Old building yet very clean rooms and well ventilated bathrooms which is a plus for me. Staffs are very accommodating. A few steps to Quirino LRT station so less hassle when you need to go somewhere. Lots of food choices around the area too. Will definitely stay here again when I go back to Manila soon.

Good place to stay for the night”
It's a convenient place to stay if you don't mind the noise from the outside. If you are a light sleeper you might find it hard to sleep here BUT the staff are polite and they're very helpful. It's a walking distance from LRT Quirino station. It's easy to go around the cheaper way - by train.

No immediate water replacement on the disoenser”
It must have a more convinient not to go outside to look for a hot water. They have no reserve water container to immediately replace the empty one on the dispenser. However, the room is so clean and one of the staff was still reminding not to smoke inside even it was already posted inside the room. I still recommend this clean place. Thank you.

The place is near quirino station your gateway to many places which is very convenient. The place has no elavator, just think of exercise. The things I do not like is the free towel is very old, the bathroom has no lock 3rd floor area. TV is just a display. Its not working.

-The room is spacious. -The bathroom has a separate cubicle for the toilet and for the shower but has small space. -The shower was not working. -The airconditioner should not be placed at a lower part of the wall because hot air goes up. It was so hot in the room. -Thin curtain, we woke up because of the light coming in from the window.

Cheap, affordable but...”
Beware. Some of the description here in Agoda are different from the actual. They do not offer slippers. I did not get soap nor shampoo, nor the bathroom have liquid soap dispenser. And the most disappointing thing is that, the description of this inn did not mention that they do not have elevator, and they provided me a 4th floor room. I also observed that they intentionally excluded PABX phones in each room so that their hotel servers won't have to go to rooms more often if anything is wrong.

Door locks are regular door knobs, one can just pick or kick the door open. No elevator, spiral stairs not helpful. Ok for budget travellers. Convenient with transportation.

The ugliest RedDoorz”
I booked this room as a gift for a friend for an event that they are going to. I actually booked three rooms for three different friends and all of them had the same impression. Ugly. Sub par. Ugliest Red Doorz ever. The area is a bit shady as there were a lot of men outside, definitely not safe for ladies. I wanted to complain because I booked a double bed but my friends got a single bed instead. Can anyone tell me how to complain to Agoda?
