A comfortable stay”
Many are likely to be hesitant to book the hotels labelled "Adult only". Out of curiosity, we booked a stay and were quite pleasantly surprised. Firstly, the room was huge and so was the bed! The amenities were great- they provided facial cleansing oil, toner, body lotion, bubble bath and a hair band on top of the usuals. The tub was huge with a tiny wall-mounted TV, although it only had one documentary channel. There are adult videos, but it is clearly labelled and you can avoid it easily by not clicking on the icon on the menu. Popcorn, soft drinks and candy are provided at the lobby, where you can also choose your preferred brand of shampoo if you do not wish to use the ones already in the room. We could leave and re-enter the hotel freely, unlike some of the earlier reviews here, but had to swap out our key cards every 24 hrs. A good stay!

Consider ok for less than 6000yen per night, it comes with the basic love hotel amenities. Sink area floods every time we took a shower due to leakage from the bathroom door.

Good place to stay but a little concern”
I thought this hotel was the usual hotel, but I noticed that this was adult-only hotel when I arrived at the place. There's no explanation on the searching result so I was not aware of that until I actually went there. It was little bit embarrassed, but the facility was pretty good, compared with the usual business hotels if considering about the price. I may choose again for my future solo travel. Thanks.

Good experience to try a love hotel in Japan. You have to call a receptionist for a key but after that it is very private stay. The room was very practical, "well equipped", very comfy bed, you can try those censored adult movies without charge. The bathroom was huge, clean, 4 times bigger than a standard Japanese toilet, even has tv screen.

Well, I did not expect this style, but it turned out to be pretty nice exp. room is biiig compared to regular Japanese hotel rooms, and it is clean. Not that much noise! :) location is not too bad, 3 blocks away from Mikage station. And not bad to walk to the rokko mountain. The raman shop on the corner is nice too, recommend the RED, spicy one.

If you are Chinese better not come,they won't service you as other Japanese,all service only provide for Japanese ,you can see their black face,never smile and pretend to don't understand English,so very trouble in communicate,and they have A,B,C,D,E type room ,they will give travelling guest the oldest smelly room and cannot be change,the better room only for Japanese guest come for 2-3hour love hotel room.

Rare, très grande chambre à kobe”
L'hôtel est situé à environ 500m de la station de train Mikage. Bien placé pour visiter Kobe (10 mn en train) ou Osaka (30 mn en train). La surprise c'est de découvrir que c'est un love hôtel, mais il y a aussi des chambres louées à la journée. Notre chambre était immense (ce qui est rare au japon) avec une salle de bain avec douche et baignoire à remous, ainsi que tous les accessoires de bain fournis. Pas de petit déjeuner, mais boissons, café et pop-corn à volonté à la réception. Je ne préciserai pas toutes les options que l'on peut trouver dans la chambre pour les clients qui loues à l'heure ou à la soirée :) Attention, il faut changer la clé (carte magnétique) à la réception tous les jours. Même si l'autoroute passe à proximité, on a rien entendu pendant nos 3 nuits (ni les voisins d'ailleurs). Allez rien que pour le fun et surtout pour la grandeur de la chambre. En comparaison des autres chambres que l'on a louées au Japon, celle-ci est "gigantesque".
