The staff who checked us in was so polite and very accommodating. The rooms are being cleaned everyday. The breakfast is great considering they are organic. I would highly recommend Super Hotel with its perfect location and cleanliness. If I will go back to Japan I would be staying here again.

All staffs are pleasant and nice especially Yuriko san. She speaks bahasa Indonesia very good and helps us with laudry machine. Good location near JR Okachimachi, surrounding with cheap and good restaurants, only a step closer to Ameyoko market. Clean and cozy hotel. They even provide face cream and candies for free. Everything about this hotel only good things. If comeback again I will stay here again

I really recommend this hotel. It locates near a convenience store, Okachimachi station, Ueno station, and Ameyokocho - a wonderful place to walk around and enjoy street food or shopping. On the other hand, this hotel is so well-prepared in terms of Covid-19, including hand sanitation liquid, and bento boxes instead of usual buffet breakfast. Employees in this hotel are so nice and they gave us very good service.

Subway & JR accessible, short walk away from both stations. Located near Ueno (think Ameyoko). Near masjid, halal eateries & konbini. Staff are polite, making check in process breezy. Amenities are abundance and really great. I would definitely stay here again (this is my 5th time in Tokyo, anyway. But first time for this hotel).

Location is great. Easily accessible and near train stations and shopping areas like Ameyoko, Takeya, etc. and also restaurants and coffee shops. Hotel serves good breakfast in its mini buffet. There are choices for a healthy Japanese and Western breakfast. Hotel staff are helpful and accommodating. There are some who can communicate well in English which is a lot of help. This is my third time to stay in Super Hotel and would love to stay again when I return with a friend. Overall, it is a good and convenient place to stay while visiting Tokyo. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Very very convenient location ”
The hotel is situated opposite to Takeya shopping complex. It is very closed to JR and Subway stations (within 2-4 mins). Family mart is within a walking distance. It’s also closed to Ameyoko street. Recommended!!!

Great location within 7 minutes walk from JR Okachimachi Station, with access to many facilities such as departmental store, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Sumptuous buffet style breakfast is served daily and you also get to choose your own amenities (such as pillow, toiletries, etc) during check-in. Nonetheless, do take note that this is hotel is positioned as a 'business-hotel' where it is intended to only provide you with a comfortable stay. So please expect only a standard small-sized room (which is common for Tokyo) and no fancy facilities such as swimming pool, Gym or lobby lounge, etc. If you are good with these, then the hotel is highly recommended where you can expect excellent value for your money spent.
