Kinda a funny place to stay”
First off, it isn't the South Kensington London Apartments, it called Point West. After making our reservations through Agoda, we got an email from someone from Crown Lawn Apartments, letting us know of the name change and with very detailed instructions on how to get the keys upon our arrival. If you will be arriving after 5 or on the weekend, getting the keys could be a hassle. The reception staff is only for the folks who live at Point West. So that was the other weird thing. This place is a sprawling complex of apartments with a mix of people who live there, and then those who are using the apartments like a hotel. The size of our apartment was similar to the average hotel room, so pretty spacious for this neighborhood. Plus there is a small, well equipped kitchen with a Wiatrose & Sainsbury's near by. The room was clean,comfortable and quiet. There was usually little or no hot water in the shower.

A very pleasant stay with helpful staff and clean ”
Actually the staff were helpful and nice the apartment was clean and fully furnished as I arrived the keys were left at the reception as per my request I am glad I picked the right choice of apartments for my two week stay and will repeat the same every time I visit London thanks to Agoda for making my stay easy and pleasant

Very serviceable flats in a central location”
It was overall very good. We ended up with a two bedroom apartment overlooking all of London. It was spacious, clean and very convenient for our daily treks all over the city and countryside. The kitchen was wonderful, made even better by the Saintsbury superstore steps away and a smaller Waitrose. Others are correct, the front desk staff is not there to help guests, but if you ask really kindly, they will provide assistance. The location could not be better - close to the two - three tube stations. You will not get much road noise, however, the Circle line tube does run nearby. If trains are not your thing, then think twice. However, we found it quite tolerable. Would consider renting here again. Was just apropos for what we needed during our vacation.

Great apartment”
Booked a 2-bedroom apartment. It was an enjoyable experience. The apartment is spacious and clean, with nice decos. The area is carpeted and the beds are very comfortable. It is very near to supermarkets (Sainsbury and Waitrose) and also near to two underground stations. Attractions are within walking distance, particularly the Natural History Museum and Science Museum. Bus 74 near the apartment will take you direct to Harrods for shopping experience. My children enjoyed the kid's channel on cable tv. Only small downside is that the building is like a maze (I had to take lift to level 3 and went round a corner to take another lift to level 4 in a different wing of the building.) Will definitely recommend this apartment for its value for money, and great location.

Good value in a great location”
There were no frills or luxuries to make these apartments stand out, but the apartment was clean, functional and in a great location. We had separate bathroom, kitchen & bedroom. A great use of the space available. Check-in & check out was easy. I would say this was very good at least - more than just pleasant. In short we had everything we needed, but no beautiful pictures or curtains to make it excellent. The only downside which did not bother us, but might bother light sleepers was the sound of the trains, but I doubt it was loud enough to bother most people.

Great location, really Spacious”
it's a huge one bed room apartment with a living room and kitchen. the spaciousness of it absolutely exceeded my expectations. only annoyance is that the check in times are rather specific (2-5pm) and the directions to the apartment aren't very clear. great for couples and families

good to spend time inside london not far from oxford steet and this street easy to commute to many places. nice area nd not too crowded many foods availbele I rest and i have food around southkensington area hotel and only stay at the hotel make me feel happy and relax. i just spend time inside this service apartment make me feel at home feel warm and in front have sainbury open til midnight.

Convenient location”
The apartment is well equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities, TV, wifi, spacious living room and beautiful view from the ninth floor. However, there is only one bathroom and we had problem with the toilet flush. The apartment is within walking distance to the subway making traveling within the city very convenient. Also easy to get food around the area. The reception service is good, people are friendly and helpful.

Big space apartemen, locations n complete utensils”
It was a great stay that we have to extend another 6 nights there bec we already felt it was comfortable for us to continue our stay there. Situated just above Sainsbury supermarket, and a few mins walk down the road you will find another small neighbourhoods shopping ctr with supermarket and a few restaurants in it and also the Gloucester tube station so very convenient in terms of location. The apartemen building called the point west, we took a London cab to and fro Heathrow airport one way may cost you abt £60 depends on traffic for a 20-30 mins drive. From the tube station it was conveniently only a few stations away from tourist attractions in city like Westminster abbey, Victoria, trafalgar sq, High Street Kensington for shoppings. Overall our stay in this apt was great, completed with washing machine and dryer, ironing table and ironer, complete kitchen utensils enable you to shop last mins at downstairs supermarket and cook your dinner (note that supermarket siansbury downstairs close at midnight on weekdays and only open 6 hours on Sunday. If you don't u can always resource for a quick meal at one of the restaurants downstairs at just right outside the apt. We always go to a Thai rest for a variety of dishes instead of just having sandwiches or rich and chips everyday. The only thing we were unhappy about was the bed, the mattress was too old and doesn't have support size wise also a it small for 3 of us, couple and 1 toddler. Everything else was fine we won't mind to book again on this apartemen hopefully they change the better mattres.

Pleasant & most satisfied with its location”
The room is large except is has no air conditioning. A standing fan was provided though but we were unable to open the window fully as the window blind got in the way plus the neighboring units look into us. Being a service apartment, there is no daily room service. I would have appreciated if nicer & fluffier towels were provided, maybe even new ones. There were two supplied both are different in thickness & size. We cannot fault the location. It's simply so convenient , close to eateries, public transport. The agent who handled us was a lovely guy. Accommodated us with late check out & allowing us to leave our luggage in the unit until our flight time. Appreciate the gesture.

Convenient Location”
There were confusion when we check in as the conceigie did not have our booking, but after some phone calls to the owner this was sorted out. We were upgraded to a one bed room. The apartment is of a standfard as expected. Nothing fancy but livable. The location is good. It has only a air cooler instead of an air-con. Fortunately, the weather is not too hot and we dont need the air-con. We were not given sufficient towels. Overall, I rate this a 3.5 out of 5.

Not as the ad & it's point west!”
I was not happy with my choice . Photos are much better than the real picture ! They don't have storage space for the luggage. I arrived early morning and my flight was at night. You can imagine 3 suitcases and a child and they want you out and in on the time. I got to know this not from Agoda but from them after paying. Old Washing machine left at the apartment covered by Curtin which was not professional and worries for us with 3 years kid.

The studio was small, there should've been more pictures of what it actually looks like. E.g there was no pictures of the studio apartment, just a few images that we thought it was the apartment which looked really nice. Got to our arrivals and was shocked it wasn't it. If you are a light sleeper (like myself) then this apartment wasn't ideal because the train tracks are beneath you and it is quite loud. During our stay, on the 4th day, there was no hot water. It wasn't worth my money I'm afraid. Advertising just needs to be better

Great apartment room in great location”
Room is clean and huge! Nice decoration. The location is great, very easy and close to tube station. restaurants, waitrose and Sainbury are very close by. The receptionist at the front desk is helpful but they won't know detail of your booking. You will be given detail of all facilities provided in the agency welcome pack in the room. Wifi in the room is available. The housekeeper will only come on Saturday so you should buy (toiletries, etc) what you need to spare during the week. Overall, it was good stay.

Convenient and spacious”
The staff service was impressive and thoughtful. I rented a large size car but could not enter the basement carpark due to the limited headroom at the carpark entrance. The staff was so considerate to allow me to park at the access road temporarily at night before I changed the car the other day.
