Three bedroom apartment with balcony”
A few places we stayed in Vietnam advertised three bedrooms but were actually only three beds. This was the exception. It was a proper apartment with three seperate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, a fully functioning kitchen and a washing machine & dryer. on the balcony. It was located in a modern building with a rooftop pool. It was a short taxi ride away from district one restaurants and a short walk away from district four markets & eateries. The building was very secure. There was a mini mart & cafe on site and the taxis were controlled by reception so no dodgy taxi drivers could take you for a ride. We loved our stay here and only wish we had booked for longer.

Check-in & check-out hassle free. Nice host. Spacious room. Nearby the apartment there are a few convenience shops. Across the bridge is district 1 and if you don't mind walking, can go to Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square and Saigon Center easily. Taking a Grabcar there is less than VND 60K.

Is a very good place to stay with your family, friends or girlfriend. Mini supermarket and cafe is located at the ground floor. Therefore food is not a problem if you choose to cook on your own or have some simple local delight. The Swimming Pool is located at the rooftop and you will have a beautiful view of the city. The only downside for me on my second day is there is a power outage for about 1 hour, I not so sure is only happen to my level or the whole block. Not to worried is just happen once is just me unlucky. Ha ha ha. To me this apartment is slightly out of town but lucky is very easy to grab a cab, there are always cab waiting at the lobby. As for the staff are very helpful and friendly. We communicate through WeChat for example if I need house keeping or refill of the bottle water. I spend 7 days staying in this 3 bedroom apartment, I came to this apartment a happy men and left a happy man. I highly recommend this apartment to all.

Large apartment with 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, washing machine with hot balcony for fast laundry drying and even a water dispenser with several bottles in stock. Perfect for my family with 3 teenage kids -- highly recommended !

The location was about 10mins drive from district 1 which is a bonus . There a night market near by for food . The apartment is value for money . Beds are a bit hard but is okay for the price .view is not as nice as icon 56 because they move me to the Tresor .

Lovely place for family on a budget . The view is nice . The pool view is nice at night but if the glass is more clear would be better . The pool is very nice at night. It not too stuffy like in the district 1. It not a bad location . U can cap to district one and it not too far away. Really recommend khuu pho am thu vinh khanh it about 20 mins walk . Room service is daily but u have to message them first .

A bit outdated but fine still good value money ”
Everything went smoothly with self check in. Apartment is a bit outdated as the furniture isn't in very good shape. There isn't a lot of kitchen dishes to use, but still enough to cook something small. I would recommend this apartment for someone who is traveling with larger group. We were 5 and we had a lot of space. There are three bathrooms to use. It's a short walk to the city. We walked to all sightseeing areas directly from the apartment.

Big and clean apartment, there’s a kitchen and washing machine (this was really appreciated during a 3-week business trip). Location is ok but not fantastic. I would prefer something a bit more central (my fav in HCMC is still Liberty Central Riverside). In any case you can easily move around with Grab (local Uber super cheap and safe). Lack of some details like a used soap (?!?) in the shower. Why not putting some refillable shampoo/shower gel dispenser in the shower? Pool is ok but very few sun chairs. Other than that, quite good value for money.

Nice big apartment with plenty of room. Very confusing with address even for local taxi and local people. Said Sunny Tropical Apartment Hotel?, Icon 56 building, Ben Van Don, District 4, but should have said Tressor Building, 39 Ben Van Don, Apartment block #1, Sunny Tropical Apartment Suite, District 4. We stayed in the Ralph Lauren Suite at this same Tressor Building for two nights in apartment block #2 and had to move to this apartment for our last night. We googled and called a taxi and he took us around the block and we ended up 20 metres away?? We checked at the reception at Icon 56 building and they rang the person to let us know we had arrived. One hour later it turns out we had to go back to the Tressor building to Apartment block #1 as the Sunny Tropical Apartment Hotel? was in this building? Honestly, it caused unnecessary stress trying to find this place and wasted time. The address has to be changed to the correct address as this is just an apartment suite in a building

Bait and Switch”
They have a pool of units and assign you to whatever is available, so it's very unlikely you'll get the one you booked on the site. In my case that meant many of the features I specifically needed were missing (black out curtains for example) so it was impossible to sleep past 6am, and there's a big school downstairs so you'll hear kids screaming and loud speakers from around 6:45am. So if that's not an issue you should be fine :)

First I got wrong room in wrong building, 5min away from the building with rooftop pool. That was big deal for me because I booked this mostly cause the nice pool. Host told me that was because overbooking and I will get right room for the second night. That cost extra time and struggle for me. That’s why I asked little refund. Host told me that they can’t give me any refund because I booked already discounted room. It is totally unacceptable, I have to pay with my time for their mistake. Nobody told me that discounted room means double struggle and extra time waste. Host brought me some drinks because their mistake. It is bit ironic because in description they say that softdrinks are provided for free. Also fresh fruits that I never saw. Worst part all of this was after second day moving to another room in another building I still didn’t get the room in the building with rooftop pool.
