Location near to subway and convenient store”
We are travelling in three, booked the triple room. Having read about some comments on the location of accommodation, let me try to help you guys. The nearest station to the stay is Jujo Station, under Seikyo Line. There is only 2 exits when you reach the station, which is North exit and South exit, take the South exit (you will find an escalator that leads you to the other side of exit if you only found North exit when you arrived). Upon coming out from South exit, walk straight until the junction, look across the street and you will see Family Mart, pedestrain path will take you across the street, take the road on the right, next to Family Mart, go straight and you will start seeing some residential houses, until you reach another junction turn left, you will see a long road with houses both on left and right. Go further and you will see the first 24h parking (yellow), continue to walk and you will see the second 24h parking (blue), Tae Domus Apartment is located on right hand side, quite near to the second 24h parking. Push the gate and walk into the compound, self check in (you will see your name with instructions on the paper written). Second floor is accessible through the small door 12 o clock from where you stand (if Tae Domus Apartment ground floor door is on your left), small staircase leads you to second floor and you will see door numbers on the rooms. Room is quite spacious and clean, with build in toilet, towels, hairdryer, aircond/ heater, body bath and shampoo are all provided. Three plugs on separate locations in the room which is convenient for three guests. Overall we have an enjoyable stay, Jujo Station is easily reachable once you have understand the line. Thank you so much to Mr Takeshi for fixing our toilet door as we have accidentally shut it from the inside, he came to us within half an hour at about 10.15pm. Kindly understand that this is not a hotel so there will be no room keeping services provided. We have stayed for 8 nights and so far

Unexpectedly amazing!”
We don't expect waht we saw when we arrived at the place. We were agast that is a very japanese type of house that we really wanted. As a foreigner, we want to experience how the japanese live. And Tae Domus gabe that to us. They will let you feel that you are a japanese during your stay. The location is very near to Joju Station (JR Saikyo Line). There is a nearby shopping mall accross the station. There's a lot of restaurant and food chains in the vicinity. Very quite. Friendly people. We are really going back to japan and we want to stay to TAE DOMUS APARTMENT again.

Little bite hard to find this place, I was arrived at night about 10.00 pm, but when finally finded it, we try to find the room that written in front of the door, but could not find it, because when we open the door there was only one room with two bed room but the number was different. because it was already night and also little rainning, so we stay in this room. But when we come back at 10.00 pm also, there was a paper that written 'the room was next to this door'. Oh... there was a door with the small stair with some room, so we moved out in the night. Sorry Mr. Tae Domus, because we think next door was different house. The room realy like apartment, there was washing machine, sink, refrigerator, etc. The location near the station, because the neighbour is housing, we was feeling like living here and being one of japanese but can not speak japan.

It was very nice to stay at Tae Domus as it is located in a very quiet area and the appartment was very well equipped. The price were very cheap compared to the qualoty we received there so very happy about that and would recommend it! However, the bathroom was a bit dirty when we arrived and hair from previous travellers had blocked the shower hole...

Wonderful B n B style accommodation in busy Tokyo”
Spacious living with 2 bedrooms. One of them Japanese style. You won't easily find it in Tokyo. It even comes with a kitchen that you can cook some breakfast there. A family mart you can buy some grocery is conveniently located around the corner. There's even a shopping mall close by on the other side of the Jujo station. We really enjoyed our stay.!

Apartment living like hotel ”
We have stayed 3 nights in the Large Room (5 people) The room was really in a great condition, clean, and well prepared for visitors. There are everything provided such as spare mattress, towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer with air-conditioners at every single area. The Kitchen area comes with Refrigerators, Stove, Oven, Microwave, and large Sink. The transportation is really easy, 3-min walk to Jujo station (JR Saikyo line).

You basically get an entire house”
I first thought i have to share bathroom with others but turns out we got it all by ourselves. The bed is big enough for 2-3 people. Others have to sleep on the Japanese style bed on the floor. Kitchen is fully equipped. Location is good. But it is accessible only by JR not Metro but it is still in very great location! Totally worth the money i pay But there are downsides: Dont come earlier than checkin time. There is no reception for you to place bags. But if you come exactly on time, you get into your room right away The overall house is a bit old and dirty but acceptable You can hear neighbors but not that bad. Just when they walk passed by

No good communication from the owner and we ended up with 2 hours of search to get to the right location. Google map wasn't even showing the actual location of this apartment. We arrived after 12pm and the room wasn't cleaned up - dirty dishes, stained carpet, messy bed and etc. We had no choice but to leave our luggage in the room and went out to get food. At night when we came home, the room was half tidy (with clean bed sheet) but some food were still left in the basin and the floor mat was still covered with stains. Some guys who stayed in the same apartment kept talking non-stop at night and made it hard for us to sleep. During midnight, a Japanese man was shouting loudly. I'd NOT recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Tokyo. Spend more money and stay at somewhere else.

For the price you can't expect more but I suggest just use Foton in everywhere than the bed because the springs of the bed hurt our back, and add more pillows and pls. put pillow cases , but overall assesment It's satisfactory

Quite good. But the toilet is a bit small. Suggest that can provide more toilet paper and oil so that people could cook food. So far reasonable price with acceptable environment. The owner has never appeared , so mysterious .. Haha Thansk for the stay !

Good but dont Expect... ”
We wer like looking for the place like 30mins no people around no one to ask for in the neighborhood, the Apartment is at the back of a 2 storey apartment, there is no signage so i suggest the owner should put the signage infront so guests will not have a hard time looking for it... Same 2 lady guest was looking for it good thing we came out and help them find the apartment.... A bit old Japanese house, we wer just frustrated that upon arriving the place was not cleaned properly... Dust everywhere the refridgerator is dirty with juice stains... Wifi not working, good thing we have rented a pocket wifi so we havent complained about it. Electricity oh boy you cant use everything at a time or else it will shut down and the whole place will go dark... A bit scary coz the house is a bit old. Whats nice is that it have heater! And oh before i forgot keep very queit at all times because your old man neighbor will bang your front door and shout at you in japanese i just wish he hadnt curse us... And that he understand the word Sorry...! So for group travelers this one is not for you.

price is cheaper compare to other rental apartment and is actually quite near to the train station (jujo station) around 400m, outside the station has shops and restaurants for your convenience. just the sound proof was not strong enough so you have to talk very soft and also walk gently when you stays in the room.

The place is spacious and is complete with everything you need. You have your own bathroom, kitchen and dining area. It has also cabinets where you can store your belongings. The bed isn't the softest you could have but It dont bother much any way. The place is within the spitting distance from Jujo station.
