Beautiful location! Value for money and peaceful for a 'backpackers' place”
We had the oceanview room which had as promissed a first row, big window, just steps to the beach view. The ceiling is very high which I personally love. The room had a clean,spacious and cozy feel to it. The shared shower,toilet was clean with amazing water pressure. At the bar is a free water refill station which I so much appreciate! The food and shakes at the bar are pretty good. I can reccommend the veg curry/kerrie! We did our laundry which was ready when promissed which has not been our experience with some other places. The room next to us was a dorm. On the friday night there were some people still playing music , laughing and drinking loudly until around 1:30am Only at that time I thought it would have been nice to have a security guard present to make sure no noise after certain hours. Especially since the place does not look or feel like your typical backpacker/party place. Altogether good place to stay!

Exceptional”
Our rooms was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, we enjoyed our whole stay here. :) The garden is beautiful, the bungalows can be found in the nature, next to the see. Tubod beach is just a few minutes walk from the accomodation, where a marvellous coral garden can be found close to the beach. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, their kindness made our stay more pleasant. We tried almost everything from the breakfast menu and all of the meals were superdelicious :)

Nice Place to stay”
The place is at the beach front. Even though our roo The place is at the beach front. The staff was very accommodating, they help us on our needs on our entire stay. They do not provide free breakfast but they have a restaurant where we can affordable and sumptous meals. At night, they offer liquors, hard and beers. There was no aircon in our room (only fan), but at night, the wind coming from the shore gives a cooler ambience so we had a comfortable sleep.

Wonderful place! ”
After 3 weeks in the Philippines this was our best accommodation ever! We stayed 5 nights at Toris. Very great staff, the manager is very kind, friendly and helpful. You get everything by walking distance (shops, beach). Food at the restaurant is delicious, whatever your order (chicken curry, pork Adobo, pizzas, sandwich and more!) and fairly priced. The only thing is you can rent a motorbike for 100 pesos less than the hotel close by in the locals shops. Highly recommended for a nice stay in Siquijor!

Everything was nice in this hostel”
I love the meals at the restaurant, and breakfast was always yummy (crepes with banana), prices are very correct too. Wifi was difficult to find as you need to add the network as it's not visible, so we spent the first two days without internet thinking there was no wifi, until somebody told us how to do! Cosy place at the restaurant area and beautiful garden and decoration. It's a hostel where you feel good! Room and bathroom was clean and spacious, I loved the little balcony. Only problem was some power shutdown often, sometimes wake you up in the middle of the night or in the morning, all sweaty. The room was very hot even with the fan. Nice little beach right at the hostel with lovely swing and hammocks to chill out. I enjoyed everything in my stay at Tori's backpackers paradise! I was very happy they provide water dispenser for free!

I stayed at the place for 3 nights and had a amazing time there. The room was really spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant was cheap and good. All staff was very friendly and always helpful. The resort is located directly on the beach

Superb”
Booked a room for 1 night and stay was really awesome! Room was big with complimentary shampoo, tissue roll, bath soap and towel. I love the simplicity of my room (kubo style) . My room was just few steps from the beach. The receptionist were nice. They have wifi on the bar area only. Since it is not peak season, I really enjoyed the place feels like I owned the beach. Haha! I just hope to stay a little bit longer. Recommended to all solo and family travellers.

The best of Siquijor”
Tori's backpackers was the best of the best. Even if I stayed in the largest dormitory. The bed was ok. The room is big and full of fans to fight the heat. In the middle of the nature, with a beach as the backyard, surrounded by trees and hammocks everywhere. The bar/restaurant has great prices and the staff is just so kind, nice, helpful and available. I miss chilling there in the afternoons...

We quite tamed our expectations about the type of room we booked and the hotel facilities but to our surprise its way above we expected. We booked a family room type for four, the room was clean and spacious, it was a fan type room and air circulation gets warm in the day but cool in the evening. Staffs were good and accommodating. You can chill with your iced cold drinks or treat yourself with their good food in their restaurant. Speaking more about chill, you can grab your drinks and sit in one of their cottages just by the beach or lay in one of the hammocks and watch the magnificent sunset. Bring your mosquitoes spray.

Perfect hostel for divers”
Pros: The double room with private bathroom was clean, big and not expensive. The food at their restaurant is very good. Especially the sandwiches are the best I've eaten in four weeks traveling through the Philippines. The hostel by itself offers diving courses, fun dives etc. For divers, toris backpackers is the palace to be at siquijor island. If the the sea is rough in front of the hostel, they own another place in siquijor town "Toris paradise", where you can go diving as well. Cons: If you don't go diving, the hostel might have not the best location, because it's a 20 min right by scooter to siquijor town.

The placr is really good for sunset viewing. Staffs are nice they let me check in early without additional cost. The room is very clean it is also quiet. The fellow guests are also nice. Looking forward to stay again.

I love this hostel. The food is cheap and plentiful, never had to go out since their food choices were varied and delicious. The staff was great and they were so friendly, I'm a female solo bagpacker and I stayed at their dorms but I was literally the only one in the room. The water was a bit iffy though, but they assured me it was clean. Either way, I'm definitely staying here again, I tried scuba diving just by the beach in front of the hostel and I was able to see turtles and sea snakes, it was surreal.

Only downside is it might get a little hot inside the dorm during the night, depending on the weather +Right on the beach +excellent and cheap food +motorbike rental +good shower, waterpressure really good! +the staff is very attendive and friendly I booked only one night but ended up extending for a week! Highly recommended.

Clean and spacious room, great location and super friendly staff”
I stayed at Toris for 3 nights and i loved the place. Its right on the beach and the rooms are fairly big and really clean. The waterpressure was also really good which isn´t standard in the philippines. I also enjoyed the food in the restaurant which is attached to the place and it was also quite cheap. The only downside was, that the WIFI just worked in the restaurant and i could hardly get any signal with my Globe-SIM-Card other than directly on the beach.
