We reserved a taxi from Hanoi to Ninh Binh province and luckily our trip was successfully finished. After arrived, we was warmly welcomed by this hotel. The decoration is very beautiful and luxurious, rooms are clean and comfortable. And the staffs from hotel is very friendly. This hotel has very convenient location, we just need a few minutes to get to Tam Coc. Thank to Tom for recommending us to choose this hotel, we definitely will stay in this hotel again when we return to Ninh Binh.

I loved the hotel. It was everything I expected from a hotel in a small town. The room was clean. The workers were friendly, and the location was exactly what I was looking for. The walk to the Tam Coc boat ride was ridiculously close. The hotel was also close to lots of restaurants on the main street. It's nice because it's in alley/smaller street away from the noise but close enough to reap the benefits of being so close. The area is alive at night. It felt perfectly safe in the area.

Stay here 2 times and everything was excellent. The rooms are lovely with all the luxury and great facilities you would expect. The garden is beautifully decorated, typical Vietnamese style, I like it very much. I also booked a tour to visit Bai Dinh pagoda in the evening, quiet, comfortable, it was really beautiful. Great memories would highly recommend the Tam Coc Condeluz Boutique Hotel.

Lovely experience meeting Luke and his staff who went above and beyond to make my staff comfortable and also helped me in arranging my transportation to Hanoi. Rooms are comfy and clean and enjoyed a good night sleep as well as being in a central part of Tam Coc. Would recommend.

The room was in good condition and above all, the hotel STAFF had a great attitude. I could communicate in English and I enjoyeded a breakfast. I found out that I left an important item after checking out, but I was able to receive it by EMS after 4 days in HCMC . THANK YOU ~! It's a good hotel. I highly recommend it.

We had the best local family experience so far in Vietnam. The family was welcoming, always there to help and never hesitated to invite you to join for some local rice wine with the family. We rented a scooter for todays and booked a tour with then also.

Perfect place to stay in Tam Coc. Very close to everything but in a small and quiet street. Luu is a great manager and very helpful. Just a few minutes with her and your stay in Tam Coc is well planed !

I had a spontaneous trip with bf and no idea for accommodation in Tam Coc after quarantine. I booked this hotel without any expectations. When I saw the room and hotel, all i could say was “Whoa!!!”: new facilities, very clean and beautiful room, friendly staff, great services and cheap price. Highly recommend Condeluz hotel!!!

Pluses and minuses”
+staff was very friendly and helpful, allowed us to check in earlier. Helped to solve untypical problems. Provided a good bike for rent. + the room was clean, new, well equipped. - the huge problem we had was NOISE from the metal works which was right in front the hotel. They are cutting the metal frames all days long. The started at 6.40 one day and at 7.15 another day. Absolutely impossible to sleep and have a good rest. - no garden view in the room which was advertised on the website as deluxe double or twin room with garden view. The view is metal works factory and a couple of poor trees growing across the road. - no elevator
