The staff was amazing and allowed me an early check-in. The location was perfect for where I had to go, and what I was doing. Lots of shops for coffee and food nearby. The room was immaculate! Don't let the low price fool you as this was the best value for your money in all my travels so far.

The bathroom has no ventilation except for a window that opens into the hallway. Super awkward. Also, after using the cups provided in the room, housekeeping did not clean them the next day, leaving us with no clean cups. There is also no hand soap in the bathroom and the towels were visibly filthy. The bedroom was spotless, though.

Great price, but I personally would not stay here for long term. It fine with the basics. It resides on a big busy streets of Binh Thanh District, so getting Grab or Taxi is not an issue. The staff was ok, not super helpful or friendly. When we checked out, there were 3 staff members more concern with texting & facebooks than attention the the customer. They weren’t bad, just not as professional and attentive as other places I have stayed in. If I needed a quick & basic 2, (maybe) 3 days place to stay, I would consider it again. Otherwise, there are plenty of other options in HCMC.

Pros- was quite tidy, room was secure and had all basic facilities. Cons- We booked our room with breakfast, but when we came down in the morning we were told that they don't do breakfast. Wifi was temperamental. Shower had no hot water. Was quite far away from city centre.

nice hotel but i work from computer and the WIFI was very bad and i ask and ask the front desk to fix and they said it was always slow so the last 3 nights i stayed at friends hotel to work.. the location on a one way road so difficult to get anywhere and to get taxi.. the guards were helpful and very friendly ..

Room looked clean and tidy but upon closer look there were a lot of spots on the bedlinnen.”
Our room got cleaned but the same exact spots on the same exact places were on the sheets and towels. The only thing they did was straighten the bed and not refresh the sheets. The staff was friendly. Room looked nice but wasn’t that good after a closer look.

The hotel is not clean enough, I stay here for many times but their cleanliness is getting worse, the bedsheet and blanket are dirty and smelly, saw many hairs dropped on the bed. I do have a big concern for returning here for my business trip.
