Fantastic”
We arrived at a lovely looking building along a rough road and the taxi dropped us off outside and we were met by a lovely woman named Ha, who greeted us with a welcome drink and checked us in to our room. The room was amazing, so spacious and brand new. It had everything needed and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The hotel has a pool and outside beds with a shower too. Even after check out you can use the facilities. The hotel has free bicycles and can also organise a motorbike from the neighbours. The neighbours were also friendly. We had checked out of the hotel and returned after a day of exploring to be met by James at reception. He’s was warm and welcoming with a big smile. He even offered to print off our train tickets for us so we didn’t have any problems. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel if you’re visiting Tam Coc it really is the best one around and the price is unbelievable for the level of comfort and service.

Great Staff, Great Location and Great Accommodation ”
We loved our stay at Tam Coc Holiday Hotel & Villa. It was in an ideal location, the room was clean and spacious (mountain view suite) and had a great view. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, they took time and offered recommendations on places to eat and visit. We also had breakfast included which was nice, you have the option of having the buffet or ordering off a limited menu. We stayed two nights and rented motorbikes next to the hotel and visited Hang Mua and Trang An, which was a pleasantly easy ride for us first timers. If your going to Tam Coc id recommend staying here, it’s a great value for your money and looks just like the pictures. Thanks for your hospitality Tam Coc Holiday Hotel & Villa!

This is the most lovely hotel! The rooms are really nice and cleaned daily! Bathroom was lovely and the shower was really good! The pool is very nice too. Great location! Not far from the river and around lots of restaurants and bars! You also get free use of bikes which was great! The staff are excellent! Especially James, who was incredibly helpful and made use feel very welcome. The breakfast is amazing! So much choice so something for everyone. The only downside was that the wifi in our room wasn’t the best but that wasn’t much of a big deal. Definitely recommend staying here!

We showed up here after a 5 hour ride from Hanoi, dirty, and tired from our motorcycle ride. Before we could even get off the bikes the staff was outside and helping us collect our stuff. We were ushered inside at our own pace and given drinks, snacks, and a place to sit while the staff checked us in. The staff even asked us questions about how our journey was going and seemed truly interested in us at individuals and not just money. The rooms had a great view, clean linen, and A LOT of space and perfectly placed near a lot of touristy stuff. Definitely recommend this spot.

Everything was perfect. The staff was super helpful (especially mr. James), the hotel is located 1 min walk from the center of town, which was ideal for us. Breakfast is delicious, the room was spacious, clean, right next to the pool (and yet it wasnt noisy). Plus - the pool was perfect for the hot and sunny days. Can't recommend this place enough!

The room is clean. Location is good. Staff is very helpful. He called a bus for us to go to sapa where was my next trip and the bus picked us up right at the hotel. More than that, he lets us stay in the room until the bus comes without charging. 5 star for service. We stayed at the suite room and it was great. Really big bed and good bathroom. Pool and breakfast are also great. Really friendly staff, some of them trying to learn new languages from guests and could actually say a few sentences in Spanish :) Excellent location, literally there is a 1 min walk to the main attraction (boat ride) and really close to all amenities in Tam Coc. Would definitely repeat ! Excellent value for money.

Comfy bed and crisp cotton sheets, pool view room. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night. Breakfast was lovely. Ordered a late lunch when we checked in which was super tasty and great price. Free bike hire. You can access many great sights and restaurants from this location. Highly recommend. Gorgeous.

The best service we got in Vietnam”
Very attentive and helpful staff, they planned with us out program in Ninh Binh, rented the motorbike for us, bought a train ticket so we could just enjoy our vacation. Only minus was the laundry, they don’t iron clothes so it was not even wearable. But anyways, I highly recommend to stay in this hotel.
