Convenient location and good breakfast. Tour packages available. Staff is also nice to arrange for the tour package as tour agency staff speaks Japanese only. Can assist to arrange for pickups at hotel. Near International street, walking distant. Also near Don Don and many food joins. Near Yui Rail also. Hotel is clean.

Nice place to stay in NAHA - Okinawa”
The Smile Hotel is beside the Naha port where the ferries goes to the islands Zamami, Ama and Tokashiki. I went a day trip to Zamami and did a snorkeling in Furuzamami beach, it was really nice and clear water. Just amazing place !

Clean room. Near to monorail. Helpful staff. Brought my luggage to the hotel lobby in early morning and went back check-in in the afternoon. By the time I checked-in, my luggage was brought to my room already. Thank you for this!

Takes around 8min to get to the hotel from monorail station, has its parking lots and a bus stop nearby. The area around is not that much vivid, except a few restaurants and family mart/ Lawson and the best way to the Kokusai Street is to walk, however, hotel is pretty good with Japanese breakfast (rice, miso soup, simple bakery etc), pretty spacious room for Japan, helpful staff and reasonable price.

Good value, great for ferry connections”
Good value rooms, great location for the ferry port. A bit of a walk from attractions, but doable. The interior is aging a bit. Rooms are on the small side but not overly cramped. Double beds are nice and spacious for a single guest, big enough for two. WiFi is congested and sometimes almost unusable during peak periods at night. OK for email and text but sometimes these connections fail or are delayed too. I've never been able to stream video successfully while staying here. That said, I stay here often due to good value and location.

Perfect for port access”
Comfortable, clean rooms and easy checkin, this is exactly what you'd expect from a Japanese business hotel. No problems at all. The big sell here is the port access if you plan to visit the nearby islands - it's right next door to the port so super convenient if you have an early ferry.

The location is good, just a 5-10 minutes walk from one of the monorail stations, very easy to find. The rooms are big and the beds comfortable, however, everything looks a bit old: there are scratches on the floor, stains on the chairs and on the walls. The front desk staff is nice and friendly. I'm quite disappointed by the hotel's policy, though. At first I booked 3 nights with breakfast included, but then I asked a refund for the breakfast price for the last night, since my flight was early in the morning and I wouldn't make it on time for breakfast. They refused, without even giving me an explanation or offering a complimentary service, just saying "it's the hotel's policy"... but to me it just sounded like a poor excuse to steal a few extra hundred yen from a guest. I work in a hotel myself, and I highly suggest to be more flexible about these kind of things, because they really make a difference in the customer's level of satisfaction.

Location is good, although it is impossible has a sea view, but the pier to other island is just next to the hotel, and it is the main bus stop to other location in Okinawa, You may take bus route 23 or 99 from Naha Airport to the pier.

Breakfast simple and good. Location is near to Tomarin Port. And there's a bus stop for public buses for Naha Airport (20mins) , or if travelling north towards Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium (1.5hrs) Reception Staff is very helpful and clear with map/directions. Recommended!

i spent 2 nights with my girlfriend here. the room condition was great and the size is sufficient for couple, it is clean and tidy, the only point you need to be reminded is the air conditioner take some time to cool down the room. in night, there is no noise for taking rest, some good restaurant is very close to the hotel and some are serving at midnight also. the only 2 things which can not take my full mark is the location and the number of carparking space. you must be a driving visitor, or you will spend a lot of time in transportation in north okinawa.

A well-equipped hotel, has everything you need for the stay, such as a LAN line for the internet, and the room was comfortable and clean, most importantly, it was spacious, if you were to compare with the normal hotel rooms in Japan. And it has parking spaces available if you were to rent a car in Okinawa.
