The room was relatively spacious for Tokyo. It was clean and very comfortable. The hotel is is right next to the metro station. There was coffee for guests in the lobby, and the fact that they also enured that the lobby was scented was a nice touch.

Small but cheap...”
Space is at a premium in Tokyo, so you have to be prepared for small rooms - and these are very small. However, the staff are all excellent, there is good, free coffee, and the optional extra breakfast looked to be good value (although we did not try this). The hotel is close to the metro (100 yards), and close to some very good and reasonably priced restaurants. It is also close to food marts with a good daily selection of bento boxes.

TL;DR - The room was okay overall, but the staff were excellent. I would come back again for their attentiveness. COST We stayed from Oct 4th-10th and it cost about $660. LOCATION It is in Akihabara, but it's not close to Akihabara station. It's like a 10 minute walk. It's actually closest to Awajicho station entrance. Regardless, it's still close enough without it being ridiculously crowded. OVERALL The room is quite tiny, but that's typical for hotels in Tokyo. They also have a washer/dryer and some vending machines in the building, which was much appreciative. What made this hotel stand out to me was the service. There was a day that my husband and I were outside to figuring out where we were going it and it was starting to rain. The front desk staff came outside and brought us umbrellas to use. It was helpful all day.

My family were checked in on 22nd July 2018, however the air conditions was damaged and doesn't work. After contact with your front line staff, your staff was arranged another room to us immediately. Better than APA for value”
This is the first time I tried the B hotels in Japan , but I will surely be booking them again in my next Jpn trip. The rooms are about 30% larger than for similar price rooms at APA hotels. The bathroom was noticeably larger than most other Jpn budget hotels. There’s a really good, free coffee machine in the lobby we made use of every morning. The staff was really courteous although only half spoke English. The location was perfect, only a block away from 3 different

our stay in b ochanomizu was great. although the room is small but it provide us with all the necessary item like electric kettle and etc. the hotel also provided us with breakfast. it was 1 of the important factor for traveler like us who don't intend to spend time to look for a place to have breakfast.

Nice little nest for travellers”
Overall speaking this is a very nice and handy nest located in one of the best locations in Tokyo which makes this hotel an ideal choice for travellers and business trips. Handy location and close-by train/subway station can lead to everywhere in inner tokyo. Being next to Akihabara which is one the must-see place in Tokyo and walking distance to Ueno which has a lovely zoo and Toshogu palace for world heritage site visit. A lovely place to stay and would like to come and stay again.

Convenient Location, Small Hotel”
The hotel is good value for money, and the rooms were the same size as most hotels in tokyo. It's very conveniently located, probably 2 minutes from the train exit. You can walk to Akihabara and other stations from the hotel as well.

Good and honest hotel”
The room was rather small and nearly no space for our three 24 inches luggage. The bed was soft and nice for us. The location was great, it was very near to two subway lines, within 50 meter walk and I liked it. Free breakfast was also very good. The staffs here were very polite even though a few could speak English. After checking out, I recognized that I had forgot my gold necklace(price more than 20000 US$). During leaving to the airport I told one of the staff by phone, they kept it for me until my next visit to Tokyo a few months later. Thanks to all of these honest staffs......

a very good choice”
This hotel is situated in a back alley to the main street and in the evening very quiet. The hotel staffs are friendly and the cleanness is also very good. There are several metro stations close by and the area is a quiet business/education area, I would recommend it to people who prefer more quiet spots than busy areas in Tokyo. We will come back here again as the price is reasonable. The breakfast choices are quite few, but it is not a big problem in my opinion.

Basic Tokyo hotel, good location, tiny rooms”
the best thing about this place is the proximity to several main metro lines and only a couple of stops away from tokyo station as well as akihabara for electronics shopping. otherwise , nothing much around ochanomizu if you're after sightseeing - it's a very local neighborhood. there is a spectacular udon place a few blocks away, and the castle grounds are about a 15 minute walk. they charged me an additional y9,000 for an extra person as i didn't realize agoda has changed their site (i clicked on 1 person for a room instead of 2).

Good value for money”
the room was small but decent. very clean and well presented. staff were very friendly and helpful. spoke enough english to understand what we were saying. the hotel is located behind a reasonably busy road with many restaurants and convenience stores. do go exploring the back streets at night as you will find small authentic restaurants on corners. it is also located within walking distance to akihabara aka electric town. the one area you will find anything you want on electronics.

One in a Series of Excellent "Convenience" Hotels”
the "b" hotels are a series of simple but functional hotels in japanese major cities, and i often stay at one when i am looking for comfort and value. the rooms are reasonably large (by japanese standards), and they are very modern and comfortable, with an accent on wood-grain and black furniture. cnn is free, and there is freshly-brewed free coffee in the lobby. very good value for money.

Nice hotel with good locatio”
Hotel room is comfortable, staffs are friendly and understand English. Room is small but enough for two person. Location is near Akihabara and around 10 mins walk, convenience stores around the hotel and near Metro line. Only setback is toilet bowl does not have warmer.
