Best in price range”
Price: You probably won't find something similar in this price range. Location: It's nice and pleasant to stay here, bar the experience of Saigon traffic if you have to travel a lot to and from the residence. They have a massive carpark and garden which is a big plus. Staff: Very helpful and friendly. My parents (aged 72 and 79) had great experiences with the staff. I highly value what the management team have done to recover their business from Covid-19's massive influence and still being able to maintain its standard.

A mixed bag. Staff is responsive, the room cleaning is every day. The property itself is very nice but there is nothing really in the neighborhood at all, except for one very good cafe about 80 meters from the hotel. As advertised there are two gyms and two pools, however only one gym (the more spartan one) is free for hotel guests. The ground-level pool is very nice but the other on the roof is part of a construction area that stopped presumably during covid times. The room I was in was built oddly, and had a pipe originating from who knows where above that dumped water into the bathroom floor drain, which turned out to be a roach problem. The laundry service is an absolutely obscene rip off; a normal laundry load resulted in a 1.4m (~60USD) bill.

Near the exhibition center and this was the only reason why we stayed here. Room was made up one day and not the next, had to remind the staff 3 times before i could get a hair dryer and aircon was not cold. Thankfully it was cheap.

I was constantly interrupted from my sleep by a chamberbed twice despite telling her that I wish not to be disturbed. Certainly the staff had not been trained. No do not disturb hanger. Towels not replished.

Terrible Management, Rude Staff, Judgemental, Ridiculous advertising of the worst room I've seen in Saigon for such price in many years of living here.”
Worst rip off hotel I've ever been to in Saigon. So much so, I left after 15 minutes. Rude and abrasive staff that refused to acknowledge my complaints as they checked me in to the wrong room. Second of all, the manager of whom I had the phone number. Refused to answer my calls or texts. Ants running around the desk, filthy bathroom, so small you can't walk around the bed. I was promised a balcony then given a view of a building site - through a small window - equipment in the gym didn't even work properly. An absolutely abmismal set up with management only interested in sex tourism. I would kindly like a reply to this by the hotel as they seem to just shrug off any discussion.
