Good for those who want to get a good rest within the city. Good signal for Globe/DITO network. Parking has fee. Should have been free but they charged. I don't know maybe because it is my first time a hotel chatged me for overnight parkinf other hotels do not.

Stayed here because I am from Las Pinas and I had to stay in BGC after work to meet some friends. It's affordable and for it's price, the room I got was not so bad at all. I slept nicely. The neighborhood was quiet and there were no noises in the other rooms. Their staff who helped me check in was friendly too.

If you're on a budget and just need a place to stay in the city, this is an ok choice. Public transpo is accessible. Room is basic, no safe, has a bathroom, TV. You can check in even at night which is a plus. Prepare your vaccine card and ID (it would be nice for them to ask it beforehand online)

Do not expect the best, its good but not ref, the shower is not that good for me. With bidet, no free mineral water and no free coffee and milk.

Spacious room but dont forget to bring food n drinks, store quite far. In the morning, you will hear dragging tables n banging doors, maybe because we're at the first floor.

The picture of the room posted here in agoda is not what you will get. We booked a standard double because the photos of the room posted here caught our attention but when we got there it is small, it does not have a sofa etc etc.

It's near my sister's dorm and workplace”
It's not located along the streets. That makes the place a quiet just the way we like it. But tricycle are accessible. It's inside Gaudalupe Nuevo. You need to walk through the street from the Shell Gas Station. It's a very basic room. There's a queen sized bed, a TV, a desk, and a comfort room. The place is technically a condominium (at the top floors). The rooms at the ground floor are for overnight stays. The price depends on the rate the day you booked it. They have bookings available at Agoda and Booking.com. About a year ago, we can still book directly. The price, if i'm not mistaken, was around 1,600 pesos. But with Agoda, it sometimes go down to Php 1,200, or reach Php 1,800.00. This is the closes hotel/inn we can find that is closest to my sister's workplace. So we will definitely be back.

The assistant at the reception is scamming the owner and the taxes by writing again on top of old bills. After paying almost another night for Early check in, I requested to get the the room done again and they didn't care. The place is located in a barangay (Filipino barrio) and shouldn't have the words BGC on it, it is just fishy strategy. Never again and not recommended, best to pay a little more for places build recently . This is an old residence with narrow corridors and cheap MDF repainted around, the AC is old and reaches 25 degrees when at the maximum cold at night.
