Great hotel, great spot”
We stayed at the BW Hotel Seraphine Olympia, High Street Kensington. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Room was big enough, bathroom great and location just near Holland Park and Kensington Palace. The room had opening windows which is always a plus for us.

Happy Traveler”
I was very comfortable. The room was clean, the bed comfortable my only small complaint was the very tiny bathroom. This hotel is in an excellent location on Kensington High Street. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I ate elsewhere. Will definately stay at the Seraphine again in the future.

Nice Convenient Hotel”
I have stayed at the Seraphine twice and my latest visit ended yesterday. The reception staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms and beds are spotlessly clean and comfortable although the furniture is a bit worn now and needs updating. I always go out for breakfast so cannot comment on that. I will certainly use the hotel again it is so convenient and being small seems more personal than some large hotels.

Excellent location and good bed”
The hotel is located near High Street Kensington Undeground station, about 8 minutes walk. The hotel is new and just been renovated. The location just excellent as the marble arch, bond street and qeeen street is just few minutes by London famous double decker bus. The room is clean and I was given an upgraded room during my stay. The rain shower was excellent and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was good with various choices. Will stay again in future.

Little gem of a place”
What a pleasant surprise to find such a nice comfortable clean hotel such as this among the many many hotel choices in London. Breakfast was more than adequate and the staff were friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome. The rooms were small but oh so well done, clean new fixtures in the bathroom. Overall, a delight.

Good location & friendly hotel, but room is small”
It's a 4-star hotel, near the Kensington High Street Station by around 4 mins walk. Staff are helpful and the room is clean. Surprising me that there were free breakfast which was not incl. in my booking. However, the room is really small and you feel you are walking around the bed only. No slipper too...

This is a very nice hotel - the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and it is in a great west London location. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby for anything you might need.

Clean Courteous Comfortable”
The rooms are exceptionally clean, very comfortable if a little small. The staff were very helpful with directions and very courteous. The location was very convenient for pubs, restaurants tube Olympia and Earls Court.

Weekend break 1-3 May 2015”
Enjoyable stay. Hotel is situated close to the tube making it easy to access wherever you want to visit in London. Thankfully we were out all day and didn't need to spend a lot of time in our room because although it was exceptionally clean, it was very small. The eating area for breakfast is also small for the number of rooms in the hotel. On our first morning we had to return to our room and wait for a call to tell us when there was availability. Thankfully we weren't in any hurry. The receptionist Aranit ( probably spelt wrong!) was very friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome.

Great for an overnight stay in central London”
Great hotel for location and price although there is only just room to walk around the bed! But considering the amount of time you actually spend in the room - most of it is in bed so it wasn't a big problem for us. Tea and coffee making facilities and a large flat screen TV and wifi. Its modern - possibly very new. The bathroom is also nice, although the sink is so small you do end up soaking the floor. Breakfast is all you need, cereals, fruit, yogurt, a couple of pastries, toast, juice and hot drinks. Reception/manager seemed efficient and friendly. Hotel was clean. No issues, would stay here again.

Comfortable place”
The room is very small to be rated as 4 stars, but it is clean, comfort and quiet. My room was at 3rd floor facing main street and the sound was well isolated from the street. Every work well in the room. Breakfast has limited choice but sufficient. Internet was fast but often log me out, and everyday need to request new ID/password access. The lift is plus point but a bit cumbersome with manual process. The location is near to High Street Kensington station but still tiring to walk with baggage. Location is convenient for food, Tesco Metro just opposite the road. I'm happy with the hotel except the room is really too small for the start rating.

Convenient and comfortable accommodation”
The hotel is well situated on Kensington High street with good amenities nearby. It is clean and comfortable but does feel a touch "pokey" in terms of size and space. Nevertheless, a good option for business travellers trying to avoid the highest prices.

Small but perfectly formed”
This is a great hotel for ease of location in London. The rooms are very small - ideal for one - but a long stay for two might become a bit frustrating. However, the ease of its location makes up for any lack of space and the room was very clean and cosy.

Fab location. Neat but very very very small room. ”
Reasonable. Good location and well decorated. However, too noisy due to locality directly on a busy main road and although the rooms are bijou, the bathroom is ridiculous. The sink is so small that you need to fill cups to tip water into the kettle if you want a cup of tea or coffee as there is insufficient space to top up the kettle directly. The plastic cups are so poor in quality that they split on removed from their plastic bag. Better accommodation in Kensington for the same price or less. Cute hotel but won't be returning. Sorry!

Perfect Location ”
If you want a relatively inexpensive hotel on Kensington High Street and you are only staying for a short time then this hotel fits the bill. If you stay more than a couple if nights the tiny rooms will drive you bonkers. Climbing over the bed to open the window; a dressing table chair that can't pull due to the bed being in the way, etc etc. Not for the claustraphobic. The staff seemed overworked. I filled in a breakfast card for room service during my stay but on each morning it didn't arrive until I called to remind them. Doubt I would stay here again. One more annoyance: room maid not trained how to make beds with hospital corners a consequence of which is you will be making your own bed several times a night.

Great location for bars,cafés,Boris bikes”
Perfect for a weekend in London, location is great, there is a Boris bike station just over the road and great cycling through the parks rather than on the busy roads. Also opposite is Sticky Fingers restaurant which was fab for lunch, not expensive. Would recommend this hotel to any visitor to london.

Apologise for the mirror! Previous review I believe accurate. However please allow me to say a word, you could handle this a bit more nice as I have mental health priblems and not damaged your room, but used prompt whichcould be cleaned with a 50 p product I am hereby happy to purchase.
