The staff members were very kind and the room was spotless. The location is really convenient and major places to visit are only a few stations away. There are also many convenience stores and places to eat within a few minutes on foot. Unfortunately, the washlet in the bathroom didn't work, but apart from that, it was nice and cozy. Just be warned that the walls are thin (you can hear people sneezing in the next room), so I wouldn't recommend it for very light sleepers.

A conference I attended was held in this hotel so I booked here. Glad I did because this was near Nagatacho station and Haneda Airport Limousine Bus station. Conference facilities were great. Breakfast was good. My room was big enough, the bed was firm and surprisingly wide. There is a Family Mart right across the hotel and several restaurants within walking distance (about 20 meters) from the hotel.

the hotel looks new and clean, the facilities in room are good, and its spacious to accompany a group of people. many restaurants nearby, but it's in the commercial zone so it's quiet and nothing much to shop there.

Clean hotel in a convenient location”
Just a few min walk from Nagatacho-station as well as Akasaka area which is super convenient for things to do in the said area, as well as transport to other areas. For it's price and location, I expected a slightly run down hotel in an aged building, but the room interior was better than I had originally expected. My only problem was that during nearby housekeeping, there were a lot of noise that disturbed my sleep. The housekeepers position the metal lock between the doors to keep it open, and they let the door slam every time they entered or left each room during cleaning.

It is a great hotel to stay and definitely value for money. However, a traveler I would prefer the staff to be able to understand my language. Anyway it is an excellent experience to visit Tokyo and I will be back to the city and hotel again. Cheers!

Spacious hotel rooms with excellent views of Tokyo”
Toshi Center Hotel is usually used for oversea business convention meetings. Rooms are of American standard so very spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. The hotel is located 10min walk to the metro stations with 5 metro lines. Took us 20min to get to Tsukiji Market and 20min to Shinjuku. Peaceful surrounding area with great views of Tokyo downtown and skytree. I would stay here again for the spacious room and views if you forgo the convenience of restaurants and shops in the area.

Firstly great location as it is very close to Nagatacho Stn which serves the Namboku, Hanzomon, Yurakucho lines and Akasaka-Mitsuke Stn which serves the Ginza and Marunouchi lines. These stations will get you very quickly to all the major spots of Tokyo, shopping or tourist attractions. The hotel itself was very nice for the 2 nights i stayed with great views as my room was on the 20th floor. Friendly staff, wifi, clean room and bathroom, thats all i wanted. Cannot comment on restaurants as i didnt use any of those facilities. Will definately keep this hotel on my list for a future visit

NO WIFI? WHAT BLASPHEMY”
The only thing that was completely unsatisfactory was the lack of wifi. I know, i sound like a whiny kid but in a city where english is not widely spoken it is important to have wifi. Toshi center hotel is a nice place to stay in, don't get me wrong, but if you are a wifi junkie like i am then this is not the place for you (I mean c'mon its japan AND a business hotel). The rooms do not have wifi and the lobby wifi is unstable. By the time we got back from our daily sightseeing going down to the lobby for wifi seemed like a chore and the fact that we had to suffer through unstable wifi was unsatisfactory. That aside, this is a nice hotel. The rooms were clean, simple and easy to stay in. We didn't spend much time in them only the night time but the view was beautiful and the beds were comfortable enough. There is a mini-fridge, iron and ironing board provided and as I've noticed in most hotels, air and fabric freshener. The toilet was standard, bathtub with a shower head and a basin next to a toilet. Location wise it wasn't too bad either. While not as convenient as staying right in-front of a station, there are entrances to the subway about 3 minutes from the hotel. Also right opposite the entrance of the hotel is a 24 hour family mart and around the corner there is a Lawson. When you get to the station where the hotel is situated, i suggest using exit 4 as it is nearer. The area is quiet with no attractions around it. When leaving the hotel, there is a entrance to the subway just around the corner which is exit 9b. Yes, i know why you're all wondering why i didn't recommend you use 9b as a exit out. Personally exit 4 was closer to the station and somewhat easier in my opinion. You CAN however exit through 9b. If all you are looking for is a bed to sleep in comfort (with no wifi) then this is the place for you.

At first I thought “where in Tokyo am I?!”. It’s near a subway station with a beautiful park nearby. Walking distance to Akasaka food n shopping central,Shinto shrine,prime ministers residence and Tokyu hotel which has buses to airports for a good price! Cons: I hated the 10am checkout!

My first time with the Toshi Centre and definitely I am coming back. Ideal for the business traveller , the rooms are neat , small yet cozy. Fast internet , good housekeeping are add-ons. the location is spot on. very close to Nagatacho station and easily accessible to major spots. the staff speaks good English and are very friendly and extremely helpful. They made my stay seamless and without any hassle!
