drop you and pick you up from the back entrance. Lobby is located on 5th floor and NOT first floor. Take elevator to 5th floor. Massage parlor is located on 1st floor. Check-in was quick. My breakfast was included but I didn't get a chance to use it so I don't know the quality of food. Bath was modern and clean. Bathroom with frosted glass. Everything was clean. Shower handle came off when I tried to use it due to missing locking screw. Otherwise uneventful staying there. No frig. There is a coffee make in room. Very big TV LCD screen with HBO movies. Loved the clean environment. Stayed another extra 3 days.

Cubao hidden star”
pathway to the hotel elevator is narrow, but as soon as you get to the hotel 5th floor lobby, it is different. Although the hotel lobby is not as big as other well known hotel, it is very nicely constructed. room is good, clean and cool aircon. wifi is strong. big television...room is brightly lighted not dim.

Value for money”
New hotel with very modern room. I really love the cr - modern, big and the lights are great. Had a little problem with the check in, maybe because it was on holy week and there were lot of guests checking in - it took us an hour before we were able to get the keys. Buffet bfast was good - we stayed for 4days and bfast each day was different. We were able to get the opening promo rate which is half of the price of the room, so this is best value for money.

Never had a problem with booking a room before. We were too tired from our recent travel from Bicol and desparately needs some rest and book this room. Apparently, there was a system glitch and booking did go thru even if all the rooms are booked. I was assisted by the staff and to my relief assured me that I'll be getting room that night. Never have I ever book a hotel as pleasing as people working in this hotel. Thank you for the time and I appreciate all the assistance. Looking forward on my next stay in this hotel.
