Great hotel, in a quiet location! In between Tokyo and Yokohama, a quick train ride will get you to either place! It's a little bit of a walk to and from the nearest station, but only 10 - 15 mins! And very close to Haneda airport! Room was a good size and very clean! Will definitely stay again given the chance!

Brand new Japanese apartment block!”
This apartment is my favourite accommodation out of the four, five places I have stayed. This is exactly the type of new Japanese apartment block I have been looking for. Shiny new bathroom, excellent ventilation+drying system, huge washing basin. Take note that the bedroom is your living room and the kitchen is just along the corridor. There is a 24/7 supermarket called Gourmet City on the way where you can buy your groceries and a few chain restaurants near the junction outside the station. There is a Matsumoto Kiyoshi pharmacy outside the station, but I think it closes quite early since I have never seen it open during my stay there. Pros: Promximity to Haneda Airport. Excellent for those who need to catch an early flight from Haneda. (in my case, 8am departure) Otorii is only three stations and a mere 4-7 mins away from Haneda Airport. Keikyu has trains starting from 5am and is reasonably frequent, as this line is actually part of a commuter line. Cons: All I can think of is you need to walk 15 minutes from Otorii Station, given the fact Otorii is a bit far from western Tokyo (e.g. Shinjuku, Shibuya and Ikebukuro). One thing to take note is you must take out your rubbish to the rubbish collection room on G/F, just like what a Japanese household would need to do.

とっても綺麗でアメニティも充実しています。”
１週間滞在予定を延長して合計１２日間滞在しました。ステイ中は掃除が入らないので自分でシーツ交換や掃除をしなくてはいけないので面倒くさがり屋の人には向きませんが、リネン類、アメニティ、クイックルワイパー等の掃除道具など、必要なものは全て支給されたので、わたし的には問題無しでした。設備はとにかく清潔に保たれていて、自炊するための調味料まで貸し出してくれるのでとっても助かりました。ＪＲ蒲田駅から徒歩では遠いですが、バスを利用すれば最寄りバス停からすぐの場所で、羽田空港へも行けるようです。今回一時帰国で利用させていただきましたが、オンラインなどで購入した郵便物を受け取ることが出来、不在時には代理で受け取ってもらい助かりました。 ホテルとホステルの良いところがたくさん備わっており、とってもお勧めです。次回もまた滞在したいです。

ホテルではなくサービスアパートメント（一棟まるまる民泊）で、滞在中のお部屋の掃除はありません。ゴミ出しも自分で行うシステム。管理人さん常駐なのでタオル交換やゴミ袋の補充なども問題なし。 掃除機、キッチン用品、延長コードなどの貸出しあり。 共用ですが調味料の貸出しもあります。部屋も館内もとにかくキレイです。徒歩圏内にコンビニ、スーパーあり。 全ての面において満足です。 唯一気になるのは、隣り部屋の生活音（ドアの閉まる音、足音）が結構響くので神経質な方はご注意です。

快適な自主隔離滞在”
米国より入国のため、自主隔離14日間を過ごしました。自炊に必要なキッチン用品など無料で借りることができ大変助かりました。交通の便もよく、徒歩10分ほどに銭湯もあり便利でした。新しくキレイで、静かな環境で、思いのほか快適に14日間を過ごすことができました。
