Enjoy the stay very much, but it will be much better if we can smoke in the balcony, and the best snorkeling place in Miyako is Shigira Beach, which you can go there by the Hotel shuttle bus.

Beautiful place and great service. 2 issues though - jacuzzi isn’t heated and valet only parking. But definitely a great place.

We appreciated the lounge access that came with our room, which had snacks, drinks, and cakes. Disappointment was the stained pool bed in the room, no net to remove insects from the pool available in the room (there were lots of insects, probably because the pool is lit up at night). We couldn’t use the outside table and chairs either because there was bird mess on the chair that wasn’t noticed by the cleaner. Staff were very helpful during check-in, but I think they are short staffed because during check-out no one offered to get us with a cart from the pool villa building, so we had to drag our luggage ourselves down stairs and through the rain to the main building.

Location - top, hotel - flop”

We decided to spend 3 nights of our vacation and birthday celebration at Shirgira Bay Side suite Allamanda. We expected have excellent experience for the price we paid. Unfortunately it was a big disappointment. - The location of the hotel is quite good: not too far from the airport and close to the beach. The whole resort is huge, you can walk around or take the free shuttle bus. It supposed to have many things to do. - Staffs were friendly, but barely speak English. - Hotel room size is ok, but everything is quite old. It smells a bit like smoke. There is mold on the shower‘s wall. The worst thing in the room is the bed. It makes noises with every move you make. Hence we couldn’t sleep well all nights. - There are many restaurants around, but not all are open. We always had to ask the front desk to check the opening time and make the reservation before we go. no spontaneous meal. - Usage of beach facilities is expensive. - Golf course is not always available, only 2 slots.

Excessively expensive ”

Very old hotel, I had cockroach in my room, not enough light for remote work. A standard outdoor pool that closes right when it gets dark, nothing to do after 6pm but stay in the room, not entertainment from the hotel. I was so bored I had to rent a car to go do things outside of the hotel although it was a super expensive hotel resort.

Nice high end hotel”

I splurged and got a wonderful room with a private pool for a night. The staff was over pampering and took care of everything. This was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed and it was great to see how the upper class lives when they travel. Wish I could have afforded to stay a few more nights. Oh well....

Those little details that ruin a potentially great experience”

The place, the Asian style room design look fabulous. But then you have those small details... The check-in experience was underwhelming: as there is the SLH logo displayed right on the entrance (and approx 3 meters away from the check-in desk) I asked if I get any special offer with my SLH membership: nobody seemed to know what SLH was, until the hotel manager (who apparently has been instructed to avoid any greetings and talking to customers more than 7 seconds) came and told me that SLH applies only to one part of the hotel. The toiletry is branded as Italian luxury AccaKappa brand; but it's actually produced in China by a licensee, so forget the AccaKappa signature fragrances. Not even Chinese people want to use Chinese toiletry; I wonder why a so-called Luxury Hotel offers them to their customers. In general, a really underwhelming experience at a place that would be great if managed differently.

Recomendado aunque con varios "peros"”

El sitio increíble y las habitaciones son un lujo y el personal muy atento pero el centro debería tener más consideración por el extranjero ya que el nivel de inglés del staff era muy flojo y eso ha dificultado tanto la estancia como el no poder hacer diferentes actividades (queríamos hacer Snorkel pero no había profesor con nivel de inglés). Además, el lugar está alejado del pueblo y de otras grandes playas y no estaría de más tener lanzaderas a diferentes sitios y no tener que depender del taxi para todo. Además, dado el elevado importe de las habitaciones (la Suite Lagoon) nos ha sorprendido tener que pagar por algunas determinadas cosas como una sombrilla en la playa del hotel o el alquiler de uno simples tubos y gafas de buceo. Eramos conscientes de que no era un TI (Todo incluido) pero nos sorprendió este tipo de cosas así como en el cuidado de ciertas cosas (las sábanas con manchas o que al hacer la limpieza no hubiese un mantenimiento de la piscina de la habitación).

Tolle Lage, Shuttle Bus service gut, Fruehstueck vielfaeltig aber nichts besonderes fuer den Preis, Zimmer sehr sauber in gutem Zustand, Badebucht fuer Schwimmen und Schnorcheln traumhaft, insgesamt sehr erholsam und weiter zu empfehlen

今回は女子２人での１泊ゴルフ旅でした。コンシェルジェでのチェックインは、ものすごく説明が丁寧で満足でした。お部屋のＵＰグレードも考慮頂き、とても素晴らしい部屋へ宿泊することができました。大きなリゾートなので、とても１泊では廻りきれず、是非、また来たい！と思っています。スタッフは、みなさん優しく気軽に挨拶をしていただき、心から癒される時間を過ごせました。ハワイには何度も行っておりますが、気候も変わらず、同じような南国情緒が漂っていて「日本にこんな素晴らしいところがあるのか！」と思いました。どんどんリゾート開発が進んでいるようなので、楽しみ・・・な半分、混んでしまって予約が取れなくなるのではと不安な面もありますが、次回は是非長く滞在したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

新婚旅行でお世話になりました。 宮古島滞在5泊の前半の2泊を利用しましたが、対応の速さ、サービス、従業員の質共に素晴らしいホテルでした。 特に、従業員の方々はディズニークラスの対面接客力があり、マスクの下でも素晴らしい笑顔を感じました。困った時の８番への電話で全て解決しましたw 敷地内は広いですが、バスや送迎を瞬時に用意してくださりおすすめのレストランやビーチまでも何一つ心配することなく手配してくれます。 新婚旅行と伝えると素晴らしいｶﾞｸと共に良い写真を思い出としてプレゼントいただきました。 宮古島に行くなら迷わずにここを選択しますし、おすすめします。 最高の思い出をありがとうございました！

部屋の広さや清潔さはもちろん、その辺の都会の高級ホテルよりサービスは上。スタッフ皆さんが声をかけてくださり、本当にきめ細やかなサービスがすばらしい。朝食ビュッフェのクオリティはピカイチ。この料金でもまた泊まりたいと思うホテルです。
