Clean, well equipped, huge value”
I am very picky about cleanliness, and smell. This place was a huge value and I would stay here again and recommend it to others. Our room was well equipped, staff were friendly and the bed and room were updated and modern.

Atwood Hotel”
This is a great location for visiting SDSU peeps. Pros: The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and have great amenities. Restaurant and liquor store have everything you need. Cons: water didn’t drain in the sink, the door keys never worked (and were not demagnetized by something in my purse), the voices and TV from the next room were loud as the walls are thin.

The hotel is in a great location. Rooms are clean. Pool is nice. Staff is helpful. They have a few restaurants that you can walk to and a convenience store which is really helpful! I would recommend bringing your own pillows because the hotel pillows are really lumpy and uncomfortable. But aside from that small detail, there is not much else to complain about. We have stayed twice here and will most likely be back!

The hotel rooms are nice and clean. The bathroom is also very nice. Room is spacious and beds are comfortable. The freeway is nearby so there is hum of the vehicles that you can hear.

Room was clean and spacious. Close to freeway and has an on-site restaurant and store. Bed was hard to sleep on and the pillows felt like rocks. You can hear everything from oitside not much of a peace sleep.

We arrived and we’re next in line to get a room. We were told to wait about 20-30min which was okay then more people started coming in and they forgot about me and proceeded to call all these other people who arrived after us to check in. Then we get to our room and it smells like straight bleach. The pillows on the bed were like half pillows and the bed itself was not comfortable. Then they changed the pool hours to stay open 2 hours later and when we went to the pool at 8pm (they stated it closed at 9pm) it was all locked up. I wouldn’t stay here again

Would completely not recommend! Staff took a 30 min lunch at 9pm. Couldn’t check in gave me major attitude. She booked me IN A ROOM THAT HAD SOMEONE IN IT. After having attitude w me: saying I was doing something wrong w my key and that’s why I couldn’t get in “did you put your key by your phone or other credit cards?” What?? She gave me so much attitude other people were like shocked by how she was talking to me. This is an unsafe situation. What if the person in the room had a gun?!!! Tried to call the hotel multiple times to talk to a manager or owner w no call back. Music was blaring at 11 pm at the pool area and the lobby. I have videos of my interaction w this lady and the music. I will not be staying here again and again don’t recommend it!!!

I booked through 3rd party with payment due upon check in. When we arrived, we were told that they already charged the card because that’s their practice with 3rd party bookings. We had planned to pay cash. We stayed 2 nights and upon returning the first day, our room was not cleaned at 6 pm. We were told maid service is every 3 days. Our room card keys needed to be replaced every day as they stopped working after every day. The ice machine was so old and dirty, that we decided to purchase a bag of ice. The A/C was so loud that we couldn’t hear the TV unless we wanted our neighbors to hear it too. Only good thing was, that it muffled the music coming from the pool. The room was clean upon arrival. I never write negative reviews but it was pretty bad.

The staff was good, unless very rudest woman lobby. The rooms had very dirty floors, cracked floor, damaged AC. They broke at night, it turned to be very hot. The pillows, the blankets are all dirty. Not recommended, not a safe zone to stay
