Best beachfront in Bohol! ”
Loved our stay! Booked our accomodation early Jan2021 for travel dates 12/28/21-01/03/22 and i think bec of the pandemic I got a really good discount so I am so happy about that. But what made our stay so worth it was the long stretch of white sand right before my eyes! So good to wake up every morning with that sight and the whole resort surrounded with beautiful coco trees. It's the best place you can stay in bohol if you want a nice beach front hotel. Food 3/5 - Breakfast was really good but other food in the menu was expensive for what it is. We ate at Bohol Bee Farm most of the time (food there was excellent!) Room 4/5 - Rooms were old but well maintained. Our room was cleaned everyday during our 1week stay. Not too big but comfortable. Staff 5/5 - Everyone was so pleasant and polite. Staffs greet you all the time. Amenities 5/5 - There's free kayak/paddle board, you can play billiard/table tennis/tennis for free! Swimming pools are clean it was useful because it was also raining a lot during our stay. Beach 5/5 - Not as fine as bora but just as beautiful! So happy to see some shells as well, it's more

Relaxing trip ❤️”
Excellent service, South Palms! From check-in to check-out, we were treated very nicely by everyone. All staff are nice and will always greet you when they see you. We had a very relaxing stay, and enjoyed the amenities specially the hammock and those (billiard table, tennis court etc) in the recreation area. Surprised to see those and the bikes and paddle board are free to use. I didnt like the pool because of the strong chlorine smell but it doesnt matter because I stayed there for the beach, which is not as fine as alona beach sand but definitely cleaner. The view there is also nicer, no boats on sight. the buffet breakfast food is also nice. I love this resort and wish we have this in Manila. I will definitely just stay here when I come back to Bohol ❤️

Foods are affordable and fresh (they have their own farm so mostly of their fruits and meats are fresh). Staffs are helpful and friendly. Facilities are so clean, they always clean it before breakfast. Woke up at 5am and saw them cleaning the sea shore and other area of the resort. It is also my first time to experience to get our room cleaned EVERYDAY, mostly of the hotels/resorts they only clean it if you ask to. The singer during afternoon to 8:30pm is so good! Over all experience is WOOOOW! Glad we chose this for our honeymoon, we were supposed to stay in M**** but reviews are so-so

We loved the place! We love how all the staff were very polite and accommodating. They were always greeting us and were always ready to assist us. There were a lot of choices in the breakfast buffet too which was great because I love breakfast buffets. The regular restaurant food though was expensive and has limited choices but they have free shuttle in the afternoon going to Alona at 3PM to 5PM so you can just go there to eat if you want cheaper choices. They will also assist you in getting a tricycle going outside of the resort since the entrance is not really near the reception roundabout. South Palms beach also has the most beautiful front beach among the resorts in Panglao so if you want to have a chill out of town without any activities, this is the best resort to stay at. It has two pools so if you don't feel like swimming at the beach then you can just use the pool. My husband and I will definitely go back here!

Whats Great - Quick check in Quick check out Great room with excellent bed and choice of pillows to suit your needs. Great location with clean expansive beach which is maintained well Expansive breakfast and dinner buffets Activities - Tennis courts, Table Tennis , Fooseball... all working with rackets and ball available and maintained decently well. Great Staff - Offered to prepare customized food for our vegetarian friends. To nitpick, The only scope for improvement would be the regular restaurant menu which had limited choices.

I've been to Panglao several times over the years, and I chose South Palms this time because of its wide beachfront. Unlike Alona, the beach here is more private and has no parked fishing boats. Apart from the location, what make South Palms the best in Panglao for me is the staff and service! Ms. Charm is THE BEST! The day before my flight the Panglao Tourism email was down and I was about to cancel my trip already, but Ms. Charm got in touch with the LGU and made sure my tourist pass was processed in time for my flight the next day. Food is good, too! Big servings and value for money. South Palms is the best in Panglao. Thank you to all the staff at South Palms. Thank you, Ms. Charm! See you guys again soon!

Everyone was truly nice, esp. the restaurant staff. Thank you for treating our toddler well. :) Food was a bit on the expensive side, but was delish. Breakfast buffet had lots of food options to choose from. Our room (deluxe beach front) was made up 2x a day by housekeeping. Once in the morning, and then late afternoon including a turn down treat (love the peanut kisses!). The resort itself was clean and super relaxing. If we had the budget, we'd've stayed more than 4 days. Hehe!

The place is very relaxing and nice! Well maintained... staff is very friendly, accommodating, helpful and warm... beach and pool are perfect! Room is cozy, clean and big. We love the eco-friendly set up, water is not in a plastic bottle and refillable! Food is great! We’ll definitely come back! Suggestion: If you will have a beach wedding, please make sure to provide a big fan, in the area.

Great Hotel! The whole resort and the beach is stunning! Best place to chill and relax and if you want some privacy.. The hotel staffs are very attentive and accommodating, always greets you with a smile.. I love how they made my husband's birthday memorable by arranging our room with balloons, cake and wine! they also surprised him with a happy bday song right in front of our room, all of these are free of charge! Buffet breakfast is great and we also enjoyed their beach front bar! Highly recommended! We'll be back soon.. Thank you South Palms!

Solo Birthday Travel”
I went here to celebrate my birthday alone and I was happy to achieve the peace that I wanted for myself. I have a huge area for myself far from people and I felt very safe. Electricity was running 24/7. Internet was so fast I was able to work without any interruption making this place really the best for me. They have restaurant/bar inside complete with what’s needed. They also have very nice facilities available for all guests. This was the best experience for me so far!

The beach of South Palms resort was beyond perfect. It was a long stretch of fine sand and crystal clear waters you could enjoy privately. The warm smiles of all of their staff was also very welcoming and everyone was friendly. We also enjoyed all of their complimentary amenities from basketball, table tennis, billiards and biking! The best part of our stay was the amazing sunset we viewed in front of their super long beach. Thanks for letting us stay!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here in South Palms. From the reception to the beach front room to the beach view to the amenities to the staff and to the food. Our overall stay was a 10 out of 10. Good place to choose for a more quiet relaxation even with active kids. Staff were courteous, room was big and close to the beach. Buffet breakfast was good, with a good variety of food to choose from. there's live music during dinner too. Only negative was their pizza which was served with some mix of cheese. It had us adults feeling nauseous and dizzy for hours. Everything else was great!

This will be our go-to resort whenever we visit Panglao. We love the location since it’s a bit more private than the resorts in Alona. The beach was clean. We loved the food and the happy hour cocktails were sulit. Our rooms were clean, comfy and basic necessities were provided. Kudos to the very friendly and accommodating staff! From our drivers, to the receptionists, lifeguards and food servers. Thank you for making our vacation great! My only comment is if they could add more lights in the main pool especially at night so we can see our children more clearly. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Food is amazing (with large servings), Happy Hour runs for 12 hours, beach has a long shoreline (so it doesn’t get crowded), seats and beanbags are by the the beach (for the perfect chilling vibe), and so much more. It is one of the best beachfront beaches I’ve ever been to.
