Great place to stay”
Loved this place! If you're planning on staying in Boracay for a week or more I recommend Roxon Apts. It was nice to wake up and have breakfast without having to get dressed up and go to the hotel restaurant. Kitchen was satisfactorily stocked with dish ware, utensils, and pots and pans. I only wish they had a toaster. Previous reviews alluded to Roxon being off the beaten path; I fully expected to hike a dark and dangerous foot path to the top of a mountain to reach Roxon but that was not the case. Plenty of light to see at night. I brought a flashlight with me but never felt the need to use it while walking to the apartment at night. A short 2 minute walk to the beach. Roxon is located about the middle of Station 3. Plenty of dive shops and water sport rental outfits nearby. The room was cleaned everyday. The hotel staff are great and accommodating. We asked for an additional blanket and was provided one with out hesitation or having to ask a second time. Each room has a small balcony with table and two chairs. Main gate to the apartments is locked every night between 5-6 pm. Internet is available for P50 a day in the room, or you can go to the roof top patio and use it for free up there. If I ever get back to Boracay for a two week stay again I'll be staying here!

Quiet place and nice apartment”
We stayed there for 3 nights in a studio apartment. The kitchen is nice with complete kitchen ware. We were so delighted with the 42" lcd tv with home theater but there was no remote control for the dvd player when we got there so we had to read first the manual to change it from aux to dvd mode, but they were able to provide us one the next day. The bathroom is nice with hot & cold shower. The closet with a sliding mirror door is very nice. They offered us room service cleaning and changed out bath towels only on the first day. I was expecting her the next day but she didnt come. They should be consistent with their service. The only thing I didn't like was the broken door knob. It takes about a minute or two to unlock the door. Lucky you if you need to use the bathroom and the door won't open! Hahaha! If you want a quiet place in Boracay, this is the place to be. I hope they can offer free wifi. But overall, i enjoyed staying at Roxon Apatment!

Everything was good, staff very friendly and very quiet.This place was our home, you can not see unnecessary staff everywhere, everything was enough and new and good condition.This place is not 5stars hotel this is appartment like your own house.Same as the pictures in the website.After walk 50 metres you are in the sea.At the evening station1 beach side is very crowded and noisy, roxon is located station3 very quiet and comfortable.Had a only one bad thing was a muddy sludgy road at front.In the island you can find many supermarket for shopping and you can find everything, you dont need to bring anything with you.

relaxing & comfortable”
i had a relaxing & comfortable stay in roxon apartments. room was clean/big/spaceous; has cable tv, microwave, toaster & ref; has dining table, small couch & an even smaller terrace; free wifi at rooftop... only have a couple of negative things to say. when we arrived at the hotel around 6pm, nobody was around to entertain us. they don't have a front desk, just an "office" that i assume is always empty during afternoons-night time. good thing they post their contact # at the gate, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to check in. the other thing is the hotel is a little far from d'mall... but overall, still enjoyed my stay in roxon...

first time staying in roxon apartments and will stay again, we got the 2 bedroom apartment, beach 2 minutes walk round the corner, d'mall was a 15/20 minute walk. the manager very helpful.

Nice place for cooking and living.if you like to cook yourself this is the right place for you.roomy spacious lifht-well room, quiet place.You can find everything you need near hotel.very near to the beach, has only one building beside sea and hotel.You can find everything in island.There is only two airlines company and booth are not very good, luggage, meal,blanket even one bottle water they all want extra fee.Every airport terminal has a extra terminal fee(boracay200p-manila550p).From boracay airport to boat station 80peso, boat 100 peso and from boat to your hotel 80 peso. Dont give many money to cheat people.

nice place to stay for families.. two big bedrooms in a clean apartment, new bedsheets each day, close to the beach and the owner cares always abt probs in the apartment, like clogged sink or electric problems... very nice stay in roxon apartments

CLEAN ROOMS GREAT LOCATION”
The apartments was located about 100m walking distance to beach station 3 where all the water sport activities were available. The room was clean and being white in colour the room is always bright and sunny..The hot water was good and air-condition works extremely fine. I like the big screen TV with almost 100 channels available. Our WIFI was fast and our 4 nights stay was very pleasant. Strongly recommended.

Wonderful hotel”
this is paradise the hotel is a block away from the beach and we thought this was great because there was no noise. steve is very informative and guided us to the best places to eat and see. there is no pool at the hotel but you can pay a few dollare and swim at one of the more expensive hotels near the beach. the beach near the hotel was very good but the best place to swim is on the other side of the island and it only takes a few dollars to get there. fantastic hotel rooms are big and very clean all the facilities you need. i will be back again and will inform all my friends to do so it is paradise.

Lovely apartment at station 3”
We booked 2-one bedroom apartment for our Christmas break. The apartment is reasonably price for the space it provide. The place is comfortably clean and quiet. The owners are easy to talk to. They even give us a complimentary red wine on Christmas day. Location is not beachfront but walking distance from the beach.

suprisingly nice”
location is great for the price, in boat station 3. about 2 minute walk to the beach and good swimming. massage shops and restaurants all near by on the beach. rooms are suprisingly big with big new flatscreen tvs. reception is kinda low-key live-in couple... not always around.. but you also got a kind home-y feel. all in all, very good value. would definetly stay here again.

Our Stay At Roxon”
Had a really good stay. The Proprietor was very nice and willing to assist in any way possible. Reasonably quiet location only 3 minutes from the beach. It's off the main beach and in a back street but that's fine. At Station 3 thus just beyond the noise of Station 2. Staff very nice and helpful. Would stay here again.

Good value. View poor execpt 3 rd. floor. Request 3rd. floor when booking. Security cameras, locked gate after 5 but you have key. good air con. clean bath. few ants in kitchen but not a problem asfter killing them. away from beach, but 5 min walk. Can hear bikes and motorcycles at night going by at front road. Maid lives there, steve away at farm most of day., but there early am and late afternoon. Range for cooking only two gas burners worked. beach was beautiful. constant hockers selling boat trips etc at beach. Only one bank has ATM at beach. Treeilbe exchange rate on Korean Won at all banks. Take U.S. dollars, nice balcony. big fridge. Don't pay more than 20 php for trikes on central road. Air pollution when taking central road (not beach road) is terrible from bikes. Get off at Andoks restaurant and walk to apartments, if at D-mall. trike to apt is 100 php, nut only 10 php per person if yopu get of at andoks restaurant. Shop from food at local shops (turn right walk 40 meters at cetral road for much better prices. (where locals shop. ) 40 min to catalin airport.

Just as Expected”
This is an apartment building, not a hotel - no concierge or phones. But staff was helpful with questions, rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced. Included a full kitchen and toiletries (nice bonus!). 3 minute walk to the beach. Safe at night.
