Wonderful stay at the Mikazuki Hotel, well beyond our expectations. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were immaculately clean (with every accessory necessary and then some), the staff/customer service was top notch and the rooftop infinity pool was HUGE with an awesome view. I highly recommend to stay to unwind, relax & recharge your batteries!

I stayed there with my husband this holiday. So suprise about attititude of staff, all of them treat us very well. Otherwise, have water hot spring park so nice so relax so new. Its make us so happy and get full power positive after long time work very hard. Recommend this. Love this resort and will comeback with my family in near future.

The hotel is new and clean. Staffs with top notch service. The indoor waterpark + onsen is great for family, waterpark is not huge, water was warm for the wave pool but not for children pool, was too cold to play during end of the year. Great spread of breakfast. Overall, great experience.

Great resort with little children”
Stayed 3 nights with little children: the location is a bit away from the city center, but still can move around by the taxi. The beach side is still under the cobstruction and closed. Outside pools are closed during the winter time.

Great for children ”
The water park is great for the kids and the Japanese onsen on the fourth floor of the water park is authentic. The kids play area on the third floor is also excellent. The hotel also has a pool and jacuzzi on its 22nd floor. There are little extras like horse feeding and a fountain show that add to the day. Rooms are immaculate. Normal taxi from airport was just under 200,000 dong.

Was a pleasant resort and hotel ti relax for our family trip. Location is 10-15 mins distance away from the main streets yet it’s a great location to enjoy the facilities and relax. Definitely will come back again.

A whole lot of good and a couple of not so good”
There are a lot of very good things about this resort. Styling and design is very nice. It has a lot of beautiful and interesting features. The breakfast is quite good with a nice mix of Japanese, Vietnamese, Western, and some Korean dishes to choose from. The service and staff at the hotel is top notch. The roof top pool is very nice and the small Onsen pools on the roof are a nice touch. The other meals at the hotel main restaurant were generally very good except the special Friday Japanese buffet which wasn't particularly Japanese though the seafood was good. Tasty oysters. We had a family room and the layout is very good. Four single beds which we were able to arrange as needed. The balcony and view is excellent for the room. The big outdoor bathtub on the room balcony was great with plenty of hot water to fill it. The air conditioning was strong. The bathroom was well laid out and had all the things one might expect. The negatives: the beds are a little on the hard side. I was able to sleep but would have preferred a slightly softer bed. The Kids Club (?) is in the waterpark building so you need to go out of the hotel to get to it which includes an uncovered portion which is a problem in the recent huge rains. English communications were ok but there were a few miscommunications which were not great. The location makes for excellent views but it puts you quite far from the rest of Danang though a bit closer to the airport and Ba Na Hills. Knowing all of the above, I would gladly stay there again.
