Stayed here for my first time solo traveling. Was greeted by polite staff who spoke good English. They also replied promptly to my messages through Agoda. Room was spacious, with a vending machine on floor 2. Will definitely use again if I return to this area.

The location was convenient with lots of convenient stores and groceries store near by. It’s near a park with playground as well. I loved how the hotel provided free coffee all day. It was such a nice gesture. We stayed at a Twin B and had 3 twin beds which was perfect for our family. The room was a good size and was equipped with a washing machine and a simple kitchen. I wish we stayed longer here. Highly recommend for a family!

Excellent Location & Value in Shinjuku”
Great little hotel to use as your base to discover Tokyo. metro and bus stop in close walking distance, convenience stores and a McD right outside. You can walk to Shinjuku station within 15 min. Highly recommended, I'm staying here all the time. Especially love the washer/dryer combo in each room.

I really loved our stay in tokyu stay nishi-shinjuku the location is great just 5-8 mins from the nearest station which is the nishi-shinjuku gochome. The room is big enough and the bed is comfortable. The bonus thing is that all of their rooms have washing machine! I will book it again if i will return to Japan!

I loved the hotel itself! I was amazed to have a washing machine in my room. However, I lost my bag while I was in Tokyo and the staff, instead of being empathetic and perhaps, supportive (I was devastated), they just asked me to pay a fee of 2,000 yen for the key card that was inside my bag. I really felt that was the final straw for me. Anyway. I found my bag the next day and they gave me back my money!

This hotel is located 2 stations off Shinjuku, expect an extra ride & steps to go up and down, yet it’s a short walk from Oedo-Line Shinjuku-gochome-station. There were 4-5 convenience stores, drug store, restaurants along the way. Property is well maintained and security is high, need room key to access elevator. Staffs are very professional yet friendly. Room was small (more roomy than other business hotels though) but really clean. It was great to have a laundry for my own, only con is the dryer works so slow took 2hrs to dry my clothings. I stayed in many hotels in Tokyo but this one I would love to come back!

Tokyu Stay provides a good budget accomodation. The rooms are small compared to other hotels, but that should be enough if you are traveling alone. It was a washer in the room, that means you do not need to worry too much about your laundries. Cleaning of the rooms are not done daily, so keep your rooms neat and clean yourself everyday. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was perhaps not the best. Macdonald's is literally next door, so even if you are hungry at midnight, you will have sth to munch! It is walking a distance to other major hotels and the Shinjuku Station. Ah and booking through Agoda was way cheaper!

Easy access to public transport and food, quiet neighborhood in West Shinjuku ”
If you need a respite from the hustle-bustle of Shinjuku yet need easy access to its transportation hub, this Nishi-Shinjuku branch of Tokyu Stay is an excellent choice. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome station on the Oedo Line, or a 20-minute pleasant stroll across Shinjuku Chuo Park to Shinjuku Station. Its in-room washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi make it a good choice for business traveler who prefers to travel light. The hotel concierge also has a guide map of the area's restaurants, cafes, convenience store and supermarket. Their reasonable 500-yen breakfast is sufficient for travelers who want a simple but wholesome meal to start the day. Breakfast buffet comprise freshly prepared fried rice, miso soup, salad and main meat dish, choice of bread and pastries, fruit yogurt, juice, coffee and tea. The double-bed room is spacious enough for one or two guests. Would definitely stay at Tokyu Stay on my next solo trip to Tokyo.

I enjoy the stay in Tokyu Stay Nishi-Shinjuku as its was located just outside the busy Shinjuku central, just 1 subway stop away. If you don't mind a stroll you can walk to Shinjuku central too. The nearby subway (Nishin shinjuku gochome) just less than 5 min walk from hotel, you can basically access many places around. With surprisingly big room (at least the room I booked), compare to some hotel room in Tokyo. Breakfast was basic but to me, good enough for the start of a day.

On the right side of hotel, there are 3 convenient stores and eateries just a few steps away, on the left, there's a great supermart! Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome station just 200m away, it makes the area a lovely place to come back to at the end of the day. The front office staff are lovely as well, I arrived late at night, made a mistake with my booking but the front office staff sorted me out with no problem. I will definitely stay at Tokyu Stay Nishi-Shinjuku again.

The Tokyu Stay hotel in Nishi Shinjuku is an excellent choice. Rooms are small but comfortable. The staff are wonderful. Very close to Nishi-Shinjuku gochome station and near Shinjuku station. Very easy to get to anywhere in Tokyo. Wireless Internet worked well.

Hassle free and easily accesible”
The Tokyu Stay Nishi-Shinjuku is a very good budget hotel. It doesn’t have all the facilities of a larger hotel: Dining room, restaurants, gym etc but if you just need a well located, clean room to use as a base while you visit explore Tokyo it is perfect. There is no room service or mini bar so check out is quick and easy. Super fast wifi in the room is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is small but well equipped with a washing machine/dryer. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the centre of Shinjuku/Shinjuku JR station or a 2 minute walk from the nearest metro station. This is very much a functional hotel for people who just need a room. For that I would recommend it.
