Cheap and cheerful”
Bathroom needed a good clean. Other than that, it was fine.

Location is good.”
The hotel is located a few minutes walk from Baker Street underground station and several bus routes giving easy access to central London. The hotel is a little rundown but appears to be undergoing renovation (June 2022). It should be better after these are completed.

Above average”
Okay to sleep in nothing more. Really kind and helpful man working there though. You get what you pay for, decent cleanliness, nice looking toilet (at least in our room), decent bed with good TV, new towels every day, card for unlocking the room and a code to get inside the hotel. We only had cold water in the shower, no soap or towels for the hands. There was also an almost five cm large hole between the floor and the door and in our room you could not lock the toilet door without getting locked in and have to struggle to get the door open.. But, you get what you pay for i suppose.

Great for location but nothing else”
I arrived quite late to check in around 23.00. There was no staff around to check in for at least 30 mins. The room was very dirty and the walls were cracked and carpet torn up with stand and mould in most places. The toilet bowl was totally brown which was hard to use. It was a place to just spend a few hours to sleep and nothing else which I am grateful for and the amount I paid for 4 nights was extremely good for a central London location. I would not stay again unfortunately- the one member of staff I met was lovely but there is generally no one around to monitor anything.

deception”
we had already read the bad reviews but booked anyway because of the photos on the site. after all, we are not demanding. nice weekend with my 3 daughters so booked a 4 person room .... that was not there. so divided into 2 rooms on different floors. rooms looked nothing like the pictures and awful. my room had just been painted so was smelly and besides the regular stains also lots of paint stains on the floor. bathroom super small and also a lot of lime holes in ceiling and so on. the cleaning is a clean towel but even the bin was not emptied. the front of the building is completely convex and you get the idea that it could fall any moment. the location is super and the man at the reception was friendly.

Just for sleeping”
We basically just slept in this hotel. It was ok for that. There was mold in the bathroom. The outer wall of the house is bulging out 🫣and the floors uneven. I wonder for how long this house stays in one piece..

Very basic ”
Very basic room. Mattress very bitty you could feel through the sheet which didn’t even cover the mattress properly. Nice bathroom. Upon leaving I tried for half an hour to get hold of a member of staff to ask if I could leave my case for a few hours, rang the bell on the desk about 30 times, even went out the front door and rang the doorbell, even tried phoning then but phone line was not in use.. good job this wasn’t an emergency!!!

It is one of my worst hotel stays”
That the hotel was dirty would be an understatement. The location was great but other than that it was pathetic. The room smelled of mold. It was cramped and tight. Lets not even get into the washroom. There was piles of garbage everywhere. I slipped on the front as it became very slippery due to rain. Don't ever book this hotel.

Bare bones”
Arrived and there was a bit of rubbish in my room, mattress was old and springy, no drinks facilities, one plug in whole room, no desk, windows made of sweet wrappers as could hear ALL traffic which in central London isn't ideal. Toilet wasn't the cleanest, inside building was dated and there was a lot of finishings not done. Good area, good if all you're doing is sleeping in there, i won't be back

Hotel from hell.”
Please whatever you do. Do not stay at this hotel pictures must have been taken 10 years ago. The carpets are ripped, doors missing, lights not working even what looked like mouse holes in the skirting board. This so called hotel (more like cesspit) needs closed. Why hasn’t a hotel inspector been out to this place I will never know.

Hotel = construction site”
Nobody knew i had booked. "Receptionist" (or was it someone from the builders?) Said not more than 10 words in total. Cheap but you know why when you set one foot in... Lucky for me it was only for sleeping. Showering was impossible, bathroom too small to do that. Spend 25 pounds more and stay in a better place!

Location only. ”
Fine for one night, sleep and move on, nothing more. Stuff and deliveries everywhere on check in, staff slow and disengaged, given wrong room which was being renovated, no soap, bathroom needs a deep clean.

Mariah”
Absolutely terrible. The room and the beds stung by smoke. the springs in the beds stuck in the back, there were no top mattresses on. The windows are falling out and can not be closed. There are no windows in the doors in the aisles and you tear yourself on the tree. The floor is rocking and it feels like you are about to walk through. In the bathroom there are missing joints between the tiles and the hot water you can look for a long time that. No glasses to drink of and I could go on. Stay away ..

Don’t even think about staying there. ”
There was no one at the reception desk. We were just lucky when we arrived so someone was there to open the door. They never replied to any of my emails or calls. The pictures do not represent reality. There was a hole on the wall, the carpet had probably never been cleaned and the bathtub was (i’m saying this politely) gross, just like the windowsills. I wouldn’t visit this “hotel” again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Dirty room”
The hotel was more like a building site, the room was filthy, no kettle, no anything apart from an uncomfortable bed. The staff are rude and the facilities non existent but the location was great

Acceptable”
It’s a no sevice yet expensive hotel! Leaky toilet, hazardous! Fire alarms don’t work. Emergency Exit is littered with stuff which are trip hazards and rooms are poky and ill decorated. Room key stopped working when we returned at night.

bed with bugs ”
the rooms in the top floor is terrible. the floor is tilted, and you can hear every noise from other rooms. The most hardest part is there were bugs on the bed, I asked to refund for the next day but he refused to do so. I had to escape from the accommodation, without any apology
