The stay at super 8 was more than I expected. The hotel was located in a great area and was surrounded by other hotels. The level of satisfaction is excellent in all categories. I will stay at this location again when I require a hotel in Orlando, Florida.

Super 8´s been my favourite place to stay in US since 1986 when we haven't any review or Instagram or google to check the place in advance. I have strong feelings with this hotel, we've been there with my whole family several times but till this september that we were in Orlando for 5 days. I had a bad experience because I had to change 3 times the key (card) to enter the room, the bathroom smelled bad, the thub water didn't evacuate. Rooms used to have a table with two chairs which where very usefull, they are not anymore. The microwave didn't work as it shoud, there were some numbers that didn't work, the fan in the bathroom didn't work. The wood of the clossets are deteriorated. The next time I travel to US Super 8 is going to be my last option.

Great Location but...”

Everything and everyone was so nice and all and again the location is perfect. But the room yes they are clean but the carpet at front was always wet and it had a lot of dark spots. And the air conditioner failed sometimes like it could be on but when it turns off to turn back on it would that like 6hours and that is a lot. There was a time that we wanted to eat something like some chips or anything and we went to the snacks machines and they were always empty.

Not what we were expecting”

This was supposed to be our nice hotel that we can unwind after a 10 hour day of driving with children. Hotel listed they had an indoor pool and hottub. The pool was outside and unheated with no pool, we swam anyway but couldn't for long. Scared my children would get sick, their lips started turning blue and shaking. Husband couldn't enjoy without heat or hot tub especially outside. The housekeeper knocked on our door an hour before check out (two hours according to their website) to see if we were checking out or staying longer, i think, couldn't understand most of what she was saying or asking. Beverage vending machine was out of order so had to go to store to get some drinkable water for my children. Staff was nice but couldn't understand half of what they were saying. Not the worst hotel I've stayed at but will be going somewhere else next time.

Really bad place ”

The location is reasonable you good , the cleanliness level very low. The bed sheets were not changed, even the old wetish towels were left in the room in all three rooms. The carpets were smelling, bathroom doors not closing and untidy. The place needs to be totally refurbished and staff needs to be retrained, before this place can be recommended. The only person doing the job properly was the old lady tidying up after the breakfast. NOT recommended

Deposit equal to room cost at check in, every lamp was unplugged upon entry, tv was unplugged both from wall and tv itself. Room was a bit run down, toilet leaked and backed up every time it flushed. This location is an embarrassment to the Wyndham brand and I will never return nor would I let anyone I know consider staying there ( I want to keep my friends). I should have walked away when I saw the check in was processed via a bulletproof window with slide tray ( as seedy and run down as this place was maybe it was to protect the clerks from the disgruntled guests).

Old, dirty and nasty”

Don’t forget your flip flops, the floor is nasty. Impossible to walk without getting your feet completely dirty. I found someone’s hair on the telephone, bath tube, floor... the bed is ok, but all the rest is bad. Breakfast is awful. Staff seamed not happy at all being working there. Tried to call the front desk but the telephone wasn’t working properly. Horrible experience.

It’s a nice little place. Only problem was free breakfast was offer in app but when you got arrived a sign was posted that breakfast was no longer offered. The tub was very clogged, but other than that it was nice

Para el precio que tiene excelente ubicación y habitación comoda. Puedes ir caminando a restaurantes.

Muy malo, publican desayuno incluido y en el sitio te dicen que No, por el Covid, mal olor, mala atención de recepción, la grifería de bañera y sanitario es de lo mas viejo obsoletos completamente, lo único bueno es la ubicación. Sin embargo No lo recomiendo.

El hotel no esta mal, pero definitivamente es complicado pedir cobijas y toallas, el hotel fue comprado con opción de desayuno y así lo cobraron, al llegar al hotel nos dicen que no hay desayuno y que no nos devolveran el dinero, lo cual es deshonesto.
