Resort 4 star with 2 big swimming pools, the breakfast is just ok. The room is big and clean. Generally, we feel very comfortable to stay here. Will return.

Room and bathroom was spacious, clean and nicely decorted - looked alittle outdated but still cozy. I appreciate the table and chairs in the balcony. Loved the pools specially at night when the water was warm, great for night swimming! Staff were friendly specially in the pool and beach area even if we were only using signs to each other :) Receptionists seemed to need some help communicating maybe because of the language barrier. For improvement, I would suggest they update the Guide Book they have in the rooms that offers their services - It was so helpful but sadly, some of what's written aren't found inside the resort like the spa. Also, it would be good to consider the season you would visit because I visited April and I wasn't able to swim in the beach because they were in red flag due to high waves but if you want some amazing alone time, somewhere peaceful, cozy and with amazing view, this can be one too! :)

Not worth the money - almost no beach - Try to find a cheaper alternative towards Phan Tiet”
We spend 9 nights here over new years and I wouldnt come back or recommend it to anyone. Apprently it is fairly new, build a couple of years ago, but you can already see the building slowly running down. Due to natural causes only a quater of the beach is left. Not enough sunbeds for everyone, and not enough space to lie on the beach either due to it missing the majority. The cleanliness was less than decent, the sheets had staines or were ripped. When I pay 80+ a night I expect a certain comfort and quality. The rooms were very badly soundproofed. Another hint on the bad general building quality. Breakfast Buffet was open at 7am, however staff was usually ready by 7:20 to server pancakes. Major lack of discipline with the staff in general. Majority of Guests are russian, which was no problem at all. Location is ok, next to the main road in Mui Ne close to many nice restaurants. We had a "Sea view room" however, there were many trees infront, so there was no real sea view possible.

luxurious with the friendliest staff”
enjoyed my one day stay so much i extended my visit for another two nights. the extensive gardens surrounding the resort accommodation are beautiful. the staff are all so eager to assist in any way possible and always have a smile for you. i accidentally left my credit card at a nearby atm and the reception staff, angela, in particular, we're instrumental in its return, (otherwise i'd still be there, washing dishes! i wish!). i stayed in two different rooms and while both were great, with beautiful views, the beach front villas will be my future choice. just metres from the resort, along the beach, to the left, is vks. a multi lingual kiteboarding school for hours of guaranteed fun and exhilaration on the water, as well as jet skis right opposite the resort. ask for hai or tommy at vks for first class lessons. whether mui ne is your sole vietnamese destination, or just one of the many fantastic places you're visiting in this amazing country, you'll love the experience of a day or three, or four or five at sunny beach resort. room 717 is mine!!!

Excellent Resort”
I would highly recommend this resort. I would stay there again. There are cheaper resorts near by, and more expensive. Mui Ne Beach has alot to opper. The kite surfing is very good in the afternoons. Always a nice cool wind was blowing on the beach, but the resort ares was protected by beaufiful palm trees, and other pine type trees. Lots of restaurents and bars on the beach, either side of Sunny Beach Resort, and Sunny Beach has a nice resturaent and bar also.

Sunny Beach Resort, November 2009”
For a "chill out" beach stay or a place to kite-surf, this is it! Staff were lovely, food excellent, the room well-appointed and comfortable. It was easy to get to Mui Ne or Phan Thiet by taxi (about 200,000 dong for an air-conditioned taxi - and the taxi driver was very happy to wait until we were ready to go back, for the fare. Also easy to get air-con. buses to other towns eg US$6 from Mui Ne to Dalat.

Even better on the second time”
After checking out from the Sunny Beach resort for a short diving trip to Nha Trang, my friend and I returned to this hotel. The front immediately greeted us when checking in and said that this was our second time here, which was pretty impressive. They gave us a ocean view room on the 4th floor(3rd in Viet-Nam system) and it was simply perfect. After 5 hours in a dirty open bus from Nha Trang to Mui Ne, I would say that the hotel was a life saver.

Good rooms and friendly staff”
We usually spent for a room in Vietnam. In Mui Ne it seems hard to stick to that price range therefore we chose to book the Sunny Beach Resort. The first room that was shown to use was very nice but facing the main rood. After we politely asked if we could change the room to one not facing the road, we got a great room overlooking the ocean. The lift only goes up to the 3rd floor so we had to take the stairs to get to the 4th floor which was fine for us. Rooms were large with nice wooden floors and good beds. Seems to be booked by many people from eastern Europe. Would go there again for a couple to a few days.

Great hotel, fantastic staff, on the beach”
The staff at the Sunny Beach are the most helpful, cheerful people that I have ever met, the hotel is right on the beach, has two very nice swimming pools, a small gym, nice beach bar and restaurant and is close to everything you need or want. Nice little restaurants very close, and the restaurant at the Sunny is good, has an excellent breakfast. Beach is fantastic and not crowded, staff looks after you very well. The superior room I had more than met my needs, it was quiet so that you could sleep well at night, the staff kept it very clean and it was well supplied, laundry service was excellent and very quick. Very pleased with the Sunny Beach Resort Hotel.

great hotel with fantastic service !”
We would definitely stay here again. Phan Thiet was the highlight of the trip for our teenage children. Great swimming pools and nice beach.Breakfast was excellent. Comfy beds, spacious room, nice and clean. We had to check out early to head back to Ho Chi Minh for a flight and the hotel provided a breakfast box for the trip. The only down side was when the hotel tried to charge a family we were travelling with for a missing hair dryer in their room - the hairdryer was not there to begin with, unbeknown to them that it was supposed to be supplied. When checking in, the hotel should ask you to confirm the contents of the room - this would safeguard everyone!

A nice place to stay with good location and sweet service. The swimming pool is highly recommended nice design. The service staff are always smile and nice. However it is better to keep your valuable staff with you in Mui Ne and recommend the hotel to have a safer in the room for guest to put valuable stuff. Bearkfast is good. lunch and dinner is not too good comparing to so many other places around beach but still ok if you dont care about the price first. Good place to stay esp for the first time vistor at Mui Ne.

Nice resort on a central location”
We stayed at Sunny Beach resort for 2 nights and had a great stay. The rooms (superior) were nice and cosy and had a decent bathroom. The view isn't spectacular, but that's not what we were looking for. The hotel has a pool towel service, so that is really great. It lies just on the beach, so the location is fantastic. It is also centrally located for an evening stroll. If you go to the left you'll find the international restaurants and shops, go to the right to eat with the locals. Breakfast is good, a lot to choose from. Don't have lunch at the resort, because it's pretty expensive. They also charge you for using the internet, so go and find an internetvafe, that charge you less. Overall a good hotel, but there are many others there for maybe a cheaper price.

Enjoyed the peace and quiet of Sunny Beach Resort right on the main street of Mui Ne. I booked a bus from a travel agent on Pham Ngu Lao Rd in HCMC and they picked me up there and dropped me straight at the hotel. Perfect. Got a great rate on Agoda too.

Nice beach hotel”
The Sunny Beach hotel in Mue Ne is a tourist hotel directly on a very nice beach with two clean and large swimming pools in a beautiful garden. The breakfast is in an open air restaurant with ocean view. The breakfast includes not only the usual western food, but also typical Vietnamese food like noodle soup. The hotel is located on the main road between Mue Ne and Phan Thiet with many restaurants and shops. The hotel is very good value for your money.

Sunny weekend”
We spent the weekend at Sunny Beach and enjoyed being out of HCMC. The staff at Sunny Beach were helpful and friendly and the grounds and pool were lovely. The resort is within walking distance of restaurants and shops and is located on the beach side of the road. Our room had a balcony and a lovely view of the beach as well as airconditioning and a ceiling fan. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped.

Excellent hotel with great value”
I stayed with my friend for 3 nights here in Sunny Beach Resort. We had a great time because the resort is just by the side of the sea and the service is so good. The design of the hotel is so great that it looks just perfect. I have some experience in other much more expensive resort in other place but I would say personally I prefer this "boutique style" small resort.
