Perfect location near Earl's Court Road, gt b'fast”
west cromwell hotel was easy to book online, although the quoted price of 56 pounds rose to about 76 pounds a night when taxes, etc were added and which came off my credit card without warning. the location is in a lovely, leafy part of london and if you fly into heathrow, you can get the tube to earl's court and then walk the short distance to the hotel. i was greeted by a friendly manager who apologised for the small lift (elevator for americans) but this was no problem, as neither was the small room which had an excellent bathroom and tea-making facilities, but lacked a fridge. the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and was enough to get me through the day without lunch. it was also served up by a delightful girl who was immaculately clean and wore a new outfit every day. because of its small size, the hotel was very personalised and you were made to feel welcome, as were your friends who came to visit. it rates a 9 out of 10 from me.

I have a good experience stay in Cromwell Hotel. The location may be not the best, about 10-15 mins walk to the the station. Its still a worth to live in, good price, nice staff

The rooms are bigger than they appear in the pictures. The staff was very nice and the location is pretty good for a reasonably priced hotel. Will consider going here again on my next trip to London.

great stay”
we had a great stay, a bit of walking to the tube but worth the price. there is a bus station right outside for easybus that goes to the airports. the breakfast wasn't that good only slices of cheese and ham and some cornflakes, my partner enjoyed it. five minutes walk from the hotel, on the way to the tube, there are shops and few restaurants.

Room is clean, size of the room is quite good for the price, staff is very nice, breakfast is consistent, location is great, 10min walk to underground, very close to a Tesco supermaket which open 24/7, safe neiboghhood

Business traveler, stayed over for two nights. Everything was fine up until the point that I was meant to leave. I went to the desk to check-out and the guy on reception was tapping away (very slowly) on his computer, occasionally checking his phone, and there was another guest nearby so I figured he was probably being served. So I waited . . . and waited . . . The man in front of me turned out to be waiting for someone, and when that someone turned up, they both left. So I'm thinking, "So what's the guy on reception doing?" but he still seemed intent on tapping on his computer, slowly, and ignoring me. A few minutes later another hotel receptionist arrived, asked if he could help me, so I said I wanted to check-out, and - boom! - that was it, checked-out. So what on earth was the other guy doing? All very odd . . .

Nice location and good staff”
5 minutes walk from Earl's Court station. 2 minutes walk to 24 hours Tesco, which is very nice!!! Staff is friendly and helpful to us. Definitely will go back again.

Best price/quality hotel ever”
The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was great, the room smell good with no humidity. Only two downsides: the pressure of the water on the shower was not good enough (but I never complained about this, so it might got fixed if I did) and I could hear some noises on the room from the outside (may be a heater or something but 10 min on the room and my brain would omit it)

The room was small and bare, but good enough for 1 person. The wall was a bit thin, the floor was squeaky so you can hear if the person upstairs walks around the room. Not recommended if you are very sensitive about noise. For me, it reminded me of the old student bedsit days and could sleep well in the warm room and convenient on suite facility. It was good value for me.If you want leave your luggage after checking out, you will have to pay 3 pounds extra fee.

Comforable bed, breakfast was not so good (very basic), not very near metro. However, will still recommend for budget travellers as the room price is quite affordable.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the only problem was we had a front room and the noise from the road was a bit loud at times.

You get what you pay for”
Affordable and sufficient breakfast, but no air con, springy bed and no bolt on the door. The room was locked but because there was no bolt, I felt quite uneasy and had to block the door with my suitcase. The bathroom was quite big though, even bigger than a previous 4-star hotel I stayed in just a block away.

Nice, basic, budget hotel ”
Easy to get to and approx 8 minute walk to the nearest Tube station. Rooms are basic enough but have everything you need for a short stay. Staff were friendly and the rooms were very warm and comfortable.

I have been asked to pay the full amount of my stay in advace no crdeit card cash only i been asked to check out at 11.00am this a bit early for a normal check out the windows was dirty onl one face towel and one bath towel also the pilow on the bed is small and thin breakfast was jut breadand jum and the breakfast room was very small

Good location about a 10 minute walk to the tube. Sheets are not changed unless you request the change. Breakfast is ok (dry cereal, yogurt, toast, juice, coffee, tea, ham & cheese slices.

Value for money, good location”
I were sceptical according to some reviews, but I gave a chance and didn’t lose. Great choice to save a buck. Good for family as well, they were satisfied. Thanks guys, keep going.
