A wonderful night”
My son and I had a wonderful night here. The bed was very comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was also very clean. The room was quite large as we had a family room. For the price on a bank holiday weekend it was a bargain. Tea and coffee facilities there.

Great stop for chessington world of adventures ”
We stayed and were glad we did. Early check in given, bowling opposite at Hollywood bowl was great fun and you could walk there. Good value food as well. Perfect before the adventure park rather than a booking meal. Richmond park day we got there and hire bikes, saw wild deer etc and had ice creams. Breakfast good in morning and free parking. What’s not to love

Desk staff excellently efficient and everything was as it should be in the room- not too hot, spotless and remarkably quiet. Bath and not just a shower. A great sleep and straight back on the A3.

Staff very welcoming. Room was not very clean with small stains on bedsheets, bedside lamp missing bulb as well as missing bedside table. Otherwise not bad value for money.

we stayed here for two nights. The location was good for places we wanted to visit but our room was filthy. There were hairs in the shower/bath. Questionable marks on the walls and the carpet. There was a massive hole on sheets on the child bed my son was sleeping on. I asked my partner to go down to reception and ask for a refund so I can book else where to stay as I felt so uncomfortable in that room. I understand it is a budget hotel but I expect basic level of cleanliness. We were told that we would be given an e-voucher as part of a refund for the first night and move our room which we were happy to do. The second room was a lot cleaner (still no voucher given) and we have been home two nights now. Saturday night we returned from dinner to see a riot van, two police cars and an ambulance outside. We walked into reception to get a lift up to our room to see the reception desk covered in blood which obviously wasn’t nice especially with a 2 year old. Sunday night after returning from dinner again 2 police cars and an ambulance. I asked reception if it was the same incident as Saturday to be told it wasn’t and something else had gone on. At this stage I was so happy it was our last night and definitely will never ever stay again.

With the price of money it was not up to the standard. Sadly even the WiFi was chargeable when it is free in most of the hospitality industries. The arm chair was old and worn off.

I had to go to reception 3 rimes after checking in as the rooms were not what I booked, travelling with elderly parents is hard especially when one is disabled, my mum was giving a room furthest from the lift and was out of breath with having to change the room twice. No phone in the room which means having to up and down to solve the issue. Both rooms the bathroom were dirty, one toilet was not evening cleaned, water leaking from the cink, no disabled car parking avaliable. This was the worst hotel I stayed in. No sympathy for a disabled person makes you think staff are not considerate or caring

Family room booked, arrived at 11pm to be told there was no family room only the disabled room with one double bed not 3 beds and they would deliver a temporary single in about 15 mins. It eventually arrived just before 1am! The bathroom and general cleanliness were very poor, especially when the toilet hadn't even been flushed from the previous occupant. Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse when the 1am bed did arrive the sheets stank off weed! So would I recommend this hotel - NO!
