best location if you plan on exploring Tokyo Hotspots”
We stayed here on our tail end of our 10 day Japan trip for 2 nights. the hotel was in a great location IMHO, due to its proximity to the Shimbashi trains station, close to many restaurants, and is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of many Tokyo attractions. With our JR pass, we are able to visit all Tokyo hotspots such as Shibuya, Ueno, Akihabara, without need to transfer trains. the rooms is bigger than other hotels we stayed at, and is comfortable for 2 adults and 1 kid. Lawson is just downstairs, so yeay! Will definitely come again on our next trip to Tokyo!

Connecting Rooms & Convenient Access to & fro Narita! Security at Best too!”
We were given connecting rooms and it was awesome. It made the room bigger. Our beds were made daily, new slippers given daily and towels were changed daily even when we didn't asked for it. The staff were friendly and easily available at all times. There's a level to get free ice, free usage of the microwave, a vending machine and also to do our laundry. The key card to our room is also the card to tap at the lift to access to your level, thus you're always safe when you come back from outside.

Great place to stay in Tokyo”
Very close to JR station and major transport. Clean and decent room. Very polite staff. Very impressed by 1. free amenities at reception you can grab even facial care products 2. Choices of breakfast. If you get up late, you can always go to Family Mart downstairs and grab your food by presenting your breakfast coupon. You can do late check out at a price of 1000 yen which is fair and making sense. The only drawback is the room is too dry and there may be noise from JR train sometime (but not disturbing to me)

Great Location, Excellent Service”
We arrived early in Tokyo, so we dropped off our luggage at the concierge and took off to roam the city. We came back in the evening, the check-in process was smooth and quick. Our luggage had been placed in our room by the concierge staffs. The location is excellent, Ginza main road is only a few minutes walk, the JR station and non JT station are only 2 minutes walk. Relatively close to Haneda Airport, 20-30 mins by car. So many convenient stores, drug stores, restaurant, etc around the hotel. Really is our ideal location to stay in Tokyo. We slept well in the room, small but comfortable. They also provide pajamas and basic necessities. You can pick up various tea flavours, women can pick up facial wash, toner and masks for free. There are washing machine and drier available in the common room, if guests need to wash their clothes. Love it.

Friendly Staffs, Excellent Location”
We had booked 2 different rooms during our stay and the staffs made our relocation hassle-free. Their service is exceptional. Room is small but it is expected, we were quite happy with the room. We slept well and our luggage stored well in the room. But make sure to check the check out time, as there are additional charge if you check out later than the check out time. Location is close to train stations, restaurants and there is a family mart on the first floor. Very convenient. I’d definitely would come back to this place.

It was super clean, tiny but pretty much standard in Tokyo. They have free tea, coffee, toiletries and other interesting stuff that you can grab at the reception. The only challenge we had was communicating to the staff. Some can speak English but only minimal. There are a lot of places to eat around and the best thing I liked is its accessibility. Good proximity to the train station (Shinbashi). This is a very busy station though. It’s extremely crowded but well-connected to many train lines. If you are going to Odaiba, this is a good location as there is a direct train line for Odaiba at a short walking distance. There is also a nearby airport bus station. You just need to reserve your tickets at the bell counter of Dai-chi hotel just beside Fresa Inn.

The room i stayed was Double room. The location is highly convenient as there is convenient stores nearby and only a stone throw away from Shimbashi station. Can walk to Ginza and Tokyo Station. The room is also very neat and clean. Appreciate the staff’s help and assistance during our stay!

Hotel nearly station of subway and JR as you can walk in 1-2 mins to subway and walk only 3-4 mins to JR also you can find something to eat at Family Mart at same building. Just one thing we have to check out at 10.00 a.m too early.
