We were met with smiles from the moment the taxi arrived & we stepped onto the curb until the the taxi arrived at 4:15 AM to take us back to Heathrow. Our 9 night stay was extremely pleasant. The employees went above & beyond to ensure our comfort & needs were met. We have found a new “home” when we travel to London. The Leister Square location cannot be beat! Excellent hotel in a great location”
The Hotels location is fantastic, close to Theatres, Tourist attractions and Transport options, local restaurants are plentiful. The room was ok, but for a deluxe would have expected more than just a slightly bigger bed, the windows were filthy and you can’t open them at all so if we’d had a view it would have been compromised. You don’t get any street noise in the room, however if anyone talks in the corridor it sounds like they’re in your room and doors banging which is often, made something in our ceiling rattle. Excellent location for Soho, West End and retail. Room was very clean with high standard of housekeeping. Breakfast is a good buffet, hot & cold self serve, although the breakfast room could do with freshening up. This hotel is not a cheap option, but rooms are a fiod size for London and for this location it's in line with the competition. Would definitely stay again based on location alone.

The location is perfect for a visit to London. Everything is on your doorstep., Piccadilly circus underground train station , restaurants , Chinatown, Live theatre , taxi rank. The room was small but that's expected in London. Bathroom had a walk in shower which was great. Double bed was a little small. Only disappiontment was the smart tv, channels kept turning off. The service desk did offer a change of room but I declined. Staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was ok but only used once.

Great location, just around the corner from “everything”. Extremely basic with no proper reception, basic basic service and nothing more than a bed. But if you need nothing more than a bed, this place is great. We’ve been coming back many times!

Apart from the location, nothing is worth praising. Stayed here for 2 nights, toilet was not working throughout our entire stay, even staff told us they had it checked by their engineer multiple times. There was either no water coming out or very weak flow. They did not offer to change our room either. Can you imagine having to go to the common restroom at the basement floor multiple times everyday because of this? Also, night shift staff was not friendly or helpful.
