Very comfortable stay and relatively good value for the time we went”
Our stay was a little bit expensive as we stayed over the New Year holiday, but this was still priced much better than other options. It's not a far walk from the JR and subway stations, and you can get to Odaiba easily via a bus. Facilities were fantastic, and our only complaint would be that the room was a bit small. However, that is seemingly the norm here. Additional amenities are available from reception upon request. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful too. A lot of local restaurants and convenience stores fill the area and there are also two supermarkets within walking distance; one of which is open 24 hours. There is currently construction going on at the neighboring building and there was a notice that there may be noise disturbances, but perhaps as it was New Years, we were not at all affected.

Good value for money”
I loved the location as it was less than 10 minutes away from JR Tamachi station. The hotel was just right in front of 100 Yen store and a pharmacy. Convenience store is just around the corner, Lawson and 7-Eleven. There were also restaurants around the corner. Room was small but I think it’s the standard for the price range in Tokyo. The room was very tidy and very cozy. Their staffs were nice and approachable. Their internet connection was very fast. We had our laundry and were able to use the microwave oven at the 8th floor. Free amenities are plus points for us. Overall, I would love to stay here again and in other Sotetsu Fresa Hotels. I recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives who will be visiting in Japan.

the hotel is easy to find. 5 mins from the train station. A lot of restaurants outside and there's a 100 yen store in front. staffs were ok and helpful they even knock at us and ask if we are satisfied with the room cleaning. I will stay here again.

I had a very great time in this hotel. It is really a 5 minute walk from the Tamachi station, which has the Yamanote Line, connecting you directly to a lot of areas like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku, Akihabara and more. Right next to the hotel is a "Natural Lawson" convienience store with healthier products, and on the same street there is also a "7eleven" and "Lawson" convienience store. There is a Starbucks close to Tamachi station with a mall that had some great breakfast/lunch/diner options. The staff was very helpful, they helped us get a new Pocket Wifi delivered when ours suddently stopped working, and handled the delivery with the wifi company. We could leave our luggage at the reception on the day we left and came back before our flight to take our luggage so we could visit Tokyo a bit more without bothering with it.

Surprisingly Great! ”
My initial impression was an average hotel for average money. However, the staff were incredible, the location was great, the amenities were above average, and the value was on point. I would stay at a Sotetsu hotel again.

Easy to find and about 4 minutes from Tamachi JR station. If you are JR rail holder, this hotel is a good based for travelling around Tokyo. The room is small, but very comfortable. There are plenty of cheap and good foods option around, plus convenient store is just in-front of the hotel.

Love this hotel, it is not far form Tamachi Station and also connect with Mita station so you can catch the train from haneda airport just 1 stop! Around the hotel close to many restaurant. The building on the left has supermarket so you can shop some food at there. The staff are polite and excellent. They can speak English very well. There are some space that you can leave your stuff both before and after check out. I would recommend this Hotel to friends who land at the Haneda Airport.

We stayed for 4 night with my 1 year old son. Hotel was near JR and Subway station. The room was clean, enough facility, hair dryer, kettle, adapter and plug sockets. The staff so nice and good in english.

We like the room accommodation even thou its small , but cleanliness , the clean beddings , towels are very important to us. As to the location , were very satisfied , near train stations , also convenience stores . .and the free coffee . . we may have some few suggestions, if they can add pillows, and water. Overall . .we were satisfied and surely will recommend. .

Good Location and accommodating”
The hotel is really conveniently located as it is close to both Tamachi Station (JR Line 6 minute walk) and Mita Station (12 minute walk). It is slightly further from the city's tourist sights, about 40 minutes to Shinjuku Station. We found the hotel staff to be very accommodating and polite, although, they weren't the best English speakers, so it was sometimes a bit harder to communicate. We stayed in a double non-smoking room. Fair warning, just as everything else is in Japan, the room was small and was JUST big enough to fit two people. The only disappointing aspect was that the WIFI was very spotty during our stay. We noticed in the morning and in the afternoon, when most of the guests were probably out of the hotel, the wifi worked fine, but at night, it was almost unusable. We had to rely on our pre-paid sim data card to get internet. Aside from that it was a very comfortable stay and I would recommend it overall to anyone staying in Tokyo.
