Randomly picked The B Hotel Alabang in Agoda as it was the cheapest price I found for a random plan. Of course I reviewed some photos first and see if it would convince me. It's our first time here. No regrets! Booked, contacted the hotel for some inquiries, coordinated with Paula for my special request, kept in touch for the plan and other more queries. To top it all out, I'm 99% happy and satisfied. Will definitely go back here and choose this as my unwinding place. Will also recommend this to fam and friends. Hotel is not big but its cozy and you'll feel secured. Staff are all nice, a little bit shy but friendly and humble and gives quality of service. Facilities are good. Room is very minimalist, cozy and homey. Actually called for makeup room at around 10pm and Im glad and thankful that Kuya Raymond accommodated my request even if it was beyond their service hours already. Extended half day from my plan of checking out earlier or on time because it was just so hard to leave this very cozy room. I can stay here all day. Also, food is really really good and even if its a bit pricey, you'd still appreciate it! This was one of the best staycations I had and will definitely go back here to unwind from a busy life. Slept soundly the whole night because of the very peaceful environment and a very comfy bed. I'm just really, really happy with this stay and everything about it. Thank you The B Hotel Alabang! Clean, cozy, and friendly hotel”
My husband and I stayed here overnight due to a conference nearby. Location is great, just walking distance to our conference venue as well as to major shopping malls (Alabang Town Center, Metro, Puregold) and very access transportation. The lobby was clean and the people were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, well-lighted, and the bed comfy. I cannot get over the fact that we only paid about 3,600 including breakfast for two. We have been to so many 5 star hotels and honestly, B hotel is not bad compared to them. It is such a value for money! I also commend the staff - very friendly and always willing to assist. They also allowed us to check in early as we only had a limited time during lunch break. Will definitely stay here again when we visit the area.

A great customer service”
Aside from clean room, good bfast buffet. A great customer service. We were scheduled for a later time for the jacuzzi but was scheduled earlier time. Jonathan appeased us by instantly extended our room time and scheduled us again. Plus after an hour he informed us we were given a complimentary swim at Bellevue Hotel with free transportation and extended our room time to. 6 pm That's what I called a great and extended customer service. Definitely will book again. Well recommended ❤️❤️❤️

The best staff”
My first visit to the Philippines and the staff made me feel very welcome. They were all very pleasant and didn't seem forced to be that way. I had to give them 4/5 stars though because I had a couple issues with the AC. I think the unit for the room was just going out. When I contacted the desk they sent a guy up right away to check it out. He said he had to fix it from the main location and left. I had called a second time the next day and they another guy up with his tools and he adjusted it in the room and made it better. They did offer to move me to another room after the second try but it was working well enough at that point. The staff more than made up for the AC issue with their attentiveness.

We were able to book a room (with breakfast) at a discounted price. The room was large enough for two adults and a kid. The beds were good and the bathroom was clean. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again soon! Thanks!

I arrived ealier than 3pm and I asked them if I could do early check in and they allowed me which is good because I don't need to wait. All of the staffs that I encountered gave a great service. the room are spacious even it's standard room. I love the ambiance. Breakfast food is nice but I'm looking forward for buffet breakfast ☺️. Overall stay is great.

Clean room, courteous staff”
Booked a room for 2 nights for my children who were attending church youth event at nearby New Life Christian Center so they may just walk to and from the venue during the youth conference. The staff took special attention to my children since they were by themselves. Rates were inclusive of a breakfast buffet which my children thoroughly enjoyed and looked forward to. This is a great value for money, and strategically located near the commercial area in case you need to purchase supplies. Would gladly book again at this place next time.

Home away from home”
This is a hidden gem in the city. Albeit a bit old, the hotel does quite feel like a home. The staff were really super nice and I was attended to always very quickly. Perfect location because it's situated in a quiet neighborhood that you can go walking in the tree lined sidewalk in the mornings yet it's a 10 min. walk to ATC and Molito. Had a really great time during my stay, I ended up extending for another night. If I may suggest, they could use a carpet (floors were cold) and a bigger TV ( TV small for a big room) but other than that, everything is well.
