Good location”

The location of the hotel is good. Comparing to Youth Hostels where I stayed in Kyoto & Sapporo, i think some of the staffs here are not as great. The shower is also in the same room. Still some noises in the hallway after 10PM. Is it because it's in the city? I think still neat though

Excellent”

The hostel is located on level 18 & 19. It has a hot bath, great for tired body. You can leave luggage overnight, so it’S very handy if you stay overnight outside Tokyo. The location is perfect, many little shops and restaurants close by. The bed is not comfortable, you have to make your own bed and towel is not included. I will stay here again. Front staff were very helpful.

Convenient location and value for money”

High price performance. Good location and friendly staff. Unlike other hostels, locker is large enough for a large suit case. You can enjoy a common bath to relax instead of just taking a shower. The first night was noisy because some kids were running/playing in the corridor at mid night (I wonder where were their parents/guardians?). Other days were back to normal and I could have better sleep.

Exceptional”

Nothing much to complain about since the facilities are clean and dust free and of extremely high standards for a hostel. However, the room/bed i was given was the furthest one away from the main counter and the wifi access was limited. I had to do some of my research and work up on the 2nd floor where there were seats available. I felt that some comfort levels were compromised. Other than that, an amazing place to stay and the neighbourhood is also pleasantly vibrant at night.

Value for money”

The hotel is convenient for moving around for shopping and sight seeing. The locker is the largest that I have ever seen compared with other hostels. I like the shared bath (not just shower) so I can relax after walking the whole day.
